Ordered Apple pies but got raspberry&custard pies inside of the Apple pie package. NOT happy at all as my wife is allergic to raspberry.

The toilets were so disgusting. They were dirty and smelt disgusting. I informed the staff but no one went and cleaned them. Other customers were talking about how thilthy. I will never go back there and I'll warn my family and friends how gross it is.

Waited over 10 minutes for my order. Nobody else waiting. Asked why it took so long. Was belligerently told they had to cook fresh fries for me. Fries were cold and stale. Rude, lazy, dishonest staff, every time I foolishly spend my money there. Absolute garbage that isn't cheap.

Drive through operator was trying to take my order using wrong speaker/intercom. When another car came through in next lane, she immediately stopped trying to take my order and proceeded to take the other person's order. When I drove to the window, the operator still couldn't find my order and requested that I pay even though it was an online order. I was then told to go to last window to collect my order. After about 10mins I could hear staff asking why someone was waiting at that window. Someone then came to the window to ask what I was waiting for. I told them I had been instructed to wait there for my coffee. It finally arrived, however it tasted like it had been made with the wrong milk and was like warm. Won't be going through that drive through again.

The food didn't taste bad in fact it tasted very good. The problem was they messed up three things on our order and forgot an entire burger. This has now happened for the third time. I will be eating here again but I will be checking my bag every time I order.

Best MacDonalds in NSW, always consistant service, I've been going here since 1989. Great spot for the car.clubs to meet on the weekends

On my way to visit my parents and feeling a bit hungry I wanted take a break from driving. Inside, I experienced issues with my app so the manager, Benjamin, happily helped me sorted it out. He was so busy with everything - crew, orders, customers etc, but he kindly took a few minutes out from behind the counter and helped me place an order. Great service and immediate response. I suppose that is why it’s so busy - people will continue to come back in numbers. Sometimes it’s not just fast food but the fast service that makes the difference. Thanks you Benjamin. You’re awesome.

The place is dirty... I took my 3year old granddaughter there so she eat and play the food was average. The playground was absolutely filthy I will never take her there again

Wow, wowowowowowowow! Went past today on two occasions, going to and from a place nearby. Both times, amazing great service and food. 24 hot crispy nuggets in drive through ready by the time we got to the window. I'd do the 40min drive from home here just for that.. Keep it up!

Place was filthy, staff where extremely rude, food was cold and oily as most maccas are but somehow this was the most oily mcdonald’s i’ve had. chips where soggy and tasted like straight butter. staff on phones while working and extremely unhelpful and rude.

This restaurant is disgusting. There was not a single table clean. We required a high chair and the only two in the store were filthy and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months with food stuck to them that wouldn’t come off. After asking staff to get them cleaned as well as a table we stood around until a table was cleared, they only cleared one table and left the rest of the mess in the store. Was dining here for half an hour and not once did a staff member come and clean. 👎🏼👎🏼

This is our regular McDonald's we go to and almost everytime we get our order wrong or don't actually get what we ordered. Very disappointing. The boss of this place really needs to look at these reviews and sort it out!

Good location with a lot of parking. I think a lot of people come here because it’s one of the only maccas out towards the blue mountains. It has a large play area and also quite a lot of seating. The staff were pretty fast and the area was generally quite clean. The food was okay. My friends said that the coffee was extremely weak and tasted just like water/milk. Also, the hot cross buns weren’t warmed up, but other than that, it was a decent maccas.

Food and service were fine, it was a bit disappointing to be waiting for food and hear one of the young female staff members swearing in casual conversation with her staff mates. A plus for this location is the set of of the very large car park allows for car/trailer combinations easily.

Staff need more training. I paid my $$ for these guys to miss my order items. Small thing, but i add sause and paid 60 cent for that but when i got my stuff i am missing my item. Went home and opened, so can’t even go back. Get more TRAINING TO CHECK IN SCREEN FOR CUSTOMER ORDER ITEM AND PACKING SKILLS. Worthless

Toilets were filthy. Staffs were friendly. Tried their potato scallop, and I agree with everyone - they should take it off their menu. Firstly, no chicken salt was given. The potato tasted like a powdered mix, outer crust was chewy and thick. Weird combination. It would be alright if it was named something else other than potato scallop.
