As a family we loved the room layout, it was super convenient, 2 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms was awesome. Was disappointed there were no vending machines on site and no sort of breakfast offering, with a family, amenities are important. The location, close proximity to the park was excellent. The was a Valero close, as well as a Wawa for those quick snack runs. Housekeeping was awesome, quick and attentive to our needs.

The rooms were beautifully decorated in colonial theme. The king sized bed was extremely comfortable and I slept great each night. The location is perfect for us, we walked into town each morning.

During our recent visit, we had the pleasure of staying in one of the Villas at this hotel, and it proved to be a fantastic experience. The spaciousness of the accommodations was perfect for our group of four adults and three children, providing ample room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The location was perfect, being next to Colonial Williamsburg. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the wonderful and relaxing pool. It offered a great place to unwind and cool off after a long day of activities. The pool area was well-maintained, and the serene atmosphere added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. While the majority of the staff provided satisfactory service, some of them exhibited slightly pushy behavior. They encouraged us to attend a presentation on timeshare ownership in exchange for complimentary Busch Gardens tickets (we already have season passes). However, as guests of a timeshare member, we were not obligated to attend. Consequently, their persistence in promoting the presentation became a minor inconvenience. Nonetheless, it's worth noting that this did not significantly detract from our overall experience. In terms of the villa itself, we were extremely pleased with the spaciousness and comfort it provided. The accommodations were well-suited for our group, allowing each individual to have their own space and privacy. The amenities provided within the villa were satisfactory, ensuring a pleasant and convenient stay for all of us. In conclusion, our stay in the Villa at this hotel was truly fantastic. The ample space, particularly for a larger group, made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The relaxing pool area added to the overall appeal of the property. While the staff's pushy nature regarding the timeshare presentation was a minor inconvenience, it did not overshadow the positive aspects of our experience. If you're looking for a spacious and relaxing accommodation option, this hotel's Villas are highly recommended.

Our checkin process was easy. We had booked a 2 night stay. We are "owners" so didn't have to deal with the sales tactics that some have to deal with. Both ladies up front were really nice and helpful. We stayed in building 3000 in a 2 bedroom. The rooms are spacious and laid out well. Having 2 very young children with us, the security of the room was not great. The latch thing that flips over so the door won't open was flimsy and barely attached, and it was too low to prevent a curious child from going out if they wanted. We were on the back of the building overlooking the parking lot and as we later found out, a train track. At least 5 trains came by from the time we checked in until the next morning. It sounded like it was in the room with you. The walls are so thin as I was sitting on the couch watching TV I could easily overhear the conversation a couple was having next door about what yogurt they should've gotten and a lot of other topics. It's honestly ridiculous how much they charge for those rooms and couldn't be bothered to sound proof between them. I've felt like I had more privacy at motels half the price per night. We ended up doing some stuff in the area and checking out the next afternoon. Our kids didn't want to stay another night so we drove home. It's a nice spot to spend maybe a night to do as a quick stop between destinations, but I wouldn't go out of my way to have an extended stay there.

The A/C is so loud it will wake you up and we have to turn up the TV by 5 just to here the show. It took 3 phone calls and 3 hours to get clean towels... wish I never stayed there!!

I went to visit family members. The kitchen is not a kitchen. It is very small. There is not a real oven. It's a microwave oven which did not work properly. The TV service was bad. It kept pausing every few mins.
