    Sam is great to work with. He takes the time to learn and understand your goals and makes a detailed plan that fits your fitness level. He is knowledgeable, encouraging, and non-judgmental. Would definitely recommend Sam’s personal training.

    Sam is approachable and always willing to listen to concerns regarding specific workouts, nutrition, or anything else that comes up! He helps me listen to my body but also encourages me to push out of my comfort zone. He has open communication and helps me set realistic goals and expectations. I would recommend Sam to any of my friends or family!

    I LOVE training with Sam. He keeps me accountable for my workouts, provides great feedback, and creates custom plans for in person and at home workouts. No matter your level of fitness, I would recommend his personal training!

👍👍 I absolutely love this huge fan directly over the treadmills. I run hot and it's the only place that has sufficient air movement for me to work out comfortably. The hydro-massage beds are awesome. And it's 24 hours!
