Minus one star for the young guy who was working in the morning that had a really bad attitude. Customer service isn't really a thing in Turkey... So happy to leave this country. 4 stars for affordable bus tickets to Sofia Bulgaria. They have a shuttle bus that picks you up from this office. The employees at the office speak English poorly but enough to buy tickets.

Really bad experience. They advertised: electric outlet, wi-fi, food on the trip, we were supposed to be picked at 10:20, AC and confy seat. What we got: No electric outlet or anything to charge our phones, wi-fi "temporarily broken (the whole trip)", bus arrived at 11:00 (40 min late), bad snacks, unmovable seat and a broken AC. The only reason I give it a 2 is the fact they got us where we wanted which is technically what I paid for.

Worst transportation company ever On our trip from istanbul to ankara they had changed our places and give them to other people while we were a family with a 3 year old girl we sat separated and on small space chairs... on our trip back from ankara to istanbul we had two girls behind us and they didn't allow to move the chair back even a 1 CM while my toddler get tired i wanted to put the chair back just a little bit and they started kicking the chairs and saying words we called the host and told him what happened and instead of helping us and give us our RIGHT he forced us not to move the chairs back to please the two Turkish females because simply weare foreigners!! My little girl got sick she throw up 3 times in A plastic bag during the trip and they didn't even let us move the chairs so i can lie her down to relax and i had a severe back pain because of the unfair attitude i had to carry my toddler for 6 straight hours even though i paid for her chair! I don't recommend it

Horrible service, bad English, false informations about bus tickets, do yourself a favor and book online and stay far away from this place!!! I wanted to take a bus trip through the Balkan countries and booked with a young agent named Berkcan. He assured me that he would help in case of a delay or seat issues. On my FlixBus trip from Budapest to Zagreb I booked two seats in o sit alone since Berkcan told me that there is no reservation option for this trip ( which is a lie since I had to change my seats two times due to passengers waving their ticket reservations) I ended up sitting next to a mother with a young loud child since I had to give up one of my seats, because somehow two booked seats didn’t translate into two seats next to each other… When I tried to reach out to the agent, Berkcan rebuked me in a very rude manner and didn’t seem to care, not even a simple apology. Everyone, do yourself a favor: book tickets online with the bus companies ( Flicksbus, KamilCoc etc) on their websites, it’s that simple . This agency doesn’t do anything else but with a promise of saving you money, which you paying triple in problems with seats and no one to reach out to. Which means no price is worth their bad service. Their service is completely obsolete!!!

Gave me wrong itinerary info—what was supposed to be a 12-hour bus ride to Athens turned out to be a 29-hour itinerary transferring through Sofia, Bulgaria. Their shuttle also took me to the wrong bus station; I then had to spend on a taxi to get to the right one, and nearly missed the bus. They denied all responsibility.

The route between Istambul and Bourgas was delayed by 2 hours. The staff doesnt speak english And they made a turkish "rest stop" inside bulgaria 10km away from bourgas bus station. It delayed my taxi that was waiting for me inside bourgas for another 20 minutes. Very uncomfortable, if you have another company that you can go with please do.

The buses are good but the staff at the office aren't helpful

The worst staff drivers and asitents as re working between Varna to Istanbul. They're mental I'll ricist and unprofessionals, they smoke and drinks when they're driving. They don't help old peoples services, they make troubles for they're customers in between borders! Not recommend

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! BERK THE OWNER OF THE AGENCY IS A SCAMMER! We spent over 1600 euros in ticket there. At the time I asked him for the reservation numbers so we could have that in the app and he said “go through me”. Later when I asked him to resend the tickets because they were not well organized he sent a very bad emotional long message that did not offer any solution and blaming me for interrupting his work. After that our connecting bus was late in Belgrade and if I had booked with flixbus directly free of charge I would have it rebooked by flixbus, but because I booked with him it cost me last minute tickets worth 300 euros! He is extremely unprofessional, irresponsible and dishonest since he said he would follow my trip on real time and wrote that to me and later when I went to relate what happened to him he just wrote back to me “I am not your emergency line” Bear in mind that the only reason I needed him was because by booking with him I didn’t have a reference number for the online app, only on paper. STAY FAR AWAY from his agency! He is unnecessary and does not need to exist between you and the bus company. Do yourself a favor and book online directly! I just hope he is not going to sabotage the rest of my trip because if he does I am going to take him to the authorities!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER: they put a random contact number in our ticket and they cancelled our bus without informing us. In Alibekoy station all their staff refused to speak English to us or even to use Google translate. They were extremely rude and laughed in our faces. I WISH I COULD PUT A MINUS STAR

Normaly metro it has nice reputation but our trip was not satisfying. Other than we were late 2h from our arriving hour we had an accident because the driver was in hurry+ the bus stayed in middle of the highway because he was out of benzin

Not that easy to find as visibility from the main road is poor despite signage on the building. Agent did not speak English but tried her best to help print my ticket. Shuttle bus was late.

Worst experience ever. If you are traveling to a far way its better you don't use this company bus. They are very unprofessional.

Cheaper to buy bus ticket in the office then online. Also they provide a shuttle bus to the bus station for free.

Some days Buses depart from (Ankara) to (TEHRAN) in 12:00 and other in 17:00 both of them ride 1600 km to (Tabriz.ir) incl. Crossing Border to arrive 23:30!! then ride another 600 km to (Tehran) to arrive 23:59!!! ... What is this named? Lying & No Professional. I asked /mailed many to can accurately reserve the HOTELS without Reply & Correction (I am sure don't change until Now) ... This named Horrible Lying ... Mr /Mrs of C.S.: If you feel with a Shame to serve the other People change your Job ... Asked in Ankara St. told 22 hr. but arrived after 40 hr. (Incl. 4 hr. to check the Bus in the Border +Slow Driving +Many Rests) ... my Hotel in Tehran agreed to cancel the 1st. Night (The God created people there: Talents in C.S.?). - Bus: (2+1) Isolated Comfortable V.G. SEAT + No TOILET! + Entertainment SCREEN are Partially Working with some Items only (IR Movies +Games) & Don't give Head Phone? + 2 only (Hot DRINK & Biscuit) + 1 BAG =30 kg & 1 Hand + Don't use Wi-Fi + Depart 19-09-19 12:00 arrived 03:00+2? I waited in Bus St. until sun set then used MTR.

Worst experience at otogar ever. Rude, unprofessional, manipulative and just cruel handling of clients. Didn't know how to speak English. Kept sending us from office to an office. Made us miss our appointment. Not recommended at all.
