The staff was polite and extremely helpful. They gave great directions to anything and everything, from getting to the parking garage to whichever restaurant we fancied that evening. The rooms are comfortable, but a little on the small side for the American mindset. Breakfast was exactly what I wanted, it us a standard German hotel breakfast and it was delicious. Located perfectly for walking to any location on the walkplatz, or many other locations of interest. If I return to Wiesbaden, this will be my hotel of choice.

Nice place, with very friendly staff. Our room was quite small - luckily only one of us had a suitcase, as otherwise we couldn't have fit both on the floor! Do wish staff had been better with communication on costs - I booked the room months ago, so had forgotten what costs had been mentioned on the website, and staff didn't mention it for parking and breakfast until we were paying at checkout. Otherwise good!

Like many hotels in a city center, the rooms are quite small but the bed was ok and the room was clean. Breakfast was not included in the room price, but we paid the additional small fee and absolutely enjoyed the breakfast. So many choices, and such high quality, it's a reason on it's own to book this hotel.

Great location. Basic facilities but good. Clean, comfortable, son of owners was very helpful and accommodating.

The location of Town Hotel is excellent. If you want to be right there with everything going on, this is a great choice. The rooms are small, but if you only need a place to lat your head at night, look nowhere else. They provide a great spread for breakfast everyday of the week.

Clean rooms. Free WiFi. Rude, inconsiderate hotel guests, that talk loud all night long. Edit: Had another stay there, which was way better, in terms of other guests. Staff is really friendly.

I've stayed here 4 or 5 times. Lovely place. Perfectly clean, friendly, convenient and comfortable. What else could one ask? I will be staying again. Ideal for attending the opera, just a short walk to the theatre.

Amazing location, good value. A/c is great, but in our room was not hooked up to the wall properly. Great for people looking for a super-convenient location!

Lovely little hotel. Warm and joyful staff. Very central, near all shops in town. One well served breakfast with a very reasonable price. Perfect for a short and casual stay.
