This
place
took
me
a
second
to
find
as
it
wasn't
the
easiest.
I
used
Google
maps
which
led
me
to
1
West
Pearce
(an
office-looking
like
building)
and
figured
it
was
probably
located
inside
somewhere.
Once
you
set
foot
into
the
lobby,
you
can
see
on
their
directory
that
it
is
unit
#105,
and
then
nearby,
a
sign
points
you
in
that
direction.
I
came
here
on
a
Tuesday
morning,
around
11:15
am
for
an
event
-
I
was
the
only
one
there.
The
place
is
really
clean
at
first
glance,
with
unique
decor
which
makes
it
a
super
cute
and
home-y
spot.
I
was
greeted
once
upon
entering
by
a
gentleman
working
there
and
he
was
serving
me
throughout,
with
a
smile.
Not
to
mention,
he
was
a
great
conversationalist
and
polite.
I
came
to
learn
that
Bakeolio
opened
in
June
of
last
year.
I
did
mention
to
him
that
this
place
was
hard
to
find
and
I
wouldn't
have
known
about
it,
had
it
not
been
for
the
event
and
he
agreed,
but
also
mentioned
that
most
their
customers
are
from
surrounding
businesses.
I
could
totally
see
this
as
being
a
nice
place
to
grab
lunch
from
as
they
service
sandwiches
and
soups,
and
you
can
even
get
your
coffee
and
treats.
I
picked
up
the
following
from
the
event:
-
PEACH
LYCHEE
MACARON
(vegan):
sometimes
vegan
desserts
have
a
bad
rep,
but
this
was
not
like
that.
It
was
indeed
a
little
more
crumbly
compared
to
their
regular
macaron,
but
still
had
a
soft
and
chewy
texture.
Flavors
could
have
been
a
little
stronger,
but
I
did
taste
a
yogurt-like
ganache
that
was
paired
with
lychee
bits
and
a
peach
jam.
-
CHOCOLATE
ESPRESSO:
I
personally
preferred
the
texture
of
this
macaron
more
as
it
was
chewier
and
held
together
better.
The
coffee
flavor
was
evident
without
being
bitter.
There
was
a
nice
chocolate
ganache
center
which
paired
well.
-
BLACK
SESAME
CREAM
LATTE:
loved
the
look
of
this
drink,
which
came
out
with
layers.
I
felt
the
coffee
flavor
overpowered
the
black
sesame,
making
it
more
of
a
subtle,
hidden
flavor;
but
the
overall
drink
was
tasty
and
very
creamy.
Overall,
I
love
that
all
these
items
were
minimally
sweet
-
perfect
for
me!
And
then
I
added
to
my
order
a
ROAST
BEEF
SANDWICH
for
$10
plus
tax.
We
need
to
take
a
moment
to
appreciate
that
this
was
one
of
the
prettiest
sandwiches
I've
ever
had!
That
alone,
brightened
my
mood
and
made
it
more
enjoyable.
There
was
an
abundance
of
veggies
and
protein,
making
it
a
thick
sandwich!
It
seems
simple,
but
the
flavors
really
worked
well
together.
I
had
all
my
items
to
go
-
and
was
kindly
offered
a
paper
bag
for
all
my
items.
Which
leads
me
to
mention,
besides
the
small
plastics
used
to
package
a
lot
of
their
baked
goods
(e.g.
macarons,
banana
bread...
Which
are
individually
wrapped),
they
use
a
lot
of
eco-friendly
packaging
such
as
paper
bags,
cardboard
boxes
for
baked
goods,
and
paper
boxes
for
sandwiches.
