OH DEAR! I'm so VERY important but the employees here did not drop everything to wait on me out of turn. So what if I couldn't be bothered to read the signs or wait in line like everyone else? I'm so put upon! Even though there are 3 other coffee shops less than a 1/2 mile away I MUST keep coming here repeatedly. It was so RUDE of them to ask me to pay for my coffee!! I'm never coming back here (until tomorrow)!

Umbrella has been broken over a month. Nice patio, tasty brownie, refreshing blended peppermint mocha.

Best Starbucks I've been to. Great service, quick service, and always consistently made beverages. Clean establishment, convenient in and out location. My daily morning spot.

Nice and new this Starbucks moved from its old digs in the Manor to a sparkling location with a brew thru. The downside is that the old Starbucks was gossip girl central from all the romping at the nearby dance clubs. Sadly, many of the gossip queens who protected their turf may have banned this one. Coffee is good and is typical of the chain. Tip there is a nice deck to sip and hear about the previous nights follies.

This is just one of many stores running out or not having products to sell. I always order an iced green tea, had one just the week before, only to be told today that they are out of sweet green tea indefinitely. Then the woman taking the order has the gall to ask me if there is anything else I need. YES. I NEED THE SWEET GREEN TEA THAT I ALWAYS ASK FOR.

Drinks are always good but every single time you are in the drive through line it’s 20+ minutes wait. Every time is a regret and will not be coming again

Fantastic location in the heart 💜 of Wilton Manors, and with the most excellent service. I was even offered a 🆓 beverage since I guess because I was there on my laptop 💻 working for many hours which I thought was very classy of them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great Starbucks with fabulous coffee and employees. We went through the drive thru. Ryan served us and he was delightful. Highly recommend !

Really disappointed over the last 3 weeks, they don't have the staff. I was in the drive through for 30min. And because of the design of the store, you can't get out of the lane. They were out of several food items again. They did not have a sugar substitute for the last 3 weeks.....go to the store and buy some. And to top it off they did not tell me the cost or give me napkins. This location was better when it was on the other side of Wilson Manors.

How can I say I didn't like Starbucks I can't! It's my number one favorite coffee my favorite place to go the atmosphere is fabulous the people who serve you the coffee barristers are wonderful they're all knowledgeable highly trained they're efficient and the service is exceptional. I love it over Dunkin' Donuts any day of the week and then some they can't hold a candle to Starbucks which is the Premier number one coffee company in the world in my personal opinion! I'd like also to point out a wonderful Barrister by the name of Angie at the location I frequent....! She is a " Dedicated Employee & extremely Versed on every designer coffee drink there is at Starbucks...! She is Personable & Highly qualified & is super kind & friendly to All customers that walk in" With a " HELLO & WELCOME TO STARBUCKS"..! IT makes you feel warm & welcome there! Margate location " ROCKS"...!!!

Pretty consistent place. Be sure if you’re ordering from the mobile app, you receive everything. I ordered the chocolate almonds and went through the drive through to pick up the drinks (and forgot I ordered the almonds. I get to my office and realized they were not there. So went back, and they said “Oh, we are out of them.” I asked why they didn’t tell me that when I picked it up, and they said they overlooked it. :-/. Make sure you get everything you order because they will not check.

I’ve lived in the area for a couple of years now with this as the closest Starbucks. Does not matter what you order - chai tea latte, green tea frap, holiday drinks - they all taste bland. I’ve gone back to have them remake drinks but eventually learned my lesson and started going to the location 7 mins further away on federal that makes the drinks correctly every time, like every other Starbucks. I feel like this location intentionally uses less syrups to save on their bottom line. If you don’t believe me, order a drink from here and the same from another and see for yourself.

Starbucks really can't fail me. It's usually consistent and I just love their goodies and products. They hire fantastic folks and I believe their customer service is excellent.

I usually just have coffee, which is very consistent and enjoyable. Also staff and guests all contribute to a great vibe here.

Best Starbucks in SoFlo! Everyone is so engaging and in a good mood wanting to be helpful. Always fast with my drinks. Great management!

Barista and coffee shop was very and super busy. Provided good service.

I miss the vibe of the old location. But the service is still a 10. I never have a long wait in the mornings. Afternoons can be tricky with parking but that's at every Starbucks I've been to.

Really bad!! Inconsistent tasting drinks. Seriou Ly it's a simple recipe it shouldn't change because I customize! Alejandro lacks basic customer service skills when drinks are not made correctly. I never know if my drink will be correct.

I’ve been to Starbucks all over Broward to work for hours on my laptop and this is by far my favorite one. They are the most inclusive, have great seating, and the sweetest employees. Shout out to Matt! (He should get a raise-everyone who works there should too!)

Very clean environment including the rest rooms and outdoor sitting space. Very quiet and relaxing space to read and eat. Friendly and efficient staff. Will definitely return.

Super friendly baristas, the menu is pretty standard but their level of service makes it a great place to visit. I come here very often.

The only thing I see on a regular basis is they need a sign in the drive through that states do no block crosswalk. Otherwise great service, friendly staff.

Normally love their iced coffees here, but with their hot coffees they don’t fill up the coffee to the top. The whipped cream is taking up a good amount of space to hide how much coffee is in there so it’s technically like I’m getting a tall coffee when it should be a grande. Could we please do better

The sandwich was on a stale bun, the coffee was only 2/3rds full at best, and the barista was edgy. For the price and wait times of Starbucks, it’s just embarrassing.

First time I’ve been to a Starbucks in a long time. Waited at the drive through for a while. Employees were not the most enthusiastic about their jobs, but they got the orders correct.

Great start to my early day prior to be at work at 0630 am They treat me great and even the teller always greats my by my name Adriana have a great day...that does it.

Worst service, still no inside seating and filthy outside tables. So disappointed with this "new" location, employees more interested in talking to each other than serving their customers.

There’s no shade outside. 2 umbrellas cover 4 of 20 tables and those spots are camped with laptops. The old location was much better. They recently abandoned the Wilton community for a busy street so they could have a drive through. Will update stats if they put shade outside. At the moment I always regret the trip to spend money at a company that abandoned Wilton drive area. I usually enjoy the staff and service. Will stop going once there’s a good coffee place closer to me.

Beautiful clean new store, however during peak times unfortunately the drive thru makes it impossible to get into the parking lot, there is ample free parking in the back across the street.

GREAT OPEN SPACE INSIDE AND OUT... THEY HAVE COMFY OUTDOOR WICKER TYPE CHAIRS AND ALSO TABLES/CHAIRS. THE DRIVE THRU IS AWESOME AND NO OTHER DRIVE THRU FOOD OPTIONS NEARBY. FRIENDLY STAFF WITH THE BEST EGG BITES EVER. THE DARK ROAST TODAY HAD A HINT OF CHOCOLATE AND THE OATMEAL WASNT WATERED DOWN. PERFECT!

Terrible. Caramel frappuccino tasted like ice. Had to ask for straw n napkins before I drove off in drive thru. Young lady in window was rude.

Parking is terrible, the main lot holds about 6 cars. Watched a worker take their break in their SUV in the main lot and because they weren't moving and just sitting there we have to park across the street. Not easy to get in and out of this store, 1st and last time we come to this location

Love Starbucks but thos one was very confusing. None of the staff offered to help or even say hello as I waited for my mobile order.

The Starbucks is a perfect place for afternoon "tea". The only drawback and not to compare them to Storks but they need to build a (Starbucks) green canvas canopy over the patio and install ceiling fans as it gets soooooooooo hot sitting outside.

Found this location while on the road traveling to Palm Beach. Glad I stopped here! Great experience at this Starbucks - the drive thru is well designed and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
