It pains me to leave this place a 1 star review. My spouse and I have been huge fans but they have been going down hill lately. It has been messy inside, they’ve been frequently out on our favorite items or have changed how they make them, the customer service has not been good, the employees seem like they’d rather be anywhere else, they don’t know much when you ask a question, and they even opened late the last time we went. We waited until 10 mins past opening to go in. We walked in as one of the workers was taking chairs off the tables. Not a good look. I got a tea which had little black particles floating it in as depicted in the photo. I have no clue what they were. Additionally, I think it hurts them that they don’t open until 11. It’s so sad to see and I hope they can get it together, but until then we are really disappointed and won’t be returning. So sad to see the direction it has been trending in.

Little pricey and takes awhile due to their icecream process Edit: Theyve gotten a lot faster at their process and it actually tastes better now if you can imagine it. Still a little on the pricey side but the coffee icecream mixes are still worth the money now that they can get them done in a snappy time. Wish the kid would branch out from oreos and earthworms though. Also to note is that they have freshly made non-milk options, really nice of them to have my options since I can feel less guilty getting icecream when the wife can get something good that doesnt taste like "icecream".

I usually visit the Oliver location (which I love) but visited the E. Central location last night and it was great! Atmosphere was really nice and Jordan was really friendly and even checked to make sure I didn't need anything while I was waiting for a friend to arrive. My drink was delicious as well! Definitely planning on visiting again!

Great ice cream and food. Love always having a trip here. Plus they are still open

They were creative in helping me get an off menu keto friendly frozen dessert. I wish they had more sugar free sweeteners.

Delicious drinks and chill atmosphere. Only 1 guy working on a Saturday afternoon so he was overwhelmed. They need to employ more people, as 3 groups walked out due to lack of service.

Tried getting some today at the east location but they had one kid working with a line around the store and a huge line inside. Was in there 10 minutes and not a single customer was served. The ice cream and coffee has been delicious every time I’ve been to the central location, this east location just has poor management.

This place sounds like it could be a great place but my wife and I were very disappointed with the customer service and the chai gelato. Very bland and expensive for no reason. The ice cream wasn’t that creamy and had a weird texture

This place was awesome! Very impressed with all the details of everything the workers knew. The ice cream and Churn and Burn were good. Never been to a place quite like this one before. It's very unique and has a fun environment.

This is a very cool local joint. They serve various coffees and ice cream. The way the make the ice cream right in front of you is awesome. They use liquid nitrogen! The kids really get a kick from watching that. The shop is very cozy and tidy and the staff are friendly. I will bring the family here often.

This is a coffee and ice cream place. I have had both and the ice cream is wayyy better. They do have coffee that they use nitrogen to keep cold, which is a great idea, I just think the coffee bean that they use is not very good.

Went in to get a simple two single scoops of ice cream was not very busy when we got there, waited about 20 minutes to get it. The lady that rang us up lacked personal skills and didn't focus on just us as the customer was busy talking to other coworkers. Finally said something when people after us were getting their more complicated orders. Gentleman that we talked to after waiting so long tried to pull our order up listed off several that were not ours but was at least willing to try to help us. No organization we paid for it and didn't get anything or a refund finally got frustrated and left.

Absolutely love their blended, hand made coffee concoctions! They aren’t cheap but if you love fresh ice cream, you’re in for a treat! The kids love it too. You can watch them make your ice cream with liquid nitrogen before you enjoy it. They also have dairy free options like coconut milk and soy milk for those of us who are lactose intolerant!

Service was iffy and my order wasn't correct. I asked for the $1 cold brew special and the worker had no idea what i was talking about and said that the promotion was over. She couldn't hear us thru the intercom so we pulled to the window. Her attire was not work appropriate, sweatpants and a cutoff midriff tie dye shirt. I ordered a nitro cold brew and it was very bland and watered down. Ice was also added to the drink which I believe there is no ice in the nitro cold brew. The location on Oliver is much better than the one on Central.

Cool atmosphere, good coffee and tea and of course ice cream. Would come back again once I have more free time.

I stopped in for the first time and now I'm regretting not trying this sooner. I had the swiss mocha C & B. It was so good !!! I can't wait to get another one. If you are on a diet, stop by on your cheat day.

Taste was okay. Service was lacking. Lot of people seemed to be working but took forever to get our order, then forgot half of it, had to ask for it, took another 5 minutes, we were the only people in store waiting, not sure what the hold up was. Not sure I will return. 😩

Finally found a non dairy icecream my boy loves

We love their Churn and Burn Classic!

My husband and I were excited to see they have dairy free options as I am allergic to dairy. This makes it hard to find desserts for myself. Unfortunately, my churn and burn salted caramel was literally inedible. It tasted like watered down coffee that you stuck in your freezer and then tried to eat in slushee form. My husbands churn and burn snickers was “ok” according to him. Nothing special, but at least he was able to eat his.

Visited here I got the snickers Churn and Burn and my wife always gets the caramel one. Friends got the mocha and the misu. Everything was really good only complaint was that it took quite a while to get them done but I went at a bad time and there was only one worker. If they thaw make sure you freeze them quickly or they’ll turn into soup. Deff gonna keep going back. Very good.
