Dropped by this place two different times now, and delighted with the food from both times! I've now tried their macarons, one of their lattes, two of their soups, one of their sandwiches, and their newest offering of egg tarts. -[ROAST BEEF SANDWICH] $10.75 🥪 roast beef, cheese, egg, romaine lettuce, red cabbage, tomato, carrots, onions, dijon mayo 🥪 this sandwich is so worth it for the price - easily two meals because of how filling it is 🥪 also, look at all those colors! visually appealing as well -[BLACK SESAME CREAM LATTE] $5.50 ☕ the black sesame flavor was strong with this one in the best way ☕ look at those layers too 👀 -[MACARONS] $3.80/piece ⚫ the black sesame one was the vegan option but SO tasty 🟤 also tried the salted caramel one but my preferred flavor for anything will also be black sesame haha -[SOUP OF THE DAY - REGULAR SIZE] $6.50 🥣 Their soups are different every day! Monday: Cream of Mushroom, Tuesday: Broccoli Cheddar, Wednesday: Chicken Curry, Thursday: Cream of Potato, Friday: Various 🥣 I have tried the Cream of Potato, and the Chicken Curry now - both are very tasty 🥣 Note that the Chicken Curry one does have a kick (which I love) 🌶️ -[EGG TART SET] $15 for 5 🥧 comes with 2 original, 1 black sesame, 1 matcha, and 1 salted caramel 🥧 just look at them!!! 🥧 you do need to order them at least a day in advance but SO worth it 📝This bakery is tucked in a business building so just waltz on in haha

This place took me a second to find as it wasn't the easiest. I used Google maps which led me to 1 West Pearce (an office-looking like building) and figured it was probably located inside somewhere. Once you set foot into the lobby, you can see on their directory that it is unit #105, and then nearby, a sign points you in that direction. I came here on a Tuesday morning, around 11:15 am for an event - I was the only one there. The place is really clean at first glance, with unique decor which makes it a super cute and home-y spot. I was greeted once upon entering by a gentleman working there and he was serving me throughout, with a smile. Not to mention, he was a great conversationalist and polite. I came to learn that Bakeolio opened in June of last year. I did mention to him that this place was hard to find and I wouldn't have known about it, had it not been for the event and he agreed, but also mentioned that most their customers are from surrounding businesses. I could totally see this as being a nice place to grab lunch from as they service sandwiches and soups, and you can even get your coffee and treats. I picked up the following from the event: - PEACH LYCHEE MACARON (vegan): sometimes vegan desserts have a bad rep, but this was not like that. It was indeed a little more crumbly compared to their regular macaron, but still had a soft and chewy texture. Flavors could have been a little stronger, but I did taste a yogurt-like ganache that was paired with lychee bits and a peach jam. - CHOCOLATE ESPRESSO: I personally preferred the texture of this macaron more as it was chewier and held together better. The coffee flavor was evident without being bitter. There was a nice chocolate ganache center which paired well. - BLACK SESAME CREAM LATTE: loved the look of this drink, which came out with layers. I felt the coffee flavor overpowered the black sesame, making it more of a subtle, hidden flavor; but the overall drink was tasty and very creamy. Overall, I love that all these items were minimally sweet - perfect for me! And then I added to my order a ROAST BEEF SANDWICH for $10 plus tax. We need to take a moment to appreciate that this was one of the prettiest sandwiches I've ever had! That alone, brightened my mood and made it more enjoyable. There was an abundance of veggies and protein, making it a thick sandwich! It seems simple, but the flavors really worked well together. I had all my items to go - and was kindly offered a paper bag for all my items. Which leads me to mention, besides the small plastics used to package a lot of their baked goods (e.g. macarons, banana bread... Which are individually wrapped), they use a lot of eco-friendly packaging such as paper bags, cardboard boxes for baked goods, and paper boxes for sandwiches.

We came in at5:30 wed night right before they close. This little cute cafe is hidden in the office building right next to time square, it is maintained cozy and clean inside though .The staff was welcoming and friendly, and the service was very fast too. - we picked One regular macaron earl grey - from 4 flavour of choice between chocolate espresso, lemon, earl grey or salted caramel—5/5 - One vegan macaron peach lychee- from 4 flavour of choice between strawberry, black sesame, macadamia or peach lychee 4/5 - 1 black sesame cream latte 4/5 - Toasted beef sandwich -5/5 The high light is earl grey macaron, size is big with plenty of filling . The taste is just right for the fragrance of tea mixed with creamy and crunchy texture. The combination is standing out so well that my son wants go back for more!, one of the best macarons in GTA! Highly recommended! Roasted beef sandwich is very tasty and fresh too. Not to mention that all the packages are neat and environmentally friendly, so you can easily get it on the go!

Unassuming café. Unfortunately, the seating (chairs/tables) don't do this café justice. You have to come here for the food and drinks, not the décor (although the paintings and photos are very cute). Oat milk cappuccino with a pecan pumpkin pie cheesecake cookie (or something like that). Cappuccino was phenomenal. Creamy, frothy, bold coffee flavour. Made quickly. Cookie was amazing. Great flavours and textures. Baked in house. Friendly staff. Loved it!

This place is definitely a hidden gem! Found by google looking for a fresh sandwich and by surprise, the food was so delicious! We ended up eating more than we planned. Soup of the day, sandwiches (we had Turkey Cranberry & Croissant Sandwich) - all were super fresh, made on the spot, that home made taste! We had to take home the macarons after tasting their food! These macarons were so good, the best ones we had in GTA! We will be back for more in near future! 숨어 있는 맛집! 친절한 사장님과 모든 음식이 핸드메이드이여서 후레쉬하고 맛있음! 강추!

Since returning to work at the office, it's been hard to find a good soup and sandwich place. Tried this place thanks to a recommendation from a friend. Sandwiches were thick with a good balance between protein and veggies. Good amount of veggies like lettuce and tomatoes which have been tough to source of late. They delicious baked goods including cookies and macaroons. The filling in the macaroons was also pretty thick and nice selection of more unique flavours such as black sesame, and cheddar. (kinda a sweet and savoury macaroon.)

Definitely a hidden gem on the main floor of a commercial building. Cute cafe with very funky decor and personality. Their sandwiches are packed with veggies, eggs, and sauce (and your protein of choice) and prepared relatively quickly especially since they're made fresh after ordering (not in advance). We tried 3 different sandwiches, drinks, macarons, as well as their soup of the day which was broccoli cheddar, which was delicious. Will definitely return!

Great for a quick bite! Staff was nice, service was quick and it's a clean and cute little shop! I got the roast beef sandwich and it was light and tasty. All the ingredients were fresh and could be identified when munching down on it. It is quite large however, so taking a bite from bread to bread is a bit challenging (but hey good value!) I also grabbed their Tiramisu which was quite satisfying, so I'm happy to know I have a go-to place to grab a quick tiramisu. All in all I'd easily come back to try more of their foods!

👍👍 Love the vibe of the bar! The Mozzarella, fresh pasta, and pizza were all amazing! They offer 50% off bottled wine on Wednesday, and 15% on your first bill if you are a new customer (requires registering on the app). The only downside is that there was not enough room on the sofa.
