Quite possibly the worst takeaway food I’ve ever tasted. Would not recommend even if you’re starving.

Ordered a £12.99 8 piece Bargain Bucket of chicken. Overcooked, dry and very small portions. It's supposed to be for 4 people. 4 of the pieces were wings and another golf ball sized piece was included (see photo). Really? Really disappointing. Also, £9.99 for a 9" cheese and garlic slices. Not worth the money. Opted for a 'mega deep pan', which wasnt thick at all. Won't be using them again.

Ordered at 8.10pm still nocfood 2 hours later ,yet email sent at 9.27pm to say order was complete, enjoy your food. I want my money back .

It was overcooked had no flavour in the chicken all I could taste was a burnt taste and now been sick and it’s been about two hours late since i tried the food fair to say never again

Would not order from these again order turned up missing chips phoned up and they and they just keep saying no chips do not order unless you want food missing and after I started eating it chicken not cooked properly blood coming out of it

this place is shocking we have tryed to order many times and has scammed me 5 pounds out my card i'm so disappointed that money was for my cats medical bills

Absolutely shocking service, placed an order at 9pm was told it would be 40-45 minutes, 40 minutes went by I receive a call saying it would be late and would be another 40 minutes. I waited another 45 and nothing so i call the shop to find that my order hasn't even been sent out yet and through broken english it sounded like it hadn't even been cooked yet. This is not the first time something like this has happened but I can tell you it will definitely be the last, never ordering from them again. Have to give at least 1 star but would give 0 if i could. The food though when it did arrive was really good, if they could improve their delivery times from ordering they would be one of if not the best in wrexham, the quality of the food saves their graces so the star rating goes up.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. order arrived over an hour late. food was awful and not even an apology.

Literally waited over a hour for the food and it didn't even come never ordering again They took the money and didn't give the food

Owner is a great guy who seems to be getting let down by his staff, I had some issues with a delivery driver attempting to keep 2 payments 1 online 1 cash but thankfully the owner rectified the issue with a refund. The driver does not seem like a good person let alone employee in my opinion. Food was good but sadly we won't use again now. Thanks however to the owner.

Nice taste. I think they should have a printed menu with pictures to make it easier to order what one wants

Only just started having food from here. There was a problem with the timing on our order because of uber eat. I phoned and spoke to Sam she was lovely .10 out of 10 for customer service. she sorted the problem out straight away . food is lovely..Will definitely be having more takeaways from here but ordering direct from the shop.

Never showed and kept tellin us 40 mins then 15 mins then another 40 mins. Disgusting. We have a child very hungry and now it's 7pm we ordered at 5pm. Not happy at all. Disgusting. Couldn't even tell the truth when first rang so we could order some where else for our child
