2月下旬金曜日、2食付き1人20,000円程で宿泊しました。スキー目当ての宿泊でしたが、こちらは程度の差はあれ、レンタル（フルセット）が非常に他店と比べて安価（別途2日間で7000円！）でしたので2日間楽しませてもらいました。まずお風呂については、露天が多分厳寒期だからと思いますが、低温でほぼ入れる状態ではありませんでした。泉質についても前日宿泊のアストリアと比べるまでもないかな？って感じですのでお風呂目当てでの宿泊はどうかな？と思います。（ホームページ予約で別系列店及び、素晴らしい泉質の共同浴場は無料で使用可みたいです。） お部屋についてはとても広く、暖房器具で濡れたスキー用品を乾かすこともでき、キチンとハンガーラックもありいい感じでした。まぁ過不足ない感じのお部屋です。 食事は良かったです。食べ比べステーキコースでしたが、ボリューム満点で且つとても美味しかったです。あえて言うならば、何か焼き魚だけがいるのかな？と感じました。多分食事スペースがいくつかに分かれているのではないかと思いますが、私たちはロビー横のレストラン？スペースでしたが、天井も高く、多少バブル期感笑も感じながら楽しい時間を過ごさせてもらいました。 スキー客についてもゲレンデまでも近い方だと思いますし、暖かい控室がありそこでチェックイン前アウト後も荷物を置かせてもらえますし、お風呂も使わせてもらえますので最後までゆったりと着替えて荷物をまとめて帰宅することが出来ました。 スタッフの方も皆さん親切で女将さんと思われる方がとても凛としておられるのが印象的でした。全国割便乗値上げもせず、実際この金額から3,000円＋2,000円クーポンですのでびっくりするぐらいありがたい金額で宿泊させてもらったことになります。前日のアストリアさんと比べて温泉自体はあっちですが、食事とサービスとを考えるとスキー客かどうかを問わず個人的にはこちらかなと思いました。応援したくなる皆さまばかりでしたしね。遠方の為中々再訪はできるかどうかわかりませんが、これからも末永く頑張ってください！ありがとうございました。

客室の空調が冷房がイマイチ効きが悪いぐらいであとは良かった。ホテルの従業員の方の対応や食事やサ−ビスも良かったです。お風呂も内風呂と露天風呂どちらも良かった。

We loved our 5 night stay at Oak Hill. We chose not to have meals and found restaurants within walking distance. It is an older style hotel but very comfortable. The onsens were great and alternated between men and women so we could try them all. It's an easy walk up the hill to the ski lifts. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. There were great little treats left in the room each day. Futons were comfy. Very affordable and highly recommended. Thanks Oak Hill for helping us to have a fantastic stay at zao onsen.
