recently
stayed
at
a
hotel
and
unfortunately,
my
experience
was
not
up
to
par.
Firstly,
the
check-in
process
was
quite
disorganized.
The
hotel's
check-in
time
was
mentioned
as
4:00
pm,
and
although
I
arrived
promptly,
I
was
informed
that
an
earlier
check-in
was
not
possible.
I
had
to
wait
until
5:30
pm
to
be
assigned
a
room,
and
even
then,
there
was
a
possibility
of
further
delays.
This
inconvenience
was
frustrating,
especially
after
a
long
journey.
Furthermore,
I
found
the
cleanliness
of
the
hotel
to
be
average.
In
the
room
I
stayed
in,
the
washroom
door
did
not
have
a
door
handle.
This
oversight
was
not
only
inconvenient
but
also
raised
concerns
about
attention
to
maintenance
and
repair.
As
a
guest,
I
don't
expect
to
spend
my
time
dealing
with
such
issues.
Another
drawback
of
the
room
was
the
absence
of
a
phone.
Given
that
there
was
no
means
of
communication
in
the
room,
it
was
impossible
to
request
room
service
or
contact
the
hotel
staff
in
case
of
an
emergency.
This
lack
of
basic
amenities
is
certainly
disappointing
and
affected
my
overall
experience
Considering
the
delays
in
check-in,
the
lack
of
cleanliness,
and
the
absence
of
a
phone
in
the
room,
I
cannot
recommend
this
hotel
to
others.
These
issues
should
be
addressed
promptly
in
order
to
improve
the
guest
experience
and
ensure
a
comfortable
stay.
