Deli thin sliced roast beef, ham etc. Jamocha shakes, curly fries and red ranch sauce. All good stuff from Arby's. You can also get chicken sandwiches, deli sandwiches, jalapeno poppers and much, much more! Yummy.

Hardly any other customers. My Ruben was great as always and mom loved it too, but we asked for our 2nd sandwich, for mom (mentioned below) to be cut in half, so she could, likewise share it with me on our day out, but I had to take it back for that after eating the Ruben, no biggie. While ordering she asked for the 4 for 10 to take home, and asked for them to wait to prepare them, but they served them with our meal anyway. Again, oh well but - Not one of three gals there smiled or thanked us or acknowledged my thanking them for their services from entering, each time I went back and when we left. What did we do? Dress nice smile a lot and be friendly, that's what. The smokehouse brisket was fatty and half the meat advertised, with 3 strips of bacon, all on one side. I don't get enough time with my failing mother and wish I'd gone somewhere friendlier but she never has issues with Arby's meat and her dentures. My advice is to visit another location.

Ww went to Arby's recently. Sometimes the lines are slow moving. However, we ordered & got our food pretty quick. The order was correct & the staff was friendly.

As I was pulling in parking, noticed not 1 other car. Should have seen that as a possible "BEWARE". ORDERED 4 ROAST BEEF/$10 with no cooked bread. Not done as ordered. Wanted a refund. They threw them away. Limited time. I drove several miles. They usually get it right. Different staff. I live less than half mile from the S. SENECA Arby's. A GUARANTEED waste of time and disappointment going there. Si, I went to Sonic.

This location no matter what you tell them only gives you a size small in your french fries in your drink and they do not give you sauce unless you keep telling them over and over and over again that you need sauce… I really hope management sees us and either teaches there in full. Use how to properly make drinks and sell the right containers for customers or figures out what is actually going on with this specific location because today I was charged for a large for both meals that I ordered and was still given the 20 ounce cups full of ice when I specifically said no ice in my drinks and they did not fill my french fries for my meals. They’re only a quarter of the way maybe half full after asking for sauce five times because I kept telling me that they didn’t have any they finally gave me a handful of sauce.

Everytime I come through here Jolina is very pleasant and has a smile on her face. Thank you. Excellent customer service

Messed up my order. Had to drive 15 mins back to get a replacement, only for them to give me another messed up order. Won't be returning.

The ladies were short staffed and still managed to get food out they deserve better pay for showing up and doing their jobs. As a ex fast food worker I know how frustrating it is to have people constantly call in leaving you short staffed. They were awesome and funny as they got their butts handed to them bravo ladies

Wanted to try the Wagyu burger, big mistake...it was a dry cold patty. Asked for fresh but seemed old and reheated. Curly fries were cool temp. Very disappointed. Should have chosen roast beef sandwich instead. Lesson learned. 2 bad combos $23+. South Rock Rd location

I couldn't hear the lady taking my order in drive thru. I told her I couldn't hear her so then she turns on a louder, sarcastic voice! When I got to the window to pay her attitude was as if I had disturbed her day. I had to pull forward and wait, a different lady brought the food out and she was very kind. We ordered the new fish stick combos. They were okay. The fish sandwich is awesome, please offer it all the time!
