The place only has 4.8 stars because after the whole bath, they force you to put a positive review from the staff phone, otherwise they don't continue with the clay mask. The hamam bath was okay, the people working there did a good massage. The negative thing is that the place is quite ugly, bad ventilation, cheap decoration and not traditional. It is hard to relax as the acoustics are bad and the employees are constantly yelling. In the photo you can see the dress room and ladies toilette

I got the Deluxe package, 2.5 hours of being pampered nicely with privacy, dignity and feeling great. Place is super clean, service is super nice, Massage was great and the attention was to the last detail. Water and tea offered during the session and enough space to accommodate couples and single people. Overall was a great experience and looking forward to do it again next time in Istanbul.

"SCAM" "AVOID" "FAKE" I'll be honest and say that this is the first hammam I visited in Istanbul, but if this hammam has 4.8 in reviews, i can't imagine how the worse hammams are. It is worn and dirty here and there, however the staff and masseurs were nice and did their job correctly but the means they use are pure rubbish. Also, one of the ladies was snotty and coughing all the time which made me and my wife sick after the visit. A speaker that rattles in the massage room, smelly hammam and steam room and a shower and changing room that is so dirty that you don't even want to shower there. All in all, it was definitely not worth 75 Euros per person. Don't be fooled by the reviews or the staff standing outside in costume, it's just a facade. Choose another hammam!!

Was a great experience but don’t expect a historical place at all. We expected something different. The installation is in a Hotel and is SPA like. The staff is not only Turkish but what you may expect in other massage shops. Anyway the treatment was very relaxing and we had a great time, only we expected something different.

It was a great experience overall but there are some things to say. 1. Installations are not great 2. Personal is a bit rude with the way you are treate 3.I was made to give mi 6 star review right there.

Massage, scrub and foam massage was good. Staff reserved and quite like one expects in a spa. The place is small and cramped though (dressing room & pool areas). It beeds a serious deep clean and badic maintenance.

Fantastic experience. My first time going to a hamam. I also wear hijab and they were so accommodating. Making sure no one else was around as I walked to each room. I had a lady stand guard my room, too (without asking). The service themselves were incredible. I felt so relaxed and they definitely took their time and made sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend this place!

Absolutely fantastic experience at this Hamam. The place is clean and very welcoming. My therapist () was great from the beginning to the end. This massage was much needed, and I felt like a new man afterwards. I will be coming back here on my next visit to Istanbul. Thank you to all.

We had an amazing couples hammam and massage experience. We’ve been to loads of places around the world but this was definitely up there with the best (the masseuse even managed to put me to sleep while massaging). Very good service, professional and good price too compared to the other places around here. They are also willing to reduce the price if you pay cash so don’t hesistate to try this place out you won’t be disappointed

My first Hamam and I feel like a new person. Didn't feel awkward at all. Was not rushed and was told I could spend as much time as I wanted. Did the sultan package and had Jamuna as my therapist. She was incredible. That scrubbing and massage after was 5star!! I went through dozens of places as I was overwhelmed by the options. This was affordable to me and worth every penny. No one asked for tips, but I have anyway. I'm so glad that I took a chance here. It was a very private, clean and rejuvenating experience. Will recommend to everyone. Also the guy who was outside checking guests in was very nice.

Amazing Hamam. Reception staff are so helpful. They speak English. Traditional haman. Sauna and steam rooms are very hot. Staff are professional, gentle, and do an amazing job. This place is run down and dirty and full of mould in the shower. The scrub down and soap was quite nice, but I didnt get my face washed and when I asked if I could I just had water thrown on my face. The massage was too soft. My friend got asked if she would like firm, medium or soft but I was not asked by my lady. Also not much time was spent on the reflexology part. A face mask was applied and we had to wash it off ourselves which was quite odd. Juice was not offered like in the brochure. It would be nice to have someone who understands a bit of English. I wouldn't recommend this experience and it is highly overpriced.

Splendid facility. The sauna was clean and hot, the Thai massage was strong and and relaxing. The cold plunge was refreshing and clean as well.

Husband and I had a great experience today. We were shivering from the cold and decided to go to a hamman to warm up. I was able to confirm availability via whatsapp within the hour even though it was the weekend. The place was quiet. We had the sauna and steam room to ourselves. Then it was time for our scrub and foam bath. The stone does get pretty warm, so be warned. Oh, I feel bad for my masseuse as I had a lot of dead skin she had to remove. We both also got the kind of bath we needed; mine had a gentle massage along with a shampoo, which I wasn't expecting, and my husband's was a bit tougher, but he liked it. Afterward, our skin was actually silky smooth. Husband got a massage too, and they threw in a clay face mask and hand massage for free for me. Appreciated them making me feel pampered as well. He came back feeling very relaxed from his massage. The entire staff was super gracious. Haven't been to other hamans so can't compare but I enjoyed our 1.5h here and for the price, we felt it was a great deal.

It was my first time in the country as well as was my first Turkish massage. The place is nice, attached to a hotel, and squeeky clean. The masseurs were absolutely amazing, gave me a lovely massage, then sauna dry and wet, and a foam rub down to end it up. Before we went, we were offered an invigorating herbal tea. It is worth every penny, and I'm telling you really affordable prices for different needs. Above all professional as I was expecting. I'd definitely recommend it if you want to have a relaxing experience.

LOVED this Turkish bath experience. It was my first time and I was a bit nervous, but I loved everything about it. So much so we did it again the next day, but at a different spot. We preferred this location better. The only negative thing I have to say is the ladder to the pool needs to be fixed. I felt like it was going to give out on my trying to get into the pool, so I didn't bother. Otherwise, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely go back!

I highly do not recommend this place. It is very old and outdated. The lady that did my massage is inexperienced and was putting to much pressure the whole time when the point of me coming and paying the money was to feel relaxed and relieve tension however was not the case in this place.My neck starting hurting after her massage and I told her and she said you some tension, then why I’m I coming ? That’s the whole point of a massage. She did not even know how to do the hamam good. I highly suggest for everyone NOT to waste your money here. It is not worth it there is much better places to go to. I was very disappointed on how it went. They mislead you saying men and women are separate but yet they make you walk in the hallway with half a towel and there was men I felt super uncomfortable. I could tell the reviews are fake because they ask everyone on the way out to scan there QR code to give them the review. It was terrible! Im warning everyone not to waste money on this place it was extremely terrible.

As a completely stressed out individual this spa experience was just what I needed. Professional sultan treatment. The steam room is genuinely hot and steamy. The Turkish bath is luxurious on the heated marble. The Turkish tea and time to reach your zen afterward was peaceful and much appreciated. Tarek at the front was very helpful. Staff were great.

Came here for classical massage on a Sunday afternoon, and had an amazing experience. First of all, communication through WhatsApp was so prompt and accommodating. They were very kind and helped us change our appointment time twice. The experience started with the massage. The pressure point wasn’t too deep but it wasn’t weak either. Afterwards, we were guided to dry and steam sauna and after certain minutes they came in to remind us to move to the next room. It ended with the bubble bath, which honestly was the best. They exfoliate you and give you a bubble blanket. It’s so soft and nice, you feel sooo cleansed after. They also gave us a scalp massage and through hair rinse! It’s not a super luxurious or spacious place but still, it was such a cool experience with a good price!! ◡̈

We had a couples massage at Sultan Suleyman since we’re checked in at the hotel. Nuru did a fantastic job. I’m thoroughly impressed with her massaging skills. My wife had Julie who responded well to her requests of light pressure only. Both masseuse did a fine job. They’re both highly recommended. The place is clean and with soothing music. Package comes with free juice and tea.

We paid 60euro for the experience including 30 minute massage. Not overly traditional given couples welcome in the same area and the location is within a hotel but the overall experience was great. The ladies who looked after us were great and we left feeling amazing. Well worth a visit

I really enjoyed this. It was different kind of experince. You started in the sauna, then went to a steam room. Once that was done, then the real fun began. You got a body scrub and a bubble bath. It's been a while since someone elsed bathed me. It was weird but fun. Once all of that was done you got to go to this lounger that has a pool and dim lighting to relax. I loved that room and that pool was the perfect temperature. Once that was done, it was time for my oil massage and facial. Oh I felt like a king experiencing that. Definently would come again. I should mention: I got the VIP package. The basic is the body scrub and bubble bath, only. If you want to experince this but dont have the cash there is a much cheaper on on the Asian side. But it's not the same kind of experince.

It was good experience! We got “hamam plus program” which included sauna, steam room, peaking scrub, foam massage and relaxing massage. They served Turkish tea and herbal tea from starting. This is a must-have experience if you're in Istanbul. While many places claim to offer traditional hamam/turkish bath experience at exorbitant prices, this place truly lives up to its experience of offering the best in class hamam experience at a reasonable price. It may seem like a bomb when you see the price initially but mark my words, it's nothing like you experience at a spa...it's a class apart. They have three packages and I opted for the last one (90 minutes)...but please please please don't go for anything lesser than the 60-minute package. They start with feet dipping in salt, followed by a hot room, then steam and then the hamam where they start with body scrubbing using a turkish loofah, followed by cleaning with soap, some herbal tea, then a soothing relaxing massage, followed by a face pack and hand care (for the last package). This is followed by tea/turkish coffee. The length of this review should tell you how good they were at the job. Mr. Fatih as the manager and I know Mr. Ank as one of the masseur.

My friends and I came to Turkey on vacation and we stumbled upon this gem. The handsome man at reception made us feel welcomed from the beginning to the end. He explained everything from the start and ensured us that we will love it. He informed us about the pros of Hamam and made sure we felt comfortable. The Hamam was AMAZING ! I have never been bathed like this. I was scrubbed from head to toe and the massage was so soothing. My face is still glowing from the face mask. This was all around a FANTASTIC experience and I WILL BE COMING AGAIN

Good madsage but not strong enough for me. My wife was just fine with it. Interesting expertise for the scrub and wash down on a heated ceramic bench. Worth the expertise. We did not have the sauna nor steem room nor cold water pool which some people might like.

1. The massage is excellent! They have a Thai massage option, amongst other things. 2. The hammam is good but bring your own kesi if you can. Only if you like it stronger or handle it tougher on your skin. I personally like a rougher scrub. If your skin is sensitive, don't listen to my advice and use what they offer. 3. Also the price is pricey but its worth it. You are paying for convenience, privacy ( hammam in a private room ), good location, and no english barrier, professionalism.
