I enquired with Top Clinic about a hair transplant with great hesitancy. I had minimal trust in the idea of going to a foreign country for the surgery and found the idea of a hair transplant quite daunting and scary. I first began to talk to Tariq who was very helpful and informative in what would be required within the procedure. From their the communication was effective and efficient. We had a date locked in and accommodation booked. Not to mention transfers from airport to hotel/hotel to clinic. A huge relief if you have been in Turkish traffic!! Let me be clear the transfer services were second to none. They were always on time (even early arrival at airport) and was just an amazing extra. I was quite nervous on the morning of the appointment. However the Top Clinc team were warm, welcoming and supportive (even with a language gap). The procedure went for roughly 6 hours and was as pain free as possible. Its still early days on the results but in the end we got 4350 follicles implanted and everything seems to be on track! Overall their services were efficient, afforfable, supportive and they extended their assistance to me to help recover my lost wallet. I highly recommend Top Clinic for hair transplant services.

I don’t recommend this clinic at all they are chiefs and scammers. I came here to make a teeth surgery. It didn’t Go as I wanted. They didn’t pay for my residence. Appointments are unscheduled they don’t answer their phones after you pay I paid $6000 for residency and treatment. They canceled my residency on the second day. They don’t want to give me a refund neither fix the teeth. By treatment should take 7 to 8 days in Istanbul they only paid for two nights in a three star hotel, and refused to pay the other nights in the hotel. They scammed us and took it from us money. My wife and I went to top clinic for stem cell hair procedure today. For this procedure they gave me sedition and local anesthesia. The night before surgery they raised their price. Secondly, they promised that the surgery will take place in a modern hospital and said before surgery we will talk to the surgeon as well as the anesthesiologist to talk about details. However everything they said was lies. I never met the surgeon or anesthesiologist not before or after surgery which is completely unprofessional. We were held up 3 hours in the hospital because of payment issues when I had a great amount of money in deposit. When I was in surgery I never met the surgeon and the room that the surgery took place in was disgusting the pictures on google look nothing alike to the real thing. Additionally the service was terrible regarding the nurse, doctor, etc. When the procedure was done I had immense pain in my mouth which was not normal. I couldn’t even speak but they ignored and kept saying I was just feeling that way. However when I checked in the mirror there was a hole under my tongue and when I confronted this they didn’t call any doctor to look over it but gave a small apology. After knowing the mistake they made they continued to ignore basic things I needed to such as medicine to consume, what I needed to do to fix my tongue, etc. The food they gave after surgery was horrible cold soup that I wouldn’t see fit to feed any patient. Nothing top clinic said or showed matched what they actually did. To those who are considering to go to top clinic I hope this changes your mind because I had the worst experience with top clinic and do not recommend it to anyone.

Le me begin with saying, "The name says it all, It is indeed a Top clinic...". I'm very happy with my whole experience at Top clinic (dental implants). Starting with the coordinator Mr. Tarik, who was very attentive to details, great communicator, and above all, made all of my appointments, pick-ups drop offs flawless. At the clinic, Adiib was very exceptional in terms of pretty much everything, ( Hosting, translating, informing, comforting), with his warm hospitable smile. The doctor also was very professional, knows what he's doing. Let me put it this way, my surgery was almost seemless. In less than 20 mins I was done with two of my dental implants. Note that, there was no pain, no swelling, no discomfort even after the anesthesia wear off. To conclude, I highly recommend Top clinic as they are Top in all of the services (dental) they provided me with. See you guys in three moths. I'm proud to say that I'm very satisfied and that these guys exceeded my expectations. The reason behind the latter statement is because I was at another dental clinic that was very poor in terms of communication, translations, and just everything. First of I just want say wonderful hospitality by the entire clinic. I was very nervous initially but after having few conversations with TARIQ. I was ready to get the hair transplant procedure. I was very pleased with my visit to the Top Clinic, Mr. Wesam Albhaisi was very helpful and friendly. The treatment I received was excellent and with no discomfort. Really, the only thing that matters to them is your money and they show it to you the moment you arrive at the clinic, the second thing is that a week after the graft they send you some guidelines and then they forget about your existence, I have had to look for all the postoperative information look it up on YouTube. For the second operation I will choose another clinic.

Dear all who wanted to take hair transplant please make a research first before you decide. Its been 1 year ago i decided to take hair transplant in Top Clinic Turkey. I am disappointed from the schedule of operation up to the result.. And my doctor he was not there while ongoing the operation.. In addition do not agree with midnight operation because they are all tired they not properly perform to your operation.. Hopefully it will help my experience to the other who want to have a hair transplant..
