I had heard good things, and I'm glad it lived up to the hype. All the food was flavorful and savory.

This place has been here for years! I hadn't been here since the early '90s - mostly because I didn't live here. The parking area is shared with Harry's Uptown Bar & Grill, but we found an easy spot. It has your typical Mexican-American fare, and all looked good! We got there just before 6pm, and there were just a few others already seated. Our waitress was friendly and helpful, always there when needed even though it was quickly filling up. I read that Wednesday night is Trivia Night and it must be ridiculously popular!! When we left, there were very few empty deals, and our bellies were full too.

I've been coming here for over 10 years. There really isn't a consistent visit. The food is alright. The portions are very normal. The wait staff can either be the best experience or you just get ignored. The best part of the visit is the margarita flavored candies they bring you with the check. The worst part of the visit is the LIE they call the deep fried ice cream dessert. It never touches a deep fryer. Overall my family loves it, but I'm more a tagalong than the one that suggests it.

Based on my experience here, the food was very good overall. Great flavor, fresh, and hot when served. Customer service was fine. Prices reasonable. No issues overall. Would recommend and would return.

A long time Wichita favorite, but new to me. Ate here with my husband on his lunch break and fell in love with their bean burrito! I added beef and asked for no cheese, and the red sauce that graced the top was perfect! The right amount of heat and flavor! I had a burger there that was very good, love their French fries! Good queso, salsa and chips, great service, and quick turn around. The wait staff are well trained, friendly, look you in the eyes and keep your drinks filled. We ate there every Monday for several weeks while my husband was working in the area, and even took friends there for supper on a Saturday night. The staff and food did not disappoint. Is now the place to go when I crave a good burrito!!

Went on a Friday with a friend, food was good enough but not really anything special. Drinks were okay but very expensive & pretty traditional offerings without anything special. Very busy place so fairly noisy, but still a good time overall. Live music started at 9-band was the highlight overall.

Wow, this place has really gone downhill. Service was spotty to zilch. We also saw 2 fights on the dance floor,(Band that was playing stopped and called for security, no one showed up), also saw a bartender who tried to screw over some customers on drinks and then was yelling at them. .Downstairs bar was awesome. Probably won't be back. Our uber driver told us that sounds like a normal night from what he's heard from others.

Work Christmas party they knew exactly how many people to expect, 40 + at our party only 1 server I felt sorry for her. The pic I have is all I got ..630 until 8 I left no food/drinks , very disappointed very poor management, I guess they don't need our parties.

When myself and 4 others decided to dine here we were excited. my last experience here was good but This time was not so pleasant. The first 15 min we were freezing and thought maybe it would get better after an hr but no it was worst.We asked the waitress was the heat out or if something was wrong she said it was on but the cold weather outside may have been a factor. by the second hr I could not enjoy my food or drink because it was just way to cold. after a while they started to get a lot complaints from other customers.but I noticed It felt warmer upstairs we were not allowed there because it was reserved for parties. It would have been great to accommodate the customers that were there and allow us to go upstairs.

It was OK. We went for lunch. I had the dinner taco salad. It came out of the kitchen fairly quick. Looked the Size of what I would consider a lunch taco salad. Not really filling. If you're looking at it for dinner might need to order more appetizers . Usually we get more than 1 bowl of chips and salsa. Only 1 was delivered during our stay. Usually get refills on our drinks, not this day. Maybe... you have to request everything after the main meal arrives.

Make sure to get the cheese dip and a fried taco!! Yummm!! I haven't ever gotten anything I didn't like from here in the 25 years I've been eating here! BTW I'd you like fajitas GET SOME NOW!! They are probably the best in town!

Went there for lunch today, and boy did I score brownie pts with my wife. Haven't been around in 10yrs and it's better then I remember. Plus live singer guitarist one man band with great talent. Prices well can't beat a place like this for the prices. But ict already knows this.

Margarita's is a two story Mexican restaurant with good food by day, and transforms into a dance club and bar on weekend nights. There is a small stage the DJ, or band plays from, and while the dance floor is small, I always have a great time dancing with my friends there. If the band "The Source" is playing, and you're up for dancing to covers to 80s, and 90s pop music, you're in for a great time. The re is copious seating available, and drinks are reasonably priced. Parking can fill up, so try to get there before 9 or so.

Generally when going at night the service is terrific the food comes out perfect but lately been craving it during the day and the menu seems a little shorter but still good

Margaritas is a longtime tried-and-true local favorite. 🍹 You won't have a hard time getting comfortable after you walk in. Always friendly staff, cozy yet far from cramped, it has all the ingredients for anything but a dull evening. 💃 Live music Friday and Saturday nights, and room for all your friends. Oh and their house-made chips and salsa is on point. 👌

Our waitress kept the chips coming and our food was delicious. Great service, friendly staff and best to arrive and eat before 9:00 PM. Live music after 9 on weekends.

We had a great dinner there last night. Delhia (I hope I spelled your name right) did a great job! We will definitely come back when we visit Wichita.

The food was not good. I went here because I was in the area and wanted to try something new. I wouldn't recommend this place. Meat in the taco salad was burt, lettuce was gross.

The food here is good, getting service was slow until we got our waitress who was on top of things. Not the cleanest restaurant I've ever been to. Lots of high school help who looked disinterested. Can't decide if this is a Mexican restaurant or a sports bar with all the TVs playing sports.

I’ve been eating here for 13 years and I absolutely love the food. Everything on the menu is good, they even have cheeseburgers and chicken sandwiches for those who don’t like Mexican, and don’t get me started on the hot wings! Amazing 🤩 The Margarita Dip is a white pepper jack queso with spinach and veggies, a must have. If you’ve never been, you must try Margaritas Cantina. Live music on the weekends too!

The service and the appetizers were great. I did not purchase a traditional entree for this outing, but I did order a side of their sautéed shrimp for $6. Just letting you all know that the order comes with 6 shrimp, so you will be paying one dollar per shrimp if you order this item. Otherwise, everything was great.

I went to Margaritas for the first time for my sons 40th birthday. My daughter in law did a great job setting this up with family, work friends and Margaritas. Everyone had a great time. My wife and I came early and sat at the bar on the lower level. The bartenders were awesome. We talked with a very nice man as my wife and I had a early start to the celebration. We eventually moved upstairs to our reserved area. The food was very good as well as the drinks. If there was a drawback, the bartenders were understaffed if you ask me. I saw managers helping but that wasn't enough. The place was packed and the band was awesome. I will be back. The birthday party was a huge success. You guys and gals did a great job.

The host was rude. I got a plastic fork on my sizzling fajitas. I was told we ran out of silverware. The night was a disaster. The only great thing about the place was Avria the waitress excellent service and personality.

I was overall disappointed in my experience here. Parking was an absolute nightmare. I had a lot of trouble getting service. I understand it was busy but the table behind me had been checked on a few times. I'll be back to give it another shot, and I really hope it was just an off night.

My family was racially discriminated. Only black group in restaurant (5 people). Manger Chris and Darrin Valsques asked group to move to another area or leave due to reservations at the table where we sat. I asked why would you sit someone at table with reservations, Chris said she thought we would have left by now since we have been here since (x) time. Next, police officer were seated right next to our table. My family spent well over 100 dollars. The restaurant Managers made me and my family feel very uncomfortable.

Very popular spot. This place gets packed. The food is fantastic, drinks good and the musical was amazing! I definitely recommend reserving tables if you have a larger group of people. This way you get your spot for the entire night. We usually have dinner and then stay through closing time.

Food was okay. Nothing really noteworthy. Drinks were decent. Server wasn't thrilled to have an 8 top on a Saturday night based on her lack of personality and interaction.

Food was good,staff was friendly. I noticed when cleaning tables staff was swinging of the dish towels.used to go all the time has new owners thought I would check it out. Bathroom needs a good cleaning

Have ALWAYS gotten a good meal. Staff is friendly and efficient. LOVE taco Tuesday. Weekends are always hopping and entertainment is live. Great place to go and enjoy yourself.

Your whole concept must be to keep everyone off the dance floor! No one was dancing to the lousy band and no one dances during their intermission with the low playing background music! I watched as people came in and walked right out because the music was TERRIBLE! This use to be a great date night for me and my spouse and just grown ups on Friday, Saturday!l It is a must NO now! Go back to playing good old school dance music!! The first review was 3 weeks ago- I came back with my wife for her birthday party and it was totally different- The Source Band was great and music during their break was loud and good! Drinks were great along with the server Sheppard! Had to change my review because it off the changes!
