It’s Pizza Hut. Everyone knows. The pepperoni is were plentiful and good, the crust was good, and yeah. So I’m going to ramble here just to get the detailed review points. Pizza Hut is one of the better competitors in the chain pizza battle. Although more expensive than the competition, partially because they also try to offer a restaurant style experience, Pizza Hut is a good place to go. The also offer stuffed crust, and let’s be real here, the more cheese the better. Stuffed crust should be a standard, in my humble opinion.

This order made me sad. I love pizza and have gotten pizza here before and it was ok but today, mush and greasy is what we got. Door Dash did the delivery but the pizza was under cooked and floppy and again just sad. Kids not impressed at all. I added pepper but you can see the grease soaked and under cooked dough in the pics.

Staff was excellent with their customer service. However, the place smells like a sewer is backed up and is very sticky and icky. Needs a deep clean up front and probably the back. Disappointed that thus place got rid of the Hut Seasoning. Or the employees just didn't want to use it. I had it on another order about 3 weeks ago. Prior to that I was also told they didn't carry it any longer. I don't know if that was a fluke 3 weeks ago or if they are lying to me. They need to bring back the Hut Seasoning!!!

This location used Door Dash, whose driver could not find my address in the age of Goggle maps. After waiting an hour, I notified the store, and the manager offered to remake what would have been a cold pizza and use one of their in house drivers, with the addition of some breadsticks at no cost to make up for the inconvenience. After waiting another hour, I had dosed off and was awakened by my phone. It was someone from Pizza Hut informing me that they had tried delivering my pizza, but the driver could not get ahold of me, and did I still want my pizza. I said yes, and they said it would be about 10 min. I then checked my phone but had no notifications that I had missed a call or text. True to their word, 10 mins later, there was a knock at my door. The driver handed me a crushed box containing a cold pizza... and no promised breadsticks. I handed him a $20 for a $17 order and received the "thanks for the lousy tip attitude." Needless to say, I won't be ordering from any Pizza Hut from now on.

They hung up on me multiple times forgot my food refused to give me more and repeatedly hung up on me. I don’t recommend getting food from here the pizzas uncooked and have to noodles on the pasta Burt I’m so disappointed

If i could give 0 stars i will. I ordered a pizza to be delivered for my kids while i was at work . It got there 2 hrs later , i kept calling and was told they didn't know what time it would be delivered. I told them i ordered it for my kids over an hour ago (i live 6min away) she didn't help at all. No refund. Not another hot fresh pizza . I had gotten home already when it got there i could of picked it up. 👎🏼

Pizza never has any toppings. Not going to the Wylie location anymore. Pizza sucks. Mr Jim's in Wylie is much better.

Ordered pizza on the app and it stated was ready. So showed up and pizza was not ready. One person working. She should have closed the store. We waited for over 45 mins for our pizza. I went in cuz I saw the guy before me leave with pizza. No one at the front so I just stood there waiting around 10 more mins. When she came to the front with someone else’s pizza meanwhile mine had been sitting in the waiting spot. Will never order from this location again.
