Terrible
customer
service.
I
was
instructed
by
URGENT
care
to
try
to
get
gyno
services
as
soon
as
possible...
I've
been
bleeding
with
clots
consistently
for
almost
a
month
and
have
tried
to
be
seen
almost
everywhere.
Urgent
care
told
me
they
can
offer
basic
services
but
since
I'd
been
bleeding
so
long
at
33,
the
appointment
was
important
for
a
true
diagnosis.
I
called
my
regular
gyno
but
they
couldn't
get
me
in
till
12/28.
I'm
afraid
im
losing
too
much
blood,
consistently.
I
bleed
very
heavy
(super
plus
user)
on
a
normal
period
and
I'm
a
very
petite
woman,
under
5'...
but,
I've
been
using
regular
tampons
4-6
times
a
day,
as
if
I
was
on
a
normal
period,
for
3
weeks
without
realizing
it.
I've
been
very
light
headed,
having
cold
and
hot
flashes,
shakiness,
so
low
on
energy,
and
again
bleeding
with
clots.
The
nurse
says,
"If
you've
gone
this
long
it
obviously
isn't
an
emergency."
My
great
and
grandmother
both
died
from
ovarian
cancers
and
for
her
to
be
so
dismissive,
when
I
CLEARLY
stated
that
URGENT
care
told
me
to
call
them
blew
my
mind
so
much,
that
I
hung
up
and
decided
to
call
elsewhere
to
be
seen.
I
work
a
high
stress,
fast
paced
job.
I
didn't
realize
how
long
i'd
been
till
my
husband
asked
how
many
days
I'd
been
using
feminine
products.
If
the
first
line
of
communication
can
be
that
insensitive
and
lack
compassion...
for
an
obviously
scared
woman,
I
don't
want
to
even
imagine
the
treatment
of
those
going
inside
me
would
be
like.
I've
dealt
with
office
personnel
like
this
before...
triggering
and
a
major
red
flag
as
a
minority
woman.
I
would
rather
bleed
out
than
book
here.
