The portions of the same items ordered were not the same in each orders 2 of the orders had a ton of chicken and one order had very little when it was to be double order and the noodles were so hard and dried out.

Got here at 11...I was told 15 minutes. At 11:30 I tried to place an order. I was told 15 minutes for the chicken....poor service !

It tasted so bad I couldn't eat it. They gave me a sample and that was great. But when we ordered the same thing. It was aweful!!

Just go to Mr. Tea Asian Bistro on the other side of the mall

Redeeming quality is that it's in the mall so I would go again

The rice and the orange chicken was good, nice staples. The veggie egg rolls were not cooked and made me scared that I was going to be ill, pretty disgusting.

I always love Panda express. This one is okay. The last time I went the rice was undercooked. And the gentleman helping me seemed uninterested. I would rather go to the store on Tunnel Road in front of cracker barrel.

I would give zero stars if I could. You cheapskates didn't fill up any of the containers for any of the food I received in my to-go order except for the noodles. Everything was a la carte

Staff was friendly but my food got cold while the cashier was trying to figure out how to do a gift card. Food was NASTY! Vegetables were old and tasted funny. It was all dried out and below temperature. I threw up. Possibly the worst Chinese food I have ever had! For 20 dollars for 2 I expect more.

Panda express is a good place for lunch, the food is seasoned well and adequate for midday meal. I like that they post calorie information on the menu board.

As much as this kills me to say I have to. My wife and I got on this train at the beginning of the pandemic. The orange chicken and chow mein were pure perfection. However since the turn of 2021 the quality has dropped to a point, for reasons unknown, that it is the most disappointing disgusting tragedy to food.

Shrimp coating was falling off and a little soggy,rice was overcooked. They made some steak fresh to replace it and even that was terrible. Do yourself a favor and support Teriyaki Japan next door. Less options but so much better.
