Being
active
duty
military,
I
came
here
while
on
leave
on
the
recommendation
that
the
food
and
environment
were
great.
This,
however,
was
not
my
experience
at
all.
First
we
were
greeted
by
staff
who
weren’t
wearing
masks
or
taking
proper
care
against
Covid-19.
Second,
we
were
charged
a
$10
cover/person,
even
though
this
was
not
posted
anywhere
on
the
building
that
after
9pm
it
goes
from
being
a
sports
bar
to
a
night
club.
After
paying,
they
said
they
don’t
serve
food
at
a
Sports
Bar
and
Grill,
so
we
tried
to
get
a
refund
for
the
cover
and
leave.
They
said
they
don’t
do
this,
so
I
asked
to
speak
to
a
manager.
After
basically
every
single
bartender,
waiter,
and
security
personnel
had
said
they
were
a
manager
and
won’t
do
anything,
even
though
we
hadn’t
ordered
food,
drinks
etc,
and
were
in
there
trying
to
get
a
refund,
nothing
happened.
The
whole
time
we
were
berated
and
told
essentially
we
should’ve
known
better.
Never
in
my
life
have
I
been
so
disrespected
as
a
customer
in
a
service-based
establishment
and
I
will
never
be
returning.
For
a
business
that
seems
to
never
really
have
customers,
I
would
think
they
would
care
more
about
their
interactions
between
customers
and
staff.
This
place
relied
too
much
on
being
a
scam,
and
if
I
could
leave
a
0
star
review
I
would.
