Decent HK cafe for reasonable prices and good portion sizes. The dishes comes with a free drink. The restaurant is rather small, so it fills up quickly. Worth a try if you're in the area.

Definitely a busy place for a reason, be ready to wait in line for a table. The food is flavourful and well seasoned while portion size is okay. Definitely not the cheapest HK cafe style restaurant but walking away full and satisfied is worth the price you pay. For instant, for the instant noodle dishes, maybe if they put two packs of noodles in, I’d say the price is well worth it but currently, it does leave you wanting more for the price you pay. Dishes need some vegetables. As it may sound like I’m critiquing, I’m definitely doing it in a positive manner, cause it’s well worth going back still. The atmosphere is clean and stylish but like some of these new restaurants, the space is really tight. Literally have to pull the table out at times so you can sit against the wall and then pull the table back. Service was friendly even though they are in a rush so be patient and enjoy.

A very legit Cantonese Fast food restaurant for Hong Kong style food. Milk tea and lemon tea are great. Curry fish ball is spicy enough and yummy. I ordered the Satay Beef Vermicelli with Scramble Egg & Toast & Drink. Overall food is very fast to deliver to our table during lunch time. Parking is available at the plaza.

This is probably the best HK style restaurant so far in my life! Eggs are really smooth. Food quality is great. Tastes yummy - not too salty. Ginger and green onion sauce is tasty and not too oily. Portion is just right. It feels really clean in the restaurant. The dishes feel clean as well. Really hope that they keep it up!

I had a good lunch with my son here. Chicken leg with Fries - Chicken crispy and juicy, same as Good Catch cafe. Baked fish fillet with cheese and cream sauce rice - it is good quality but Phoenix cafe is a little better when compare the taste and portion. Staff are polite and attentive. Overall a good restaurant.

This is a authentic HK cafe place. We came in Sunday afternoon at 2 and it was full. Waited for about 10min . The staff is very friendly and service is fast, inside is clean and casual. The food here is above average with good portion. Price is reasonable too. Good place for a quick meal

Drinks complimentary (hot and cold) with foods. What I love about this place is you don't need to pay extra for changing to cold drinks, and asking for a container to take out if you can't finish it. 💯 very inclusive for this point. The place opens on time and fills up quickly, we lined up before the open hours so we can be the first ones to be seated. Otherwise, you can wait. It won't take so long, IMO, as the foods serve pretty fast mostly.

Decent place with good portions of food. The pork chop selections are a probably a better go to than the other stuff the pineapple bun was good, but the cheung fun was ok. Better at Sam’s congee place. Good little store for a quick fix of Hk style cafe food.

It is a really good place to eat. We went there for lunch and it was good. The waitress was really kind and they give some free lollipops to the kids. They give 1 menu for eat person and it was about $11-14 per person. Each meal comes with a drink and you don’t need to pay for cold drinks which is really good since other restaurants need you to pay. They have a TV so you can see the popular foods that you may like. They also give you butter, sugar, spoons, forks, knifes. They will give you some kid friendly knifes too. They also have decors. The overall price was about $50 in total.

Ordered the baked rice with fish with tomatoes sauce and cheese and it came in a decent size portion. The fish was pretty good but the batter around it had a texture that was a little off. The plate of wings our group shared was excellent, tender and juicy inside and not over cooked. A criticism would be how busy the plaza is as well as this restaurant closing a little earlier than I’m use to for dinner time.

I ordered their Monday special, it was really good, egg was super soft and "slippery"! Service was great, first time a HK style restaurant that actually greet and serve the customers! Thumb up!! We will come again!

This plaza does have a big parking lot but it is still packed full!! There is a check in machine once you enter through their first door. We were able to be seated pretty quickly with a party of 4, including my two little ones (5 and 1). Their service was pretty professional but a bit rushed. It was lunch time and the places have limited seats, so maybe that’s why it felt a little rushy. The food was average, not the best. But as a visitor, they are not bad i guess.

I had no idea this place was here until a colleague mentioned it. It’s a tiny place, and there’s usually a wait, but because it’s HK cafe style dining, people are usually in and out pretty quickly. This is to be expected. If you’re looking for spacious fine dining, this isn’t the place. But if you are looking for some comforting HK style baked rice, noodles and French toast, they got it. I usually get baked pork chop rice and I’m on the lookout for really good ones and Cha Kee is up there. I enjoyed it as it wasn’t overly cheesy and sweet. The only thing I’d say is I wish the rice was more “fried” like, a better fried rice base. But other than that, I’d definitely go back and have it again. They have daily specials as well and I want to try their baked bolognese spaghetti. Good HK style milk tea as well.

Ordered a Satay beef vermicelli and pickled vegetables and shredded pork vermicelli breakfast set. These breakfast sets come with tea and/or coffee and a really thinner layer of scramble eggs. That's made me wonder whether i should come back next time. In this area, I do have a lot of good restaurants choice and better prices.

HK-Canadian here. Very authentic HK café. Very friendly and fast service. Quick dine in and out. Very busy but very typical HK style and pace. 45min max eating time. Highly recommended.

I used to order takeout food from this Chinese restaurant. Today I came to dine in. I love the eggs, sandwiches, rice noodles so much! Very amazing Hong Kong style restaurant! There’s a bid family sitting opposite me, they are so happy! A super wonderful restaurant which you should not miss up!

Ordered the Pork Chop with Black Pepper Sauce and Curry Rice. Portion sizes were fairly sized and orders came with a choice of either milk tea or coffee. Other items tried were the Portuguese Style Chicken on Rice and the Baked Spaghetti Bolognese. The restaurant is a bit small inside and seating is a bit tight. It's also very popular for lunch on weekends as well so expect some wait time before a table. Recommended to come earlier or do take out.

Love it here for a quick lunch. Both dine in and takeout are great. Delicious food and friendly staff. We've been here 2 days in a row. Will be going back soon. :)

Excellent food at Cha Kee! Ordered the signature baked pork chop with spaghetti and the Baked and Match sets. Keep in mind, this isn't your regular baked pork chop - it is breaded and pan fried, then baked with your meal so they were thoughtful about this. Pork chop was tender and juicy. Sauces complimented the food well and were delicious. Service and staff werr attentive and friendly and the restaurant was clean. The staff here spoke English, Cantonese, and Mandarin fluently. Menus are printed in both traditional Chinese and English. They accept cash, debit, and credit cards as form of payment. I feel the tea-based drinks could be better as it appears they steep Lipton tea exclusively while most other HK-style cafes use a blend of Ceylon teas (e.g. Marathon Cafe.). While it was a strong, bold cup of tea, it was a bit one-dimensional and not the smoothest. Not a huge complaint but an important detail for potential customers not to set super high or unrealistic expectations. Having said that, I would recommend trying out Cha Kee. This will be my new go-to for a quiet lunch or dinner on weekend shopping runs. Also to note - at the time of this review, the Plaza's parking lot appears to be under maintenance or renewal so at times, parking can be limited depending when you come.

Solid 3.5 stars. The food here is solid and very nice portions. The signature baked pork chop rice is definitely a goto! The pickled vegetables vermicelli is another comfort food to indulge upon for the warm up feeling. The French toast nuggets are a fun treat with a peanut butter centre surrounded by an eggy crunch smothered in the necessary corn syrup and a dab of condensed milk. The drinks here hot or cold are included with most meals and the staff are plenty efficient and courteous. Many more meals to enjoy here!

They’re friendly, in general is pretty good, food just like what you have in HK/Macau, milk tea is recommend if you like strong milk favor. I would suggest to fried the rice for Portuguese chicken rice.

If you’re looking for HongKong food this is the best place to go. Order: pineapple bun with butter together with their HK Cold Milk Tea, Fishball curry and Curry beef with rice or noodles. It’s comparable with the best pineapple bun in HK Kam Wah Bakery.

Unbeatable scramble egg, matched with satay beef. It reminds the authentic flavor from HK tea saloon. And not to mention the "pineapple bun", so soft...! It made my day! So tasty that it made me cry 😭

Quick service, we did takeout during pandemic. The pork chop with pasta in thick tomato soup was alright, soup tasted more like can soup. Curry balls was delicious, a bit spicy and lots of curry sauce. Curry braised beef was okay too, the meat is a bit on the fat side but the giant potato was a surprised. Cold lemon tea/ milk tea was good. I guess we heard so much positive feedback about this restaurant, we were having higher expectation. Overall food was good but nothing over expectation or would make us go back.

👍👍 Love the vibe of the bar! The Mozzarella, fresh pasta, and pizza were all amazing! They offer 50% off bottled wine on Wednesday, and 15% on your first bill if you are a new customer (requires registering on the app). The only downside is that there was not enough room on the sofa.
