Great atmosphere for a Saturday in the Fall. College football and plenty of tv’s carrying many games. The staff is friendly. Shout out to Bailey! The bathroom was clean along with the rest of the restaurant. I recommend the combo platter: sliced brisket, pulled pork, baby back ribs, smoked chicken, and smoked sausage. Everything was phenomenal. There’s two sauces: Spicy and Reg. The spicy has more flavor. Reg is very subtle. The baked beans as a side was another one of my incredible decisions. The garlic slaw is probably too creamy for most but very tasty. The cheesy potato wedges are a perfect compliment to all of the smoky flavors. 10/10 would recommend.

Best BBQ I’ve had in Wichita. Modern, clean, beautiful multi glass door garage that was turned into a restaurant. If you go before 2pm it’s cafeteria style serving. Ready to eat fresh, perfect for short lunch break. Pulled pork and any style ribs (I like the St. Louis ribs)- great Spicy baked beans - great Regular baked beans - are ok a little on the sweet side Mac and cheese - great Grilled cheese - good

Our first time here, it was pretty busy, and we had to wait 30 minutes. Once seated, we looked over the menu and decided on the Mac n cheese with brisket, waffle fries, and spicy beans. Everything was delicious! The beans were definitely spicy. Didn't know they had a lunch buffet, but I imagine I would try to eat way too much. Our server was great! She was helpful all around.

CORRECTION: According to the reply from the establishment, the Buffett is OPEN. Happy to hear! Sadly due to covid restrictions they didn't have the buffet but the food still didn't disappoint us. The chicken "nuggets" were awesome. Freshly made at home, they were juicy and flavorful. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Would love to see them have the buffet again.

Easy casual dining. They have a really good business model that allows them to serve a lot of people quickly. A large dining room with lots of seating ensures a spot to sit. Oh, and the food is absolutely amazing. I enjoyed some pulled pork, brisket, Mac n cheese, baked beans and a salad. All of it was spectacular.

I’m in Wichita on business and asked around for the best BBQ in town. Most people said this was the place to try. Went in for lunch and they said it’s buffet style. I got the #3 which was 3/4lb of meat and 3 sides. The coleslaw is absolutely terrible. It was literally cabbage and mayonnaise. The spicy beans were pretty good. I did enjoy those. The Mac and cheese was just average. The hot links were ok, the brisket was also ok. I prefer more pepper on mine but it was smoked right. The rib was good. I think it was the best of the meats for me. The restaurant was super clean and is really large on the inside. Service was good too. I would probably eat here again if I was back in town.

Unfortunately, you could pass by and never know it was there. However, this is some of the best barbecue I’ve had in Wichita! It is wonderfully priced for the amount you receive. The Mac n’ Cheese was creamy, cheesy, and flavorful. The Fatty Brisket had a wonderful bark and good flavor. The St. Louis Ribs were fall off the bone delicious! The Pulled Pork was juicy and seasoned perfectly.

Texan approved. Stopped by while passing through Wichita. We got the combo plate (minus the hot links). All the meats were very good. The toast was buttery and flavorful. Good Mac and cheese. The slaw had a little too much sauce for me (personal preference) but had a good garlic flavor.

Great service and delicious food. Kids meals are reasonably priced and adult portions are plentiful. They have a buffet for lunch that ensures you get your fill. The BBQ nachos are listed as an appetizer but it could definitely be a meal for 1-2 people.

We were very disappointed with our experience. The reviews made me drive an extra 20 mins just to be sadly disappointed. We got the all you can eat buffet. Paid $38 for two. The salad was very good and fresh but the meat was awful and SO DRY. The only thing that had any good flavor was the chicken which was soaking in a pan of juices which is great. But the pulled pork, the brisket, the ribs, everything else just so dry I didn't even finish my meal or go back for seconds. When I think of barbecue I also think a very flavorful pickle spears. Nope. 😞

Great value for the money! I tried pulled pork, chicken, ribs, and turkey. Sides were mac n cheese, mild beans, potato salad, and macaroni salad. All were delicious! Meats had good flavor and heat. The white potato salad was tasty and addictive. Restaurant was clean and had plenty of seating during lunch hours.

I hadnt been here in years. Was surprised how much they improved the entire restaurant. Last time I was here was lunch buffet only and the interior was just a alot of tables and chairs where you basically sat picnic style with stangers.. now its an updated and modern bbq place. Really liked the vibe. When we arrived at 630pm the hostess told us the wait would be about 30 to 40 minutes. We were sat at 28mins. Waitress was great and got drinks and order taken promptly. Food came out a bit slow but wasn't as bad as the waitress made it seem. She kept apologizing for the kitchen being backed up. We didn't mind at all as it was Friday night and nothing is ever fast any more. Prime rib on Friday night was fantastic. The combo bbq plate very good with Spicy beans and mac & cheese. My wife and I shared both meals and had enough left over for our lunches the next day. Also enjoyed the apple mule from their specialty cocktail menu. Over all a great dining experience. We will be sure to come back sooner.

Excellent, if you find yourself passing through Witchita at lunch time, or anytime. But lunch time, for those who can put down some BBQ they have an all you can eat BBQ buffet from 11am to 2 pm, $23, doggy bags Or a one trip through the line, price based on how much meat youe get, ⅓, ½ , 1 pound. But you get to take your leftovers.

There are probably as many variations on BBQ as there are BBQ joints and even variations in the wood used for smoking. That being said, the food is good here, really liked the Mac and cheese. This place is very popular so expect a line at the door. One unique feature here is that you pay before you are seated. The lowest price items start around $15 in October 2023. You can easily drop $50 for two. You certainly can get your money's worth at the buffet if you can put down some serious food. I do not eat pork so I can only comment on the beef and chicken which were both smokey and tasty, sauce on the table. The spicy beans were excellent.

The food is some of the best bbq we’ve had. We highly recommend anything on the menu! They have an open atmosphere and great service. Must stop if you are in the area.

Unfortunately my BBQ was pretty dry and not very flavorful. The sides were great though

The food is alright if you like barbecue or extra Smokey meat. Not really my thing, but my husband thought my leftovers were alright. He normally loves this kind of food, but he mentioned the smoked chicken was a bit too much (or overly Smokey). The hostess is friendly and helpful. The name of the place is very confusing. I’ve driven by this place many times and always assumed “B&C Creations” was a cake decorator 😆. Oops!

As a traveler, stopping through, I wanted a good barbecue joint, The rating of this place seem pretty high so I thought I would give it a try, However, I think the locals gave this spot a higher rating than it should’ve had. First off the BBQ place is a sit down and order type restaurant, I was mislead thinking it was an order at the counter type BBQ place (if you know you know it does make a difference in BBQ places) the meat was pretty good but fatty, would be nice if they trimmed it. Sides were either good or completely awful. Definitely need to take the garlic coleslaw off the list, worst side dish I’ve ever tried in my life! Service was good but overall a little pricey for what it was.

Very cool, BBQ place! I had the brisket sandwich and I'll have to give it a 10 out of 10. The bark was unreal! Fries, on the other hand, were soggy and undercooked, but I wasn't there for the fries. Get a different side, and Im sure it will be fine.

We were driving through and found this spot to stop at. I got the sampler to try it all. Ribs were my favorite and the brisket was a close second. Everything was good though. The sausage game could be upped a little. Cool place with good service drinks and food.

Great lunch buffet...all you can eat for $21. I tried the sirloin, lean brisket, pulled chicken, pulled pork, honey glazed ribs, spicy bbq beans, potato salad, Mac n cheese and coleslaw. Everything had great flavor except Cole slaw that was bland. Hot and Regular bbq sauce both had a good flavor.

Best BBQ I've had in a while. The portions are large, there is plenty of meat added when you ask for it (in queso). I had the Mac and cheese with brisket and my husband had the brisket meal. Everything was wonderful! The garlic slaw is so creamy and a perfect palette cleanser, the spicy baked beans were perfectly spicy. It's a bit pricy, but I'm willing to pay more for quality, especially with the serving sizes large enough to take some home for the next day! Thank you guys for being awesome!! The staff was so friendly too, we will absolutely be back.

We love coming to B&C for a date night on the weekends! The food is great and reasonable in price. We always request to sit with Arianna because she is always on top of making sure we have full drinks and that everything comes out right! The only downside to B&C is the inconsistenties in food types and portions between visits. The meatballs used to be about the size of a cue ball and then one day we came in and they were much smaller (about the size of a half dollar). I understand inflation but there was no price change or indication that the portion had changed. On our last visit we ordered french fries and expected crinkle cut fries like we normally get there but they were a homestyle type fry- not horrible, just not as good as what we were used to and there was no indication on the menu that they had changed. I would overall recommend but I have to keep in mind that it's not the most consistent.

This is the place to go for prime rib. Wife had 12 oz and I had 32oz. Came with loaded baked potato and asparagus both were cooked to perfection. The Prime Rib was awesome and I am not just saying that pictures will follow. They have a buffet 11am till 2 pm will review at a later time but Wow. Was surprised the Prime Rib was smoked to perfection. Server was awesome her name is Arianna fast supper friendly and attentive even when super Busy. We came in during the Wichita 2 mile car show but this place has the food out fast and staff were rocking it . Also had appetizer Fried cheese they were a little spicy but well worth the burn . Great food great staff fast service even when super busy. Would highly recommend B&C Barbeque and the server Arianna that thought were would leave a bad review LOL.

Their 24 oz smoked prime rib is very delicious! They serve some of the best asparagus from any restaurant that I've been to. The atmosphere is very inviting and pleasant which is also true about the service that I received there! I can't wait to go back for more prime rib and to try their other menu items!

The owner has posted a lie (unbelievable). I guess because I’m black he thinks that I need something free. What was really said if I’m willing to pay for more why was I given so little. They didn’t want to give extra pickles or Sauce. The hostess had to go back and get more. The owner told me the bone from the baby back looking rib was the reason it weighed so. Please see the picture below of the three meats brisket, ribs and pulled pork.
