Even though food was delicious, the place was in total mess. Incredibly disgusting, food leftovers on the floor and sticky tables. Tables not cleared and cleaned. Bins massively overfilled, full of empty boxes. I'm shocked that McDonald's staff did not give any monkeys to clear it! When we were leaving at 9pm a lady from Costa started clearing the mess (she should have been given promotion for sorting the place out!). She cleaned whole place by herself, and nobody from McDonald's staff assisted her! Disgusting!

It's a typical McD. They have lots of seating, upstairs seating too. You can order in a kiosk and wait for your number. Make sure to remember the order number as sometimes the receipt won't print, and they do call out the order numbers when handing over the food. The service was quick. Whenever I need quick hot food, I will come here. There are a lot of options as well. They also have hot drinks (coffee) and cold drinks (cold coffee, milkshake), etc.

Did not wait long in the drive through. Fast service and friendly staff. Good quality breakfast for the price.

Wow management and staff at its poorest stood round talking with other members of staff no interaction with customers. originally had topping on that was requested to be without was returned before reaching me in the process I overheard a member of staff tell a manager it was fine just pick the items off thankfully the manager did her job and told the member of staff to re-make it however lead to other items being received cold. Another issue ordering online takes away the opportunity to not only claim the £1.99 big mac and fries but to be able to give this feedback without hunting for the email

Extremely slow service, even when the restaurant is quiet. Don't stop here if you're in a rush...

Food ia like any other mc but you will need to wait a bit for the food.

Loved it. There was quite clearly a large amount of cum on my food. Friendly staff and great prices.

Have had two meals there in the last month. There wrap of the day, chicken selects and large fries. The wrap was tasteless. The selects where dry and akin to chewing cardboard. The fries where old cold and no salt. This was at the drive-thru part. Now I remember why I stopped going there. Will never forget in the future.

No staff to assist me on the ordering screen. One staff member said he had to do a job first and was never seen again after a long wait we walked out to another place over the road. Won't go back again.

The fries are anaemic and taste raw!! Literally worst McDonald's fries I've had. Please cook them more. The chicken selects were absolutely fine though and tasted as I'd expect. Also the tables are greasy and need cleaning. The girl who served our food was really friendly and nice, that's about it...

On a busy Bank Holiday Saturday, early morning, very good personal service for 2 older generation. Really nice place and fast service.

So much flies, tonnes of flies flying around food. I have asked why there is so many flies, the reply that I got from the member of staff blonde boy, sliding all over the greasy store was "they like McDonald's".

Most dirtiest place I have seen in awhile food all over the tables/floor/seats, all bins over flowing napkins and sauce empty. Could hear other customers commenting on the state of the place overall the worst services in the uk

Needs a management shake up. Every time I’ve been lately place is nothing short of filthy. Tables cluttered and floors unswept and dirty. Sauce machines empty.

Waiting 30 minutes for an order with no way of cancelling once paid for. I don't know what went wrong, or if this is normal for this McDonald's, but I would avoid this one.

First time at the services. Asked 3 time if we could have a cleaner to clear the table. Not great service at all

I visit this branch of McDonald's on my family's annual trip to the Isle of Wight as a nice stopping point for lunch. We always get what we order and it's always fresh. However, oftentimes this takes more time than other branches even when, on our most recent visit, the restaurant wasn't really that busy.

The tables and floor were very messy with rubbish everywhere. Although not busy it took the staff until the end of our visit to even start to clean the mess - not good for a food outlet.

My iced coffee I received was half of the cup and the chips looked and tasted as though they had been sitting for quite a while. A bit disappointing as staff were nice and it was quiet.

I have stopped here a few times but tonight I had one of my best mcdonalds meals of all time. The double quarter was still hot and juicy, the fries were hot and crispy, the staff were so polite and the restaurant was very clean and neat which I'm sure can be a challenge in a services. All staff should be very proud of themselves.

Restaurant was fairly empty when we arrived, plenty of free tables but every single one was dirty. A little wait for food but it all arrived fresh/hot. A popular stop for people travelling home from Goodwood events. Plenty of space to park large vehicles too.

Unlike its North bound sister store this was rubbish. Food was luke warm at best even though we had to wait an age to get it. My Son ordered extra bacon with his burger but got absolutely none. Chips were very salty. Not good, not recommended.

Food was ok. Not hot hot but edible. The girls who served were real nice and polite. Better than the ĺast time I was unfortunately in here. It is what it is thats all.

Five stars for being clean, bright, and efficient. The food is the same as nearly every other McDonald's in England, so you pretty much know what to expect.

Visited twice as staying nearby first visit fries were just warm one older lady was busy cleaning which I like to see. Second visit was absolutely appalling loads of tables with trays etc left, 2 girls busy serving whilst 2 lads just milled around wasting time. Several times my partner tried to get ones attention but deliberately ignored so I asked another to clean our table or could I do it myself, he took his time coming to do that. The other lad spent the whole of our time wasting time his cleaning and clearing of tables was mediocre and his wiping of tables was appalling. Absolutely soaking the tables then a quick wipe with a reused dirty cloth so anyone sitting to eat their table was soaking I'm not sure how this guy with top stars has achieved it. I'm a Decontamination Manager so I know what I'm talking about when it comes to cleaning. Once again I had warm fries this place needs a shake up and if people don't want to work let someone else have a job. Im appalled worst McDonalds I've been to.
