One of the best hotels in Saudi, their service is phenomenal! Their all you can eat breakfast buffet is amazing, I haven’t had food this good in from a hotel in a while.

Ideally, I would not give more than 2.5/5 due to many reasons:old facilities, insufficient staff training specially the workers in restaurant & Cafe area, towels & prayer mat hygiene, very poor cooling in reception, etc.. What makes you go back is the fact it’s the best available Hotel in Yanbu! Many Thanks for Ms. Hajer & Ms. Ansaam who stepped up & proved that Saudi ladies can do a much better job than others.

Today we experienced The Iftar at Radisson blu hotel. It’s a really good to see the arrangement and hospitality from the hotel as well as the staffs. In the verities of good food the master was Tandoori and Mutton Pulao really yummy 😋. Special thanks to @ Mr Younus.

Absolutely a shocking experience for such well-known hotel. Room had an uncomfortable weird smell. AC was of a very old type and was barely working. A big negative was not having a cold shower which should be standardized. On the other hand, staff were very kind and polite and would do anything to accommodate their customers. However though, feeling like this very branch could use a total renovation.

Old building and utilities... But the staff are exceptional..they fixed some issues with AC and bathroom instantly... . Over all stay was pleasant and I recommend for families to take a joined rooms which are easy to use and stay... Kudos to security team too

Starting with one and only slightly off thing - the peculiar smell in the hallways because of the old carpets, other than that absolutely everything is great here - VERY nice helpful staff, from reception to the restaurant, clean rooms and very good food. Would love to come back any day.

Radisson is a hotel that has been in Yanbu for many years. They have recently done a complete renovation. When you enter the hotel, you are immediately greeted by a friendly receptionist who guides about the facilities and timings. The rooms are clean and pleasant. The restaurant has been upgraded to have a more customer intimate experience. The menu is limited, but the quality of the food is, therefore, very much improved and excellent. The waitresses are very patient and helpful. I was only there for one night for business, so I did not have the opportunity to use any of the other facilities. In general, I had a very pleasant stay, and yes, I will return if I am going to Yanbu.

Excellent experience. Very clean hotel. We were served with juice at reception when we reached there. We stayed in Junior suite with lounge access. Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast had alot of variety. They celebrated National Day that we missed unfortunately as we were not in the hotel but they served us chocolates when we came back. Water pressure in washroom was a bit weak but that didn't bother us at all. Overall it was a very comfortable stay.

Hotel kept simple, but still cozy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is manned 24/7 by security guards. Very nice outdoor area. 2 minutes to the sea. Food simply excellent. The service and kitchen staff do a great job. I'll be happy to come back.

The staff was extremely courteous amd the hotel was clean. There are some on-going renovations that have improved the appearance of the lobby. I would recommend this hotel to family, friends amd colleagues.

An old hotel with great outer structure and environment but not well maintained inside. The prices are very high as compared to what they offer. You can find better options with low prices.

Super Hotel. Just next to the Sea. Comfortable and clean. Delicious food. Very helpful and supportive staff especially on the reception and the cleaning staff. They allowed me to check out at 2:45 pm without even discussing me. So friendly environment and feels like home. Again in Yanbu?? Of course I will come here again and will never think twice. Highly recommended hotel. Nice view and excellent sports club. Swimming pool is also one added point.

Great stay, room had AC and hot water for shower. The management and staff were excellent. Very great location to all of Yanbu! Special thanks to Suraj and Yunus. Each duty manager was always onsite for any questions or issues that arose. I stayed for over a month and look forward to my next stay. Breakfast and dinner was always great, my hat off to the chefs. Thank you!

Very nice hotel. With swimming pool, spa, gym etc Right next to the beach, but you cant really swim or go into water, coz of mud in sea bed. Basically it looks like that they have extended the beach, in short its man made

It was very wonderful stay at the hotel. Location is very near to all attractive places and downtown.

It is and excellent hotel which very effectively maintains Radisson high expected level of quality. It is very well maintained, clean, kind and continuous service. The breakfast is strongly proposed as provides variety of options and fresh.

Overall good experience, this was my second business trip stay, and witnessed some improvements in overall property. Food thigh need to improve, staff is very friendly and accommodating. Checkin was swift, cleanliness of rooms is great. Comfortable beds and pillows, they had four different thickness of good quality pillows that is a huge plus for many. Reasonable Wi-Fi, and very clean pool. The overall property is though old, but very much acceptable for the price point.

Very comfortable, nice food. I had very great time. All the people are very kind.

The masjid was next to hotel but every time we had to go about 3 km roundabout U-turn while returning back. I would suggest hotel management to open a door towards masjid for making it a walkable distance.

We loved everything about our stay. It was our first trip to Yanbu and Radisson blu made it all the more special. The reception staff were excellent. Special mention to Ms. Anssam. She is a gem. She adjusted our check out time and was so accommodating about it. Helped us a lot, especially since we have little kids. All the other staff at the hotel were also, very courteous and hospitable. The rooms were clean. Bathroom was tidy. It is quite an old property but very well maintained and clean. Special highlight was the wonderful pool. My kids loved every moment in it. There is separate timing for men and women. The pool was quite big so both adults and kids could enjoy it. It is an open air pool. It has all the facilities attached to it like bathrooms and changing/shower rooms. There is also an attached gym. The restaurant menu is quite reasonable. The grounds around the hotel is huge. Families can sit and have coffee while the kids can play at the small play area. Lush green gardens give it a picturesque look. We stayed during the national day weekend, so there was this fun celebration and cake cutting at the hotel lobby with music and hors d'oeuvres for all the guests and staff at the hotel. The city center is only a few kms away. The boating marina is just a 15 min drive from the hotel. Not to mention ample parking space at the hotel grounds which made everything so convenient. We will definitely stay at Radisson Blu on our next visit to Yanbu. Loved it!

Quaint n cosy hotel in a small town. Friendly staff including Saudi nationals who speak good English. Rooms are well appointed. Nice garden and pool at the back. Quick access to the beach with lovely waters. Good for family as well as business travellers.

In Yanbu for a dive trip and stayed here because it’s the only hotel in Yanbu that allows women to swim. The pool wasn’t very clean, so didn’t use it. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is quite dated but rooms are clean. I don’t recommend the hotel restaurant.

Good location , good room service only one issue no water drainage in rest room. Option for medicated mattress should also be available.

Very great accommodation. I was pleased by the service, especially by the reception (Wesam and Kamal). I had no issues at all and I would recommend staying at this excellent hotel.

I have been visiting this hotel for over 10 years now and the hospitality here is exceptional. As a loyal guest, you will be greeted in an extremely friendly manner and all benefits will be granted. The food is very good, the shisha is excellent. The suites are very spacious and extremely comfortable with separate living room and bedroom. The hotel has guarded parking lots, some are shaded. It is always a pleasure to be a guest here.

Great place just a bit dated. Business center is almost as old as I am if you can call that a Business center. Beds are comfy, house keeping is wonderful, and the staff are eager to help when you need assistance. Some downfalls I have noticed being here so long. 1st parking yes it has security but no covered spots I believe staff take the only 2 available spots with cover. The limited parking makes it difficult especially when they do not regulate parking for guest and for those just dining at the restaurant. 2nd prices, these prices they charge are a bit high to be honest especially when they entire place is a bit dated. Food cost is also extremely high. While the food is great I don't believe I should be charged double. Laundry prices are also a issue. For a hotel of this measure to charge a 35% mark up from the average laundry shop is unbelievable. I believe with their capabilities they should be running cheaper. 3rd the toilets, man I tell you it is bad when you have to flush a toilet several times and yet sometimes still won't get it all. I am sad to say that this is probably one of the biggest downfalls of the entire place. 4th I do believe this is 2022 now not 1980 when everything had to be separated for women. Most hotels throughout Saudi have done away with the time regulations on who can swim or go to the gym and when. Yet this one still does it. I don't care to look at who is in the pool but I would like to enjoy the pool before the heat of day sets in on my days off. Still there is a bit more that could be added in but those are small and dealable. With all that being said it's still a decent hotel and a top 2 hotel for the area. Would I stay again yes more then likely.
