Great Burger King branch inside the terminal of Luton Airport. It was a spacious and large establishment, perfect for satisfying my pre-flight hunger. I stopped by during lunchtime on a quiet midweek day. The restaurant was surprisingly clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant dining environment. The automated service station worked a treat. Ordering my Whopper meal was a breeze, and within just three minutes, my order was ready. Talk about fast service! The classic Whopper still holds a special place in my heart, even with all the new burger options out there. And what's even better is that it's priced reasonably compared to many of its pricier counterparts. So, if you find yourself at Luton Airport and in need of a quick and satisfying meal, don't hesitate to visit this Burger King branch. Enjoy a delicious Whopper and embark on your journey with a satisfied appetite! It definitely beats whatever food you will buy few hours later on those low-cost flights on taste and price.

I like this BK alot! Very ofter before fly I eat there. Always clean and nice, fast service and good meals. I like it!

So this Luton Airport Landside BK is absolutely amazing! Amazing Food, Service and Atmosphere. So it's 5 star worthy! Love it!! I'm a regular person to visit this particular BK store as I love the atmosphere in there, and also great service given, especially by these 2 awesome people named Anjana and Suja, they never miss out on giving a lovely smile and 5 star service to their customers. And frankly this is the best place to dine in at the Luton Airport Landside.. keep it up guys!!x

Rude staff, told me that 2 ketchup sachets were enough for one meal and would not give any more also they forgot to give us cups and then were eyeballing us when we asked for them…not to mention the buns were stale and the prices are about 25% more than regular Burger Kings. 100% Would NOT go again!

One of the best service ever. The service was quick and foods are fresh and seems to provide the quality things while delivery the items . The person who served me is smiling , friendly and very welcoming . I have seen the managers also helping the shop floor while it’s busy . Keep it up and wish them all the good lucks and success in their team and business.

Good service, staff very friendly and very helpful. The food came very fast, while it was very good for us cause we were in a rush. Is not the first time we eat here..and not the last one. 👍

Absolutely disgusting the drinks are really watered down the STAFF they come to you with a qr code and make you review the place and he took my phone and put 5 stars lucky I didn’t have internet so I wasn’t able to do it everything was just disgusting I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BURGER KING (the one after security is way better I’ve got there loads of better food than here .)

It’s always hard to rate places like this. There is no service, because you service yourself, (drinks and the order). No ice in drink machines, food is not healthy and doesn’t taste good too. Should be called “oncological meal”. Tables were dirty. Places like that simply shouldn’t exist.

Dry burger with no flavour. As we was eating our meal a member of staff came over to us with a Q R code asking us to scan and leave a review. We was still halfway through our meal at this time. We all scanned it and said okay he still stood there until the link worked. I told him I had no signal and therefore no data, he stood and waited until I logged into the Wi-Fi hovering over my shoulder. He then clicked the 5 star button for me and before I had chance to change it or re write it he had posted it. He then repeated this with everyone in the group and made everyone feel uncomfortable.

Very kind and professional staff. They were really accommodating and met my dietary needs. Especially the manager on duty was really kind and ensure everything was ok for me. I really appreciate how kind they were even at a busy time. The place is very clean as well and staff were always ensuring table was cleaned after each customer. Great to eat when waiting for your flight.

They have those refill machines for the drinks. My son loves because he can try every single flavour. Nice bright space and cool mural. Actually not a bad experience.

Staff is not friendly at all. I get it that we all have bad days and good days, but manors cost nothing. Is it really hard to show people the same respect they show you? I'm flying from Luton Airport about 8-9 times a year, so you can count me out from your customer there anymore.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and food preparation at this establishment. This is the second time within a month that I have ordered a takeout plant-based burger, only to discover that there is meat in it when I open the container. Despite being very specific about my dietary preference, it seems that they simply do not care. This lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this place and I strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from here.

The food was great, fresh and delicious, however, since it's located in an airport, it had little consideration for people that were also looking for a place to charge their phones. There were only a few outlets and none of them were working. While eating there, i also noticed several tables that were left uncleaned after the people left, and it's not like they were too busy with serving.

I wanted to write a review specifically for the manager here. I believe his name is Wayne. I had been traveling all evening/morning and was starving and tired. Being American, I saw the BK and thought I’d grab a traditional breakfast item. Of course, being in a different country, they had a completely different menu. Wayne worked with me to try to make my order as “Americanized” as possible. Very nice and good customer service.

We ordered vegan royal meals, vegan nuggets and chilli cheese bites. The person Sujaul who served us is a very friendly and helpful. We are very happy for his excellent customer service. He is a star.

The staff at the Luton Airport Burger King were so friendly and attentive. We had a flight at 6:30 AM, and they opened at 3:00. The cashier(s) warmly welcomed us; they enhanced what would normally be a very ordinary transaction by recommending different ordering options to save money. They also promptly corrected a mistake with our order by coming to our table to admit the error and offer us our item for free. Thanks for helping us start our trip off right!

I would definitely advice on higher attention to hygiene!!! After COVID is gone its like no one ever cares about wiping the crubles or ketchup any more of the tables or the floor. Honestly 80% of the sitting area was dirty. The staff is friendly.

Good amount of seating available. Wayne, the shift manager helped save my mum and I money by recommending us to have meals. He was lovely and helpful... makes such a change when everything is so busy and stressful!

So I’m not a big fan of fast food. I ordered the chicken fries and I didn’t like how it taste. But Rayhan (employee)was so accommodating for me. He was patiently and kind towards me. Even though I didn’t like the food. The service was great!

Certainly not fast food or great service. I was as I think most people just trying to get a quick meal before I fly. I ordered using the self order system and placed the order at 18.26. I waited just over 20 minutes for my food. The place was not busy just chaos behind the counter. I had ordered to eat in but got my food in a takeaway bag and when I asked about eat in coming on a tray the lady serving said yes but then did not give me one! An absolute joke of fast food. If Burger King want to check please do my order number was 1531 ordered on 6th March at 18.26

Stopped at BK in Luton airport for a late night pit stop with my 10 month old baby. Suja the manager went over and above to welcome us and make our visit memorable. Excellent service!
