Panera Bread has entered the chicken sandwich war that's been going on in fast food and now fast casual since 2019 and they've brought a couple of pretty formidable sandwiches to the battle. I tried the Signature Take Chef's Chicken Sandwich. Featuring seasoned, seared chicken, a garlic aioli and Parmesan crisps with greens served on a Brioche roll, it's a good sandwich. Sadly, it was under-dressed, they were light handed with the garlic aioli, I didn't get Parmesan crisps in every bite and the roll needs to be toasted to put this sandwich into the 5 star category.

I went thru the drive thru, got a pick 2 of a caesar salad and chicken salad sandwich. My sandwich barely had chicken on it and it was mostly almonds. My salad was basically just plain lettuce with two crotons. The manager did give me more chicken salad after complaining but tried to tell me that was a normal amount, and was about an ice cream scoop amount. This post is more towards Panera bread in general and not necessarily this staff. Food use to be good here and worth the money but it's gone down.

No sausage on sausage and pepperoni pizza. Price went up also. Used to be under $10, now it's over. Also went back, got the teriyaki bowl. $13 for this?! What a rip off! Not going back

They was way more expensive than I thought, the portion sizes are way too small and most of it in terms of flavor was mediocre at best. Their new Classic Chicken Sandwich was a let down. It doesn't even come close to Chick-fil-A, Burger King or Popeyes chicken sandwich. The Chicken Noodle Soup was average also. The Chocolate chip muffin cookies were delicious, and the Mediterranean Bowl was flavorful! Most likely I will only come back if my girlfriend really wants to, but I'm not paying $55 like I did my 1st time through.

Check your order before you leave because you can't trust them to get it right. I paid $8 for a sausage egg and cheese bagle with avocado and they forgot to put the meat on it. Unfortunately I didn't notice until I got to my destination 15 minutes away. Extremely disappointing and a waste of time and money.

We always enjoy panera. Food is always good. Nice people who work there. the eating area isn't as clean as I'd like to see it. Could be short of help to tidy up area.

So love salads , yet have paid way too much for servings size that is not worth the cost! Terrible service from Manager, who said she made the salads! My container was 1/2 filled! She gave me extra Romain lettuce,yet was unapologetic and stood by that the portion. Wax perfectly measured! Spent 23.00 on 2 full salads- container 1/2 full! Panera is my go-to place now. I was an avid Starbucks customer, but since last year I have joined the Panera-Heads. I joined their Sip Club that offers free coffee, tea, lemonades and sodas for a monthly charge of about $12. Plus you get freebies, like pastries and bagels, after you buy food items a certain number of times. It’s THE BEST deal because you can use this subscription throughout the USA. I highly recommend joining. Even if you don’t, it’s a great place and service is phenomenal and the staff are marvelous!

I’ve only heard about this place from the Show “BigMouth” …there ain’t no magicians but that bread is so magically fresh I came back the next day and ordered a whole roll. That crust on the loaf was tough and perfect! Will be back for more whenever I return to Wichita.

Two sandwiches with drinks cost over $35. Food was not worth it, and our order was completely miss heard. Was once a big fan of Panera bread; not anymore, will definitely not be going back to any Panera bread any time soon. To pricy and the quality of food has gone down in the 10 years.

If you have a specific bagel you like and want to be able to purchase some, I recommend going early in the day or at the very least, calling to confirm they have it. Live 4 hours away from the closest Panera Bread, and they did not have the two bagels I like the most. The young female clerk was apologetic and tried to be as accommodating as possible to help me make selections to use up our gift card.

Don't waste your time or money on the mozzarella pepperoni melt... It's awful. I get better pizza at the gas station. It DOES NOT even resemble the advertisement. $10.50 for this? Yeah, nope.

Since 2020, it's become a common practice to look after our own health and the health of others. It saddens me that I need to report this, but I feel it's my responsibility to do so. I had to use the restroom about an hour before this incident, and I reported a lack of paper towels to an employee. I had to use the restroom again. I saw an employee leaving the restroom. I thought nothing of it until I tried to dry my hands after using the restroom and washing them. Either this Panera goes through a roll of paper towels, or this employee didn't wash his hands. With health on the decline, I feel it's a tragedy that this employee will touch food again without washing his hands after being in the bathroom. Please be careful if you need to come to this Panera. If you don't need to come to this Panera, I would highly advise going to a different Panera. Panera is a great place, but my question is simply this. Is it worth getting sick for? It isn't for me. I hope it isn't for you. If it is for you, please don't touch me with your germs. I hope I saved someone from getting sick today.

We ordered the flattered pizza. I asked them to leave off the sauce that was drizzled on the top like I always had in the past. Apparently the cashier didn't understand or was not listening and the sausage underneath was omitted instead. I did eat the pizza anyway. It was not as good as before.

Everything is great about this place, the foods, the smells, and the seating were very good. I am very annoyed with the Panera mobile app though. It's difficult to see your order while you are trying to pick it up. Unfortunately, it does not give good information about which location you are headed to for your pick up order. I suggest double checking before you make your order.

Love the Drink Subscription plan. Easy to pop in and grab my coffee/hot tea/soda pop/charged lemonade drink. Self-serve check in kiosk makes it fast to order and get on my way. I also love the soups, Mac and cheese, and a few of their sandwiches. Just a nice place to. Whether I’m home in Springfield or on the road.

First time to this Panera location and it was nice as most of them are. Service was friendly and the Chipotle Chicken Avacado Melt sandwich was very tasty. I was good and avoided the baked good they display very nicely near the register, nice try. :)

I ordered a Flatbread Meal and a cup of Vegetable soup and it was all so fresh and hot! It was all so delicious. I’m Excited to try more of their menu!

I got a deli turkey sandwich and was given a tuna salad sandwich. i’m all abt peace and forgiveness, so all is well if i get a free chocolate croissant LMAO. my cat does thank you for the fishy contribution, but i gagged just upon smelling it.

First time ordering here. Signed up for the drink club and the drinks were good. The food was ok ordered the Mac and cheese grilled cheese and the sandwich was cold and not the kinda cold from sitting out the kinda cold from being cooled

Once and never again. Ok. Tell me what you think. My husband brought me lunch today from Panera Bread. He got me a sandwich and side of salad and bread. When he brought to me, the bag was sealed. And when I opened it, I saw this bread ( in the video). I was kinda confused bcuz I thought my daughter ate this and left for me?!? But the bag was sealed!!?? So I talked to my husband abt this and he said he got it as order, it was new , Mia didn't eat or touch it and it was sealed. So we called and complained abt this. Bcuz this bread looked so gross, it looked like someone ate it but didn't finish and just threw to the bag. But we got the answer that side bread was new. They just tore it and put in the bag like...that...nothing cover the bread, it was just in the bag with napkins and everything. We were like WOAA, i know even it was just a side but you couldn't give it a nice hand-cut!!?? Looked so gross. I didn't eat it and just threw it away. Who knows what happened to the bread 🤔 . We pay for meal, we dont ask for free. You are the big store, you should do it better and more professional.

This is a great place to have a work session going with a group or just have some breakfast and coffee while doing some work on your computer. WiFi is pretty good, and less crowded around 8-9am. The food is undoubtedly delicious. Staff is very friendly and eager to help. Parking was very generous despite the fact that getting in and out of rock road could be a hassle.

I ordered from the app for carside pick-up. I learned that you must wait 5 min or so after ordering before hitting the "I'm here" button on the app, or else they never get the alert. I ordered while in the parking lot, so I touched it immediately after I ordered. Unfortunately, since I pushed it too early, I waited over 50 min before realizing that they either didn't receive my order or didn't know I was waiting. I called, and the manager said they didn't get the alert that I was there, but the manager kindly made fresh food for me. The manager (I believe it was the same person) was wearing a mask when delivering my food to my car. COVID-19 procedures seem ok. I only went into the foyer-type area, so I may have missed it, but there didn't seem to be any tables marked off for social distancing. There were signs requesting masks and talking of the cleaning procedures. There were also stickers on the floor for social distancing while in line to order. I've seen more thorough social distancing procedures in place at other businesses.

Staff is very nice, and the food is good, but my order has been wrong the last two visits. They forgot chicken on my Green goddess salad. Incorrect side and no extra dressing like I requested. I will make sure to double check my orders from now on.

I decided to buy a some bread bowels a few days ago. They were made very quickly, and they tasted great. However they forgot to put chips with the orders. However they were very nice when I called. They offered replacement baked goods and I was very happy with the employee I spoke over the phone.

1/17/2 update : Had dinner at about 6 pm. My daughter order grilled cheese and was told they were out of bread for grilled cheese. She then ordered mac and cheese. It was served as a side to my meal and was cold. The quality of service at this location has dramatically worsened since my last visit. Hopefully they improve soon.

Always have problems with my order here. Made an online order for curbside pickup was there at the time to pick up, used the app to show i arrived, was the first arriving to this location . Waited 15 min and nothing , had to call in, they come outside , no apologies nothing for the wait. Had a gut filling I should check my order but did not because it was dark and my son was in a hurry to eat. I ordered $40 of food and drinks . Ordered a normal latte and a decaf latte. Arrived home the cups were exactly the same. Called in asking how to I know w one the decaf is and they passed to the manager that did not apologized, not offer to give another decaf or refund, he just said to me in a rude manner that I should taste both and that the decaf is bitter. Really?!! The location next to Wesley hospital is much better , don’t order pick up in this location.

Panera is our family's go to for meals when we are traveling. The food is consistently good and the restrooms are always clean. Each of us can find something we love on the menu.
