A great historic location to rent from the park system. Nice quiet neighborhood on a wooded lot next to the river. Bathroom facilities not included.

This is a really historic part of Wichita. I believe this building was part of the terminal when there was a trolley that went through riverside park in the early 1900s. There is also a zoo located nearby. I would highly recommend it it is a very beautiful park.

Cute and quiet little park. The villa with the tables is a great place for a picnic in the shade.

Quaint little building perfect for small get togethers. Giant wrap around veranda is picturesque and functional. A pond with fountains abuts the building. There's lots of green space for the kids to run and play outside games.

I really enjoy going to this park. It's so calming to me!

I appreciated that there were tables and chairs provided. It definitely won't fit 50 people comfortably with all 8 tables and 50 chairs up. The temperature can't be adjusted from inside the facility. Other than that the sinks and table tops were very useful and everything else was great.

It's a beautiful and historic building, and the price to rent for events is reasonable.

The staff that tends the pavilion made sure air air inside was running at nice temperature. They were timely in unlocking and opening the building and restrooms so the next family could come in without a hitch.

Needs to be cleaned up, especially the water fountains. Would look really nice if it was maintained better
