Horrible hotel management!! We arrived morning 10 and when we went to check in they said check in starts at 4pm so we waited and then when we went to on 4pm to check in they said no rooms available and said us to wait 1 hour and then later agian they says not available and told us to go to the other andulas Hotel near by and we went there and its the same!! Waited in line 1 hour agian just to be told no rooms available!! Very Bad Hotel management for both Andulas Plus and Golden Andulas Palace !! If I had the option to give 0 star I would have

recently stayed at a hotel and unfortunately, my experience was not up to par. Firstly, the check-in process was quite disorganized. The hotel's check-in time was mentioned as 4:00 pm, and although I arrived promptly, I was informed that an earlier check-in was not possible. I had to wait until 5:30 pm to be assigned a room, and even then, there was a possibility of further delays. This inconvenience was frustrating, especially after a long journey. Furthermore, I found the cleanliness of the hotel to be average. In the room I stayed in, the washroom door did not have a door handle. This oversight was not only inconvenient but also raised concerns about attention to maintenance and repair. As a guest, I don't expect to spend my time dealing with such issues. Another drawback of the room was the absence of a phone. Given that there was no means of communication in the room, it was impossible to request room service or contact the hotel staff in case of an emergency. This lack of basic amenities is certainly disappointing and affected my overall experience Considering the delays in check-in, the lack of cleanliness, and the absence of a phone in the room, I cannot recommend this hotel to others. These issues should be addressed promptly in order to improve the guest experience and ensure a comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and would like to share my experience. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my stay. The check-in process took nearly 40 minutes before I received my key, which was extremely frustrating, especially after a long journey. Upon finally entering my room, my disappointment grew even further. The bathroom was in a catastrophic state - dirt and untidiness were everywhere. This was unacceptable and significantly impacted my stay. I had expected the front desk staff to work more efficiently and for the cleanliness of the room to be adequately maintained. Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet my expectations in these areas.

Very bad hotel, when you book a suite. They let you wait hours and give you a more expensive price. If you don’t agree, they threaten to cancel your reservation. Very horrible people. Even the cleaning is bad. You get a room without towels. They give you the tools to clean by ur self

We were given two room cards but one of them stops working whenever it wants. Even though we activated the card after this happened the first time. Im stuck outside my room while writing this. The room wasnt great either, but atleast it was cleaner than most. Its an alright place to stay at if you have no where else. Ive stayed at a cheaper hotel that was much better. Although it was about 10mins away via taxi.

This place is an absolute death trap. The only good thing about the place is that it is close to the mosque. It took us more than 45 minutes to check-in. The staff attends to others while working with you. The room did not have any towels. There were bugs and cockroaches all over the place. The bed sheets were not washed. The condition of the floor says that it was never ever cleaned in it's lifetime. The showers do not have any curtains. The blankets had hair on them from someone who stayed before us. The sinks keep on leaking water non stop, the staff do not really care for it. It is better to sleep in your car instead of here. The phone does not have any lines attached to it. The toilet seat had a rusted nail coming out of it which has the potential for serious injury, when we notified this to the staff they tried to fix it but could not. And told us to wait till the morning for parts to arrive. It took a lot of back and forth to change the room. Which again had the above issues except for the toilet seat.

There is only one positive about this place and it is the close proximity to the haram. Only a few minutes walk. Everything else about this place is disgusting. Check in was a nightmare. Other guests were interrupting because they were still waiting for towels or for the rooms to be cleaned. When I finally got my room, it was absolutely disgusting. Not clean at all. No towels, kettle hairdryer or anything despite the desriptions and photos of rooms selected showed all of these. The bathroom was disgusting. Not cleaned in months it seems. Hard time trying to use the lifts. Very busy all the time. The whole place desperately needs some modernisation or updating. The hallways from my room was always used as some sort of a store room. Bags of bedding, stacked up blocking the doors the whole time I was there which was for 4 nights. Very dissapointing.

I wouldn’t be returning here to stay as their service and rooms are not accommodating from the checking-in which takes over 3 hours wait at reception. Work in progress therefore we had to change rooms. No towels, no toilet rolls and no room service whatsoever.

Booked the hotel thinking it won’t be as bad as the reviews but I was wrong.. I stayed there for an hour before leaving and getting another hotel.i got rashes all over myself and struggled to breathe as I am asthmatic and it triggered it. Went to the bathroom and threw up because of the smell. Small insects everywhere and a foul smell from the bed covers. Before leaving o told the reception this hotel is disgusting and they laughed.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU WANT TO FALL ILL.

The only good thing is that it is near to the center... But the hotel is not clean at all, the elevators are always busy, very crowded, and very noisy.. It was the worst hotel I have ever visited. Actually, it is un fair to call it a hotel.

In the blessed city of Madina, my stay at this hotel contradicted the profound teachings of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) regarding honoring guests. The Prophet himself emphasized the significance of hospitality, stating, "Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should be generous to his guest." This hotel in Madina was a real letdown. The room was filthy, with grime in every corner, and a nauseating smell that lingered throughout. To add to the unpleasantness, not a single towel was provided. The lack of cleanliness and basic amenities made my stay downright repulsive. It's disheartening that a place in such a revered city could fall so far from the standards one would expect.

Doesnt even deserve 1 star .Absolutely disgusting! Unhygenic , dirt is visible in the sink , bath and everywhere else. Very loud surroundings. No hot water. Customer service are rude and arrogant and the hotel seems under-staffed. Its not what it shows in the picture . NEVER come here!!!
