You’re better off looking for care in a different clinic. The midwives were amazing, but the clinic has recently revoked their ability to see OB patients & birth babies. The two doctors that are available at the clinic don’t seem to have your best interest at heart & have a record of complicating births. Please find better for you & your baby!

I loved the option of using a midwife and still birthing in a hospital. Unfortunately that option was taken away from me and they weren’t even going to let me know. The midwives are no longer allowed to see OB patients or deliver babies. I went in for my appointment today and the nurse says “Dr. Anna will be in to see you shortly.” I said “Who is Dr. Anna? I’m here to see Stacey.” They moved my appointment to a different person without telling me. So at 26 weeks pregnant I have to decide if I want to continue to stay at this office or transfer care. This office (the OB’S not the midwives) also referred me to a Marternal Fetal Medicine Specialist without telling me, so cue a major freak out on my part until I was able to talk to my midwife and find out what’s going on. Also, they make you pay your entire OOP to them without even considering that you may have other appointments and costs that go towards your insurance.

This was the worst doctor I’ve ever been too. My wife and I recently found out she was pregnant. We went the this OBJYN based on recommendations. Our first experience was terrible because they didn’t even have the right address on google so we went to Andover. When we arrived they told us we might not be able to be seen because we were 10 minutes late do to an error on them! Our second time we were told by 3 different people our appointments was at 10:45 and we arrive this time to be told they won’t see us because it was at 10:25. Keep in mind while we wouldn’t be seen by the doctor, keep in mind we had some worries about our baby at this point and the secretaries up front are straight up rude as hell. They looked at us like we had no idea about anything and it was so disrespectful. Wouldn’t recommend wasting time or money. Take you’re soon to be child elsewhere.

My doctor was great, she was very personable, empathetic, and knowledgeable. She took the time to call after hours and answer questions. However, I was disappointed by their phone tree. If you need to talk to a nurse or have more urgent concerns, you have to leave a message, and nurses only return calls twice a day. After hours you're instructed to go to the ER - very frustrating if you're concerned about insurance coverage (read: not going to hit your deductible that year and will be paying out of pocket) since it might be an unnecessary expense. No one called me to follow up after a confirmed miscarriage.

After first appointment, I called and left three messages requesting Danielle to call me back. I called again this afternoon and was on hold for 30 minutes. No one ever picked up the line. I am disgusted with their extremely low level care of their patients. I would not recommend that anyone seek care here! I would give them a 0 star rating if it were available.

If I could give a zero I would. I’ve been coming to Mid-Kansas Women’s Center for years. I moved away for a little while and when I came back, everything was different. At first Danielle seemed great, was really informative and proactive, it seemed like she really cared about me as an individual. After I agreed to start their “natural program” I stopped receiving that care. I never heard back about important matters from her OR the new Natural Doctor, could never get anyone to answer the phone at the front desks and was completely disrespected by her nurse — who asked if I hadn’t heard back during a time that they told me to stop taking all of my meds for only a few days, but I hadn’t heard back for more than two weeks, which is very dangerous for me, was because I owed them money…. I did not and could not believe she seriously asked me that.. I’ve been experiencing severe pain in my abdomen along with other symptoms, so I scheduled to be seen. When arriving for my appointment I was checked in like normal, then after 10 minutes was called back up and told “we have to cancel your appointment today”. I’m obviously shocked and confused. They go on to tell me it’s because I need a referral to be seen. Again, I come in often and have NEVER had to have a referral. The woman at the front desk said she couldn’t tell me why I needed one. I live 45 minutes from this office.. Why wasn’t this checked on and told to me prior to my appointment?? So I leave, flabbergasted, and call my insurance. Shocker, I DO NOT NEED A REFERRAL TO BE SEEN HERE. They literally filed a claim just two months ago and we’re paid by my insurance. So my insurance tries to call them while I’m still on the phone and for 30 minutes no one answers. I told her to just hang up, no need to waste her time. Absolutely unacceptable, all of it. We seek out doctors to HELP US, not make our situations harder. I have had nothing but issues with this office for months and will not be returning. Do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere.

my doc was nice but still hasn’t got my results back to me and it’s been 3 weeks. you can only leave messages when you try to talk to your doctor. she told me it would take 2 days to get my results back. Rude, wont answer voicemails or calls, gave me the WRONG medication.

Waited 45 minutes past my appointment time to be told that they could remove my birth control, but would not replace it due to insurance. The front desk noted that I was having irregular periods, but not that I wanted new birth control. I had already gone in months ago to report that current birth control was weakening and was given a prescription for the pill. the doctor made a comment that I hadn't taken the pill even though I told her that my general practitioner was trying to work out issues with my ability to take pills. I wasted two doctors appointments and two co-pays to be told that my insurance was never contacted about the option of putting in the new birth control. This is not my first negative experience at this office. 3 years ago when I had the implant initially put in the office staff was incredibly rude to me to the point that I reported it to the admin of the office.

After making us wait for nearly 3 hours, without any warning there would be a delay, the nurse (J) suggested we take additional genetic testing after we told her we had already done genetic testing on the embryo. We asked her how much it would cost if it was not covered by insurance, and she said a few hundred dollars. They billed us $5000!!! In addition to that, they mixed up my wife’s lab work with someone else’s, called her saying she had some maternal disease she does not have which sent her into a panic, only for us to have to dig in later and find out it was a mixup. Terrible experience.

Searching for my first doctor in women's health/pregnancy and the staff was very unhelpful and made me feel stupid for asking questions. I will be finding a new office to go to.

I would not recommend this place for care during pregnancy. At first my prenatal appointments would repeatedly get cancelled at the last minute which I tried to be understanding of since it is a busy office. When I was supposed to go see Dr. Rogers for OB appointments she would always be away at a conference or running behind so I would have to see one of their nurse practicioners. I was supposed to have an appointment after my anatomy scan which was cancelled so they just never went over it with me and no one would respond to my phone calls asking about it. They also would do bloodwork and never call me to get the results and they waited over a month to inform me there was something off. I was then referred to an MFM and spent thousands of dollars on extra scans which I later found out were not necessary. Whenever I would ask Dr. Rogers or the nurses why I was getting all of these extra scans they would either brush me off or I was berated for questioning their advice. I was told I was ignorant and ungrateful for asking for a second opinion or for them to look at my chart. Jennifer James the nurse practitioner really overstepped when I mentioned that I wanted a second opinion. She insulted me and my husband and gave me inaccurate medical advice. She basically threatened me and told me that if I didn't want to get ultrasounds twice a week at the MFM they would force me to do them at their office. I was also told that something horrible could happen to my baby if I didn't which was not true. I ended up finding a new provider in my third trimester because I did not trust them to care for me and my child. I was shocked by how differently I was treated by my new OB who simply took the time to look at my records and answer my questions. I no longer feel scared to voice my concerns or coerced into paying for unnecessary medical testing. I never needed to be seen by an MFM and me and my baby are perfectly healthy. I wish I had done more research and found an office that truly cares about their patients.

I’m very pleased with the level of service provided at Mid-Kansas Women’s Center! Dr. Keomany took the time to get to know me and to understand my health care needs. I felt like my concerns were heard and properly addressed. Front desk staff provided fast and friendly service. I would highly recommend Mid-Kansas Women’s Center!

I wish I could give this place zero star but I can’t. This practice has no regard for patients time, doesn’t not respect their patients wishes, and fails to properly communicate. I only made two appointments here and both times I left utterly disappointed and frustrated. My first visit I was waiting to see the doctor for an hour and a half and only spoke to her for a total of 10mins. The second time the doctor practically forced me to have a well women exam without having a discussion with me confirming that I was ok with it. In addition, when the doctor (Rhea Rogers) tried to proceed with the well woman exam I told her that I was there to talk about other things she continued to go along with it until I put my foot down about what I was there to discuss. In addition, I was there for two whole hours just to be practically forced into a well women exam and to be unheard. Rhea Rogers is extremely unprofessional and I do not recommend this facility. Also, I want to bring attention to the terrible customer service of the front desk staff. Anytime I called this facility the woman who answered the phone had a terrible attitude and was exceptionally rude to me. For example, the wrong address is posted on the website so when I went to the address posted and there wasn’t a facility I called to let them know the situation and instead of being met with grace the lady on the phone was extremely rude. After my first visit I was hesitant to make another appointment due to the disrespect I was met with.

👍👍 Took care of me my entire pregnancy and delivery. He was always so kind and had the best advice. He was actually not at work when I was going into labor, and I was told someone else was going to deliver. He came over to the hospital anyway to deliver my daughter. Thank you for being there for us!
