begin…
The
moto
of
Douglas
Place/360
apartments
is
“You
should
live
here!”
I
had
the
privilege
to
not
only
enjoy
Sunrises
from
the
penthouse,
but
in
the
end…
the
Sunsets
also.
I
can
say,
that
in
all
my
travels
and
residences
I’ve
stayed,
nothing
compares
to
living
here.
When
I
was
young,
I
looked
up
at
this
magnificent
building
and
wondered
what
it
would
be
like
to
stay
here.
It
was
a
Holiday
Inn
when
I
lived
nearby
(Yea…
I’m
old).
I
worked
hard
and
by
a
happen
chance
meeting,
I
was
able
to
achieve
what
I
wondered
about.
It
was
so
worth
it!
But
what
makes
this
place
the
best,
is
not
just
the
location,
the
views
from
the
24th
floor
common
area,
6th
floor
pool
and
the
activities
sections…
It
is
the
people
that
work
here.
The
current
manager
(Michael)
is
the
best
and
takes
care
of
his
people
and
the
residences
that
live
here.
Of
the
very
few,
minor
issues
over
the
years
I
lived
in
this
iconic
place,
he
made
sure
they
were
taken
care
of
with
speed
and
care
to
ensure
satisfaction
that
those
issues
never
came
up
again.
Maintenance
crews
stayed
on
top
of
things
and
I
was
impressed
by
the
professionalism
they
took
taking
care
of
the
facilities
made
available
to
us.
My
time
has
ended
from
residing
up
top
and
someone
new
will
enjoy
those
views.
I
will
share
some
of
pictures
that
I
have
taken
as
I
started
from
the
14th floor
then
rising
up
to
the
top.
My
best
to
all
who
work
and
live
here.
You
all
made
it
an
awesome
experience
and
I
will
cherish
the
memories,
and
maybe
someday….
I
will
return.
