The physicians may be wonderful, but I was three months into my pregnancy, went in for my appointment expecting to see the physician, and instead saw a nurse practitioner. This would have been fine, but the nurse practitioner was not friendly, disengaged, and very reluctantly tried to hear the heartbeat a second time after the health tech hadn't been able to pick it up and told us the NP would try again. Lab refused to tell me what they were drawing. The health tech was the only friendly person the whole visit.

I would leave 0 stars if I could they don't listen to patients concerns and if you dont have the day of your last period they use only hcgs to decide if you need to see a doctor they disregarded anything I said. They never called me back when I told them I was bleeding and clotting during pregnancy. I ended up having to call and talk to the receptionist just to talk to a nurse and I had a miscarriage because of it.

Scheduled out 2 months in Advance for my annual and IUD placement. Preauthorized for the appointment and procedure from my insurance. Then I get a call 1.5hr prior to my appt that they can’t get me in today due to the need of an assisting provider that isn't available on the day of my appt. Very unprofessional. This should have been resolved weeks ago.

Dr.Melissa Hague is absolutely amazing. I have been going to her for about 2 years and both her and her nurse Ashley have always been so kind and helpful. They are able to get an appointment for me when I need it and if I call with a question, I always receive a quick call back within 1 business day. Dr.Hague has an amazing bedside manner and I would gladly refer her all day long. Thanks for taking such great care of me!

Have not yet met my doctor Dr. Hague but I am very pleased with staff!! Lisa (I believe is her name) who is currently filling in for my regular nurse is such a sweetheart! I couldn’t be more pleased with switching to this office. They make me feel very comfortable and are very professional! I highly recommend.

Best OB doctor Hershberger. Very professional, very personable, and genuinely cares about his patients. Very rare and reminds me why I continue to use this clinic. Thank you for your hard work. We need more people like you.

My one experience at Heartland women's group was unfortunately pretty traumatizing. I will be finding a new OBGYN. I was referred by my doctor and I went once and never went back. I made an appointment to get an IUD and I've never gotten one before. So I have no idea what all it entails as I've never been on birth control. I did some of my own research to better prepare myself but I mostly relied on the doctor/nurse to help me better understand and prepare. On the day of the appointment, no one informed me of the pain and sickness I was about to endure so I got very sick and dizzy (almost passed out) and I drove myself and I didn't eat very much before. Once it was inserted, the doctor immediately left and I was stuck there, traumatized, laying on the table for about 10 minutes. Terrified to get up. I finally did and almost fell over immediately so I had to sit down and the nurse came in to draw blood but the doctor never came back in or said anything or called to follow up. I couldn't leave for at least 20 minutes because I physically could not drive myself. If I would have known how painful and sick it was going to make me feel, I would have mentally prepared myself, had someone drive me and eaten better. Maybe this is common sense for people, but for someone who has never had birth control before, I had no idea what to expect. I would not go back here and I would advise anyone who is thinking about going here to ask questions BEFORE the day of your appointment, do your own research (apparently there are multiple IUD brands and they will ask which one you want without explaining much of anything) and have someone drive you. If you've had kids, it probably won't hurt as much. but for someone who has never had kids, it will be painful. I got mine inserted about 3 and a half months ago and I still feel extreme, sharp pain randomly and back/ovary pain, bleeding and bad cramps. I'm hoping this is normal and I called to ask right after and they said I would get a call back and I never did. For the record, I saw Dr. Melissa Hague. I'm sure she's a great doctor but my experience was traumatzing and I wouldn't recommend her to women or at least women who are new to BC.

Dr. Hague and the Heartland Women's Group team give the best care I have ever had. After Robotic Surgery, I had no pain or complications. Was back on my feet in less than a week! She is an absolutely amazing physician!

I've seen Dr. Melissa Hague at Heartland Women's Group for three pregnancies now. She is a phenomenal physician and the staff is supportive and helpful. I get my questions answered, my appointments smoothly scheduled, and if I need to drop in for unscheduled reasons (e.g. fetal heart tones), they work with me. I have recommended this office, particularly Dr. Hague, to many people and will continue to do so.

I'm post-menopausal and I was very pleased with the service I received at Heartland Women's Group. Dr. Noteboom and the entire staff were both professional and personable. I would return if I ever need to in the future.

I had an appointment that I had scheduled online and even provided my confirmation for. I took off work for this and drove 35 minutes for a very vulnerable check up on some issues I’ve had for awhile. When I arrived, I was told by the receptionist that online appointments are canceled immediately. She argued with me about how I HAD to have rescheduled it by phone call (which I didn’t), and then became extremely short and hostile toward me when I told her that the appointment THEY rescheduled FOR me wouldn’t work. It was a terrible experience for someone in an already vulnerable place and I will not be returning.

We met our deductible at the end of November. I had been waiting to schedule a procedure and when i met with Dr. Lowden she was so willing to work me into her already full December schedule! The surgery scheduler was so friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this office! They were quick to call me with how much my insurance would cover and my portion. On the day of the procedure, Dr Lowden stopped in to answer all of my questions, and i never felt rushed in any of our interactions! I felt confident in her care! My experience was fabulous!! In good hands! Thank you so much to everyone who helped me!!

Absolutely love this office! Dr. Hershberger and his nurses are amazing. He knew the right option of the way I should deliver even if it wasn’t what I had planned but was the healthiest option for me and the baby. My questions out of office always forgot answered in a timely manner and everyone was so respectful! I would highly recommend him and his staff!

Had a wonderful experience at Heartland Women’s Group. From my initial visit to my postpartum follow up, I was treated with compassion and understanding. Dr. Hague and the rest of the clinic staff are amazing and so attentive and kind. Thank you for everything!

Terrible customer service. I was instructed by URGENT care to try to get gyno services as soon as possible... I've been bleeding with clots consistently for almost a month and have tried to be seen almost everywhere. Urgent care told me they can offer basic services but since I'd been bleeding so long at 33, the appointment was important for a true diagnosis. I called my regular gyno but they couldn't get me in till 12/28. I'm afraid im losing too much blood, consistently. I bleed very heavy (super plus user) on a normal period and I'm a very petite woman, under 5'... but, I've been using regular tampons 4-6 times a day, as if I was on a normal period, for 3 weeks without realizing it. I've been very light headed, having cold and hot flashes, shakiness, so low on energy, and again bleeding with clots. The nurse says, "If you've gone this long it obviously isn't an emergency." My great and grandmother both died from ovarian cancers and for her to be so dismissive, when I CLEARLY stated that URGENT care told me to call them blew my mind so much, that I hung up and decided to call elsewhere to be seen. I work a high stress, fast paced job. I didn't realize how long i'd been till my husband asked how many days I'd been using feminine products. If the first line of communication can be that insensitive and lack compassion... for an obviously scared woman, I don't want to even imagine the treatment of those going inside me would be like. I've dealt with office personnel like this before... triggering and a major red flag as a minority woman. I would rather bleed out than book here.

Recommending Dr James Whiddon all the way! He listened, was understanding and approved my bisalp with no problem and did a great job on the procedure as well! Absolutely thankful for him and this clinic!

👍👍 Took care of me my entire pregnancy and delivery. He was always so kind and had the best advice. He was actually not at work when I was going into labor, and I was told someone else was going to deliver. He came over to the hospital anyway to deliver my daughter. Thank you for being there for us!
