I originally thought this place was pretty decent, but I'm glad I'm gone now. There was weeks were the water was completely shut off and we had no access to it & still got charged EXTRA for it. Upon move out I got a $90 fee attached to my account because the living room blinds were dusty. Absolutely Ridiculous when I spent hours cleaning and that's what they find to charge me almost $100 for. I was never a bother, always paid rent on time and was courteous to my neighbors and I get nothing to show for that except extra fees.

I originally had a good experience with these apartments but unfortinately the new management company has changed that. They pass every single charge on to the residents as well as have no leeway in situations. They tie the local management's hands and if the app dosent work 100 percent right your on the hook for any errors. Great property given the local events. But poor parent company now

I really like the staff at Morgan's landing, they are always helpful and always polite and friendly. in my opinion this is the best option for us and I think many will like it too. very nice apartment, there is a nice playground, bike parking. several barbecue area and a large clean double pool for you and your kids. there is everything for a comfortable life nearby. cafes of various types, grocery store, pharmacy, gas station, gym, hairdresser, mobile service, etc.

I have lived here for a year and just signed for an additional year. Property management has been very kind and communicates well when they will be doing regular maintenance. The few times I have needed additional maintenance work outside of the regularly scheduled work all I have needed to do is call and they have been there or been in contact to schedule a time within a day. They are pet friendly, they take great care of their property and they have made multiple upgrades in the last year alone. If you are looking for a nice apartment priced reasonably in West Wichita check them out.

So far I love my apartment.. I love the environment.. the scenery is beautiful.. my balcony over looks the pool.. the only thing I don't like, is all my appliances are outdated.. the stove don't even have a timer or oven light.. one time i didn't even realize i left the stove on over night, there was no light to let me know it was even on..the refrigerator is also outdated and short.. other then that no complaints.

We just recently moved in after 6ish years at another location and the difference is night and day. The office is extremely efficient and friendly and more than willing to help if possible. No one likes moving, but they've made the process as seamless, easy and stress free as possible.

The is one the best apartments I’ve ever had. Living here feels so much like home. The management and landlords, very nice people. Where in other apartments can you find landlords that actually care to have a relationship with you? If your looking for a place to live. Highly Recommend It Here.
