The coffee club Chatrium Sathorn is always great ever. CHOCOLATE CAKE is my favorite ever ever ever. All staffs are helpful and the best service. Please come and try.

The kitchen manager should be re-trained or fired. Today was a shambles from most of the staff at the store. 1. The manager himself took my order and got it wrong. I ordered a large breakfast with 3 extra items. He delivered small breakfast and my 3 items which mean the extra items I had to eat seperate to my large breakfast ... and they are supposed to be eaten together 2. Baked beans for my breakfast arrived cold. Heard the staff gossip in the back of kitchen that they are supposed to be served cold. REALLY? Never in my life have I been served or serve myself cold baked beans, ridiculous to tell the customer that’s how it supposed to served 3. The bill was wrong (in my favour) which means the owner is loosing money because of his incompetent staff. I would hate to have a share of the business with that guy running the restaurant 4. At checkout we decided to order a lime pie and a donut. We got 1/2 way down the road and I went to eat my donut and it was missing from the take out bag. Absolutely ridiculous, how does he forget 50% of the take out order after less than 30 seconds of taking the order 5. Kitchen manager was noisy at the front desk and gossip to his staff back in the kitchen. This is not a lounge or his home, he should concentrate on his job and serving his customers better so he doesn’t make mistakes. I don’t think he takes this job serious enough. Perhaps if he was unemployed he would understand how to value his time and his customers orders and money spent at the establishment. 6. Tried to pay by credit card at checkout but the manager couldn’t get the machine working. If he knew it doesn’t work why did I stand at the counter with him for 10 mins as he tried to make it work. Why wasn’t he on the phone before a customer came to checkout trying to solve the issue or why doesn’t he say the machine isn’t currently working when the customer comes to checkout. His complete lack of professionalism and attitude tells me he doesn’t want to be there ... so someone please just fire him! Below is my review from 4 months ago that I edited today, The previous serving staff and manager was good. The new staff are incompetent: “Good selection of food, fast and tasty ... best of all dog friendly restaurant (Sit outside of course). They bring my dog water in cute bowl also and not afraid which is good... 90% of places we go that are “dog friendly” the staff are scared of large breed dogs.”

We need to get some competent waiter back. After 2-3 years the quality has gone down not in terms of quality of food but in terms of service. It is a place that we frequent and we like to go, please consider our suggestions. And one more request: to change the copy of the orange juice. Orange juice is typical of Valencia, which is in Spain, not Italy. The best oranges in the world are from Spain.

I waited for 20 mins for my take-away drink just to found out they forgot my order. Then I waited for another 5 mins to get my drink that’s a wrong size. (I ordered medium size but got a small size). Then, I’ve to wait for another 5 mins to get my change because the cashier box couldn’t be opened. Wasted half a hour just for a cup of coffee.

Welcome drink, free tea and coffee. They are serving alcohol here too. Don't order cocktail, so bad taste. Coffee is excellent

The coffee club had great food and wonderful service. They had airconditioned Indoor seating and outdoor seating as well. The pancakes and iced chocolate was absolutely delicious.

You can come here either just to eat or to work from here. Their service is excellent and a lot of benefits if you are a member :)

Extremely overpriced! The affogato was odd, the frappe was full with ice not blended, and the fremch fries cold. We went a Monday at 8pm and waited more than 15min to get someone to take our order, after that was almost 30min for the cold fries... without the drinks, which we needed to remind our waiter about it. Nothing remarkable about the service not the food. You only pay the price of being inside The Chatrium.

Overall service is really good. I always get such impressive experience here and guarantee of good coffee, food and friendly staff. It has nice ambiance and a good seat position to work plus fast free wifi.

Got our morning fix of coffee and breakfast. Nice start of the day and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The Coffee Club is a nice cafe franchise with many branches around Bangkok. They offer western style breakfast/brunch dishes, coffee, drinks, as well as some Thai dishes. I thought the food was tasty, but is relatively expensive (300-400 per dish, which in Bangkok is almost fine dining). The coffee tastes great and the service was friendly, although I felt I was being upsold on different things and it was over the top.

Everyone on the staff is welcoming and pleasant. Meal has memorable flavors. Overall, the environment is good, however it might be better if the air conditioner was colder.

Coffee shop on lobby of Chatrium hotel, i love smell fresh they use for air disfuser. Have big spacy for parking and have terrace with green shadow. On morning time you could hear the bird chirming. Food and services all good. Abit long waiting for food but general it ok. They open early so I love to spend chilling morning here with book here.

My morning is filled up with a very nice cup of cappuccino and a healthy baguette. Lovely staff and good service! Convenient right down on the ground floor of Chatrium Residence. A lot of promotion from Dolfin and its own App! You can apply for a membership for free, and collect all those points for greater benefits.....love to spend my weekend morning here. 💕 Cheers!

My family and I have been staying at the residence for almost 6months now and I’ve been always looking forward to have a cup of coffee in the morning or after my workout. My husband and I always have amazing service from the staff. The place has very nice ambiance, my favorite is the outdoor setting. I’ll always come back to have my drink. The app and the rewards are awesome and fun too.

Professional and welcoming manager. Convenient parking spaces, loved the area arrangement of the shop, great place to meet up with friends and certainly great coffee! Dirty coffee is on the menu and craving for whipped cream~ 😁 We did get a free welcome drink for downloading the new Coffee Club application from Minor Group. Will definitely revisit this place for sure.

Nice place for have meal and drink. - Foods are good - Taste is good - Dessert is good - Price a bit but No Service charge and No Vat => Awesome

We went in as a group, their set menu are very good value, the staffs work very hard compared to the amount of people they have, so we understood for some delayed and such.

Slow service. First, the waitress forgot our order, then pumpkin soup was bland and not warm anymore. Ordered congee and wrong side dish was sent. Coffee was just ok.

Very tasty food, but please tell to the chef that if he goes on adding coriander as topping to the French fries, he will loose me as customer (and maybe between 4 and 14% of customers that hate coriander)

Food, coffee and drinks here are great, many choices and there are always new menu and promotions, keep you exciting every time you visit. Price is also reasonable.

Coffee chain with an extensive menu which seems impressive at first glance. The pancakes actually reminded us of McDonald's hotcakes. Service was very good.

Oh.. its my first time seeing kind of rating 4.9 from almost a thousand review and keep me hesitate to rate 5 or 4 stars. Would say that my meal here was so good but I felt the services I received not at the excellent level as other comments. Though its nothing wrong about services but I guess my table is at the front entrance so its quite far from their central counter, difficult to engage with staffs to pay attention to my table when I need them.

This was our First meal in Bangkok, Thailand and had a great experience. Food was Amazing. Our waitress, Por made sure that we’re well taken care of. She was really helpful and kind. Really enjoyed this experience! ~MK

They are open 24/7, the food and drinks are great, and the service is always friendly and quick. Looktan was our server today and was awesome. She knew we were in a hurry and put a rush on our food. We will be back.
