10 out of 10 in terms of cleaning and hygiene. Rooms and tidy and there was ample space in them. Everything was working well and the prices are reasonable too.

Excellent customer service and hospitality. The location is very close to groceries and other shops. I recommend it for singles and families. The price is good for low budget travellers.

Great option in Yanbu - good value, very clean, with everything you need. Like a small apartment. It's a bit out of town, but there are a few restaurants within walking distance, and I used Uber to go back and forth. Abu Bashir was very helpful and communicative, and helped me out with arranging a very early morning taxi! A good option to stay in Yanbu;

Very nice stay versus price clean ,suitable for family stay & helpful staff just parking entrance need to be fixed as it harms small cars while entering or leaving park & we all know yanbuaa sun 😀
