Complete cheaters . Dont ever buy anything from this cheaters . Completely ruined , infact stole 12000 of money and sent wrong ring size intentionally ..

I ordered a custom made ring via their Instagram and Facebook channels. I told them I'm not sure abt the ring size as it's going to be gift and I had a rough idea abt the size. It's a practice among jewellers to accomodate the changes in sizes of the ring if it doesn't fit at no extra cost. Or at least they mention there will be a cost. But with glitteray they didn't mention that and the ring was not the correct size and that's my mistake. When I went to get it fixed, I was surprised as they asked me to pay 4000Rs as just labour charges to fix it. I told them I'm not happy about and also the person who owns glitteray insisted I pay the amount to fix it. I know it's my fault that I got the wrong ring size, but it's a common mistake and jewellers should be willing to help fix it or at least mention about the extra cost to change the size. I always go to Stone n String but wanted to give these guys a chance because they are new and I wanted to help them. But hey, lesson learnt! I don't recommend you getting custom made rings from Glitteray if you're not sure about the size. Also the finishing was not that great. My first and last purchase here and will not recommend it.

Ordered on Jan 23rd hasn't arrived yet. It's been 1 months and hasn't arrived yet. They have dispatched it, today after nagging them for more than 3 days. It was supposed to be a surprise for my wife for our anniversary. Now anniversary and valentines both are gone. Surprise has gone to dogs. I wonder why they are still in the business.

It deserves no star whatsoever, please do not waste your time, energy and breath on deciding to deal or order anything from this so called entity where people support small businesses, they tell you that they want the payment to have the item ready by the date you require, and then they go completely silent on you, I paid and ordered a ring for my wife as a Christmas gift from this human and entity only to understand that I would be made to be humiliated and asked to beg for a product that they cannot 1. Make on time, 2. Deliver on time, 3. Be of the correct measure for size, 4. Be redone and replaced on time, 5. Refund the value paid on time. This so called entity and human, says I have sent you an automated invoice and that invoice never reaches you, then the entity takes over saying, we will get it to you by the coming day, and then the coming day their uncontactable at all, so please understand that you are genuinely going to waste your time and your money and your energy along with your breath for asking them to create something for you. They do not value your request, they have absolutely no responsibility of the product you are paying for, and they definitely will take you for a good Ride till they can do so until you finally give up and feel sorry for your self for even bothering to deal with them. This is who Glitteray is. Absolutely no regard for your paid request and requirement. Absolutely no consideration on why they would need to uphold their end of the agreement. But they have all the excuses found in this cosmos to say when they haven’t delivered the item or done a proper job of the request made. Also note that when you say the ring size you want your product made to, they can refer to various ring size charts and haphazardly pick which chart they feel like referring to, so that your thought of giving your wife a present turns out to be your worst living nightmare. I hope I’ve given anyone who would want to know about this place an idea and I hope and pray that god above let’s Glitteray understand that what goes around comes around and I hope I get to see it happen in front of me.

Not a place I would recommend to anyone. Really bad customer service and unprofessional. I haven't received my order or a refund for my order. They never work on time, reply or even explain what's going on to their customers.

Worst Online purchasing experience ever.....!!!! Please don't pay upfront simply do not recommend to buy anything from them. They are not supportive at all and worst experience ever I had with instagram page shopping. I have been asked to pay advance for a custom made earring and they failed to even provide the design on agreed delivery date of the earring. Now I am struggling get the refund of my advance payment after going behind them for weeks. I do not recommend them at all and these type of imposters are chasing away the good customers from online platforms.... Update; After following up several times got the money back after weeks .

Bought a two coin necklace for my gf and it's full of mess and very flimsy. It broke several times and I recommend not to buy this product and I won't be buying from Glitteray again.!

Don't bother ordering. The service is terrible, even trying to contact the owner to voice ur concerns is pointless. The notes attached to the gift are on ‘post its’ and so untidy. Last tym dealing with them.

Extremely disappointing service. Ordered a bracelet which was given as a gift, within 1 week, my friend said that the hook came off. Got it back from my friend to give it for repairs, but the response is very disappointing. It’s now been 15 days since the complaint. For every Facebook message they apologize for the team not following the complaint, then again nothing about the repair is followed up. Very very disappointed 😡

Extremely disappointing service. I ordered an engraved silver bracelet and it came without a box. For the first 3 weeks I kept waiting as they promised me to return the box but nothing happened, then I wasted another 2 weeks for calling them but I never received any box until today lol. This is my first and last purchase, I never recommend this disgusting place to anyone!!!

A little expensive but there work is extremely neat. My friend got a pair of cufflinks made for her fiance and they did a really good job. They were very polite and professional. They were willing to keep their premises open an extra half an hour just so that my friend could pick up her order. I would definitely recommend them for special gifts for your loved ones. In fact, I will be returning to get a few gifts for my family made.

Had a good experience with them before but their customer service has severely dropped. Ended up not ordering after two weeks of trying to get in touch (Calling, Email and visiting the location) and just being frustrated with the "professionalism"

Very poor servuce and very poor quality of products. Do not order anything from here. I orderd a pair of cufflinks for my husband to wear on our wedding day. I sent the exact shape and everything and wanted to carve some words on yhe iner side. Instead, I got a very large pair of cufflinks with the words carved on the front. How the hell can he wrar it lije that. And the delivery was sooo late.. I had to call 3/4 times and scold them to get them job done. And at the end that is whatvi relieved. Very poor service.

Really dissapointed about their service. I have orderd a chain & a pendent. After receiving the stuff I wanted to exchange the chain due to the style of the same was not suits a girl. I've informed their customer service representatives several times regarding this but nothing happend. And this is the second time I've orderd something from Glitteray and this will be the last time too. 👎

I’m sure there must’ve been happy customers, looking at all the reviews , however I personally did not have a good experience with the product and service, what I saw online was not what I received and the overall transaction was unsatisfactory , which makes me question it’s credibility for a repurchase. I've had several customised silver pieces of jewellery made by Glitteray and loved them! They were able to understand my requirement and design some beautiful pieces and give me a high quality finished product. I also love their day to day use designs! Would definitely be ordering more from them.

Hi Ordered a necklace with a pendant and I specifically mentioned I need a heart on top of a letter. Once I received the delivery I found it was missing and the quality of the bends and curves on the pendant was so poor. I expected more than this as the final outcome. And when I wanted to complain on this no one from customer care called me other than sending me messages on Facebook. And I paid the delivery cost and they wanted me to bring the pendant back to them to get it fixed which is bad. If I have paid the delivery charge why do i need to go and return it by spending some money again because of a fault of the glitteray. And this was a gift I needed to give on a Friday and I said come on Thursday and get it fixed by Friday. But no one came or called on Thursday. But on Friday morning they have sent a pickup to get the pendant which is disappointing. Because I wanted to give the gift by Friday evening. And the rings on the pendant was not so strong and its getting removed from the chain every-time. So at last try to improve your customer service and try to improve the product quality as much as possible just like the photos you have posting on social media.
