I have been coming here for years. It’s always good…always. Friendly staff good service and I always order too much. Try it you’ll like it.

Old, dry rice isn't what I expect when I order fried rice. Almost no meat, just veggies in the other dishes - super stingy. This food isn't high quality. This place is a rip off for the money they charge.

I do not know what happened to this place, but it is not the Saigon I remember from 20 years ago. The Pho recipe must have changed, it’s was bland, there was no basil served and the meatballs were not good. It wasn’t horrible, but not great either. The rare beef was not rare, it was like jerky, and the egg rolls were cooked in old oil and not drained properly. It was very, very, very greasy and inedible. I hope they can get it together, because it used to be the best Vietnamese food on the planet.

This restaurant is busy for a reason. Great service, fast service and the food always taste wonderful. Love their fried rolls and spring rolls. The experience and so many choices make this the place to show off for any visitors to Wichita, family, friends and dates.

Truly a haven for lovers of Vietnamese cuisine. The menu is vast and filled with authentic flavors that transport you straight to Vietnam. The Pho, a classic Vietnamese soup, is a standout. It's rich, hearty, and full of fresh ingredients. The spring rolls are light, crispy, and served with a tasty dipping sauce. Whether you're a fan of traditional dishes or willing to try something new, there's something for everyone. The restaurant itself is clean and inviting. It has a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The staff are friendly and attentive, always ready to recommend dishes or explain what's in them. In terms of value, you can't go wrong at Saigon. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable. It's possible to have a great meal without breaking the bank. My only minor gripe is that the restaurant can get a bit busy during peak times, which might lead to a longer wait. But the quality of the food and the overall experience are well worth it. If you're in Wichita and craving some delicious Vietnamese food, I'd definitely recommend. It's a delightful culinary journey right in the heart of Kansas.

i really liked the atmosphere and the service, but i was not at all impressed with the portions or their egg noodle soup. the noodles tasted decent, but the broth and meat were lacking. i had a good enough time, but as a viet girl who eats at mainly asian restaurants, i left disappointed. maybe it was just a bad night!

The spring rolls are pretty basic. They don’t come with much veg, just a majority of noodles and bean sprouts, and no peanut sauce offered. Had to make my own at home. The beef is raw, which I know some prefer it that way, but basically you cannot save any for left overs because the raw meat is put directly on the noodles. I like my pho with lime, onions, and sriracha. They don’t give white onion, only green onions, no lime but given a lemon, and no sriracha provided, and presumably would have been offered if I requested it, but likely this is a household staple. Was provided a large amount of hoisin, not by request, but was in the bag. Felt it could have been better, but the price was decent. The guy who was at the counter seemed really nice.

Don't be deceived by the nice decoration and modern feel from the restaurant! Waiter was nice and friendly, but, the foods ordered were atrocious. Menu description is misleading too. I ordered an Almond Chicken combination which came with egg drop soup, fried rice, almond chicken, and snow peas, Kimchi and Shrimp soup with rice, and Chicken Banh Mi Sandwich. Egg drop soup is smelly; just beaten eggs in thick liquid. Almond chicken was misleading, I ordered fried rice, and I thought it was fried rice and vegetables, and turns out it was yellow turmeric rice. Almond chicken and snap peas was alright. Kimchi with shrimp soup with rice - what a joke? 4 pieces of raw shrimp and 4 pieces of fermented cabbage, not satisfied at all. Chicken Banh Mi sandwich - that one was satisfactory at the very least. Tender marinated chicken with carrots and cilantro. Overall, the don't spend your time at this restaurant. Not happy with the foods served and the quality was abysmal. You're better off spending your time at another Thai restaurant elsewhere in Wichita.

I absolutely love this place and eat here probably once a week. The phó is delicious, but so are the noodles. I've never had a disappointing menu choice. Highly recommend the char-broiled pork on whatever dish you order. Service is super fast, everyone is friendly and the prices are so reasonable. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Never had this kind of food before. Staff (owner maybe?) were extremely kind, and took time to explain some of the dishes I had questions about. Food was delicious, staff extremely enjoyable, and not bad on price either for the amount of food we got. Will definitely be coming back on my next visit to Wichita.

The staff is great. But the food tastes like normal Asian food. Asian buffet food but without the quantity and more pricey. I guess they have Pho. Which looks good. I'd recommend sticking to their Pho menu.

charbroiled pork is good. Eggs rolls are ok, spring rolls are good, pho is ok, noodles are good in vermicelli bowl. Could have more veggies. No cucumbers. Just lettuce, cilantro and carrots Newest visit - pho has a chicken broth flavor to it. I’d rank the pho 6/10 maybe 7/10 but I haven’t found the kind of pho I really like which is a much darker colored broth anywhere in Wichita. I got the brisket and Flank both meats tasted similar although the flank is bundled up and thicker. The charbroiled pork is great. It has a very strong and good charbroiled flavor! The spring rolls are good. The peanut sauce is good (dark colored sauce) but I like the kind of sauce that is light brown colored topped with peanuts. I forgot to take a pic of the spring rolls sorry!

The food was amazing! The staff was even more so. We had an incident where one of our party misplaced their keys. They stayed late and helped us find them! I appreciate their outstanding service and our whole party enjoyed the experience!

One of our favorite places in Wichita for 25 years. Han is so nice...and a constant presence in the restaurant. I real family-owned establishment. Everything is wonderful. Best egg rolls and spring rolls in town! Our family has tried most everything on the menu, but we all have our favorites! Highest recommendations! Susan O

The owner is the reason we come back. I go with a friend of mine who goes to this place weekly. They are always accommodating and nice to us. We got in a little before closing and they still made us hot and fresh food. I have tried many things on the menu. Some items seem really traditional and authentic. Always hot and fresh. Great all around food and service. I would highly recommend giving this place a try.

Exceptional service with amazing staff! You get so much food for the money you spend. The waitress was exceptional and kept up with all of our needs. We all left stuffed and our wallets did not feel much lighter. Go here, you will not regret it.
