might
be
allowing
my
slight
frustration
affect
this
rating,
but
I
gotta
get
it
off
my
chest.
The
so-called
"yanmaz
bilet"
where
they
insure
your
ticket
in
case
you
miss
the
bus
is
only
available
for
one
hour
only.
And
that
is
something
that
you're
only
told
in
person,
not
on
the
website.
I
had
missed
my
8
o'clock
bus,
and
immediately
called
customer
services.
They
instructed
me
to
go
find
my
way
to
one
of
their
offices
to
get
on
the
next
available
bus.
Upon
arrival
at
their
office
at
9:05
due
to
traffic,
I
was
told
that
I
had
missed
the
1-hour
window
by
5
minutes
and
that
I
had
to
buy
a
new
ticket.
I
unhappily
bought
a
new
ticket
at
30%
off
and
will
be
on
my
way
with
the
next
bus,
but
I'm
still
annoyed
at
them
for
not
having
fully
disclosed
the
terms
for
this
insurance
policy.
