Overpriced and I felt like the owner or whomever was working at the moment had a nasty and pompous attitude

The food was very good, I had the shepherd pie and would order it again. The service was very pleasant and she tried to make the dinner a nice experience.

The best jewelers in town and the entire Midwest. Incredibly kind, patient, and helpful with me when we needed my custom engagement ring on short notice during peak season. I chose to work with Burnell's for custom wedding pieces after my friend raved about her experience with them. I had a vision for my wedding jewelry that kept evolving. Channing was with me through every iteration and guided me to the most tasteful version of my idea. She spent time to source pearls or stones that I liked, and then delivered stunning, one of a kind pieces with lovely details that were true to my original idea. It was such a great experience, the customer service is what sets them apart. Some jewelry stores give you poor service if you're not covered in designer clothes. I look very average, but everyone at Burnell's was very warm towards me and treated me like a VIP. I would work with Burnell's again in the future, and I would highly recommend them to others.

I happened across Burnells while searching for an engagement ring. I found a ring online that I really liked and to my surprise one store in Wichita actually had it, Burnell's! I took my now wife there to do some ring shopping and she really liked the ring I had in mind. I came back within a few days and bought the ring. The whole process was so easy and comfortable. The team even showed me many different diamonds, sizes and clarity, even diamond alternatives. They helped me make the right decision! I was so impressed with the whole process that I even bought the matching wedding ring! For my ring I wanted something unique that comiments my wife's ring so I sought out the expertise of the Burnell team. They didn't disappoint! I ended up getting a simple twisted band that really matches so well with my wife's ring! I even brought them my late mothers wedding ring (gifted to my wife) for repairs and cleaning and they did an amazing job with that! I went to Burnell’s on a Thursday and the ring was finished by Saturday of the same week. Their jeweler did a fantastic job! I had been debating on and off about getting a diamond in my wedding ring for a while until recently. So on Saturday, my hubby and I stopped by Burnell's since neither of us have been and I've driven by there so many times on my way to work before. Curiosity got us both. We walked in and were greeted by smiling staff and then met Ariana who was incredibly sweet and eased the anxiety with picking something so special to display/tell our love story. She helped us find (and choose) a beautiful salt and pepper diamond(my dream diamond) and now we're waiting to get my ring back with this lovely gem! I am so very excited to see the resulting ring!

We had the absolute best experience here! My wedding ring (not purchased at Burnell’s) broke after 15 years and we took it somewhere else to get fixed. They did a horrible job so we went to Burnell’s to see if they could fix it. We decided to go a different route and use the diamonds out of my original ring to design a new ring. I took my grandmothers ring In there to be melted down and made into my wedding ring. Tony was incredibly nice and helpful. I was told my ring would be ready on a Wednesday. Later that changed to Friday. I went in on Friday and my ring was still not ready. I was visually upset, because I was very excited to get my ring. Everyone there was very sweet and very understanding. Things like that can’t always be done on time and I understand that. Tony later called me, and was very apologetic and very sweet offered various ways to make it up to me. They have such big hearts and are so sweet! They really take care of their customers. I have not even received my ring yet, but I know it will be perfect when I do. Thank y’all for going above and beyond!

Love this place! I do all my jewelry shopping at Lauray’s! They take excellent care of me. I have had several family heirlooms re-tipped, refurbished, and appraised. Wouldn’t trust anyone else to work on my pieces.
