Never come here unless you want to be stolen from by employees, you will be lied to straight in your face and then threatened with cops when you speak up. The employees name is Marman and I have now had 3 unpleasant encounters due to his anger management issues. They will not serve all the food you paid for and then call the cops when you ask for it. 0-10 experience, Marman should be fired.

They need to clean the tables, extremely dirty place, could not find a clean table, asked for a wet rag, they said they would come and clean it, never did, I used multiple napkins spread out to eat off of.

Very nice decorated McDonald's. Food is good. Fresher than other locations I went to but the wait was really long for us.

I will say, it has such a good atmosphere in this place. Perfectly lit, not too bright nor dark. Plenty of space & very clean as well. Just about every seating area had an outlet for charging. This is a place I'd like to stop & enjoy a meal at. Just be sure to always use the MdD app to get rewarded.

They purposely put a hair inside my burger and their is a lady with bleached hair whos i believe it was but please don’t waste your time with this place the food is not even great I am super disappointed because I actually liked this place what a shame that she doesn’t like her job enough to do it right also meal was not cooked all the way just goes to show how mediocre the staff is let alone the food it’s almost like they love to get bossed around by all the white people but as soon as they see another brown person like them in winnetka ordering food they feel like they should do a petty job because that’s what they are petty.

It's a 5 star McDonald's, you know what to expect. The order is always correct, they take the food out to the car quickly, the place is clean and the staff is very friendly. No drive thru but the delivery to the car feature works great when you don't want to get kids out of the car. I have found no issues with this McDonald's, which is a rare feat.

I pick up from here sometimes and eat here during my breaks. The dinner shift team at this location is awesome. Best staff of any fast food I interact with. They are really professional and work real hard. Always fast and efficient.

Simple, up-to-date, McDonald's at the end of the Hubbard Woods downtown selection in Winnetka, Illinois. No drive-thru stinks. No convenient place for curb-side, except right in front of handicapped parking. Food was typically McDonald's. Service took a second, but it was smooth. Use the app and save some money.

If you can't find this McDonald's at first, it might be because the signage blends in a bit with the building. Some of the parking near the McDonald's is permit only commuter parking during some days/ times.

I've been going to the Winnetka location with my kids for the last 13 years or so and it's always been ok. However this last time, I had difficulty hearing while placing an order through the new intercom system and got yelled at, accused of 'Tweaking' by the psycho at the window. Barely got a chance to get a word in before the window was slammed in my face after I was given my incomplete order.

This McDonald's is in a very nice place. Staff is very friendly and very helpful.

Just happened across this Scottish restaurant. Excellent, authentic Scottish food. Fries are great. Surprised I've never happened across this place, but I've only been in the States a couple of months.

It was a clean McDonald's. Fast service. The only issue I had was finding out there was no drive-thru like it'd said on Google Maps. I also thought the whole building was the McDonald's, so I had a little trouble finding the entrance while also driving around trying to find the drive-thru 😂 -- but the restaurant was actually part of a small strip mal.

This McDonald’s has the poorest management I’ve ever seen in my time on this planet. They literally cannot get anything right. I don’t come here often, maybe once every 3-4 months but every single time they find some way to mess something up. Tonight was the worst, I came to the drive through at around 10:35. The gentleman on the drive through speaker angrily told me that they weee closed. I told him I checked before hand and that online it said 11 close time. He replied with “well yea we’ll we’re closed” I understand that it’s close to closing time but I was simply going to order a small item and a drink. You’re telling me you can’t make a sandwich and fill up a drink in 25 min? I work retail and I understand it’s frustrating having people walk in last minute, but you need to respect the hours of operation. I even placed an online order to try and show them it was a simple order and they canceled it! Im not one to go total Karen mode like this but it’s my local McDonald’s and I would love to see you guys succeed but that will start with replacing the current management, and start to hold your people accountable.
