There’s only one towel in the room. When we goto reception asking for another one was told they don’t have any clean towels anymore today. They are running out! Unbelievable! Also the music is very loud outside until midnight it’s crazy. Don’t come here if you want to sleep

Stayed here for 6 nights for work and it’s one of the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. I found cockroaches in the cups at food tables during breakfast, raised the issues and the only thing they did was clean up the cups. The hotel is extremely hot. You can even feel it when you are at the reception and hallways. When I raise the issue, they only clean up the filter at the room but still hot. One of the floor is very cold and this where the offices are. Also, when they clean up the room, they turn off the AC which is weird. The staff are extremely helpful and professional as you were in 5 stars hotel. Overall, I do not recommend staying here, if you want to save money go to somewhere else. This’s half star hotel.

Neat and clean hotel but rooms are very small compare to other hotels. In my room Wifi signals were weak. Compact Washroom. Complementary water,Cofee,tea,sugar available on daily basis. Tried Biryani rice tasted ok. Daily room cleaning services available. Masjid available opposite to this hotel.

Ok so first I would like to say that this place is not run-down, trashy, or unstable. This hotel is for a 1 or 2 night stay for business purposes or traveling through where all you need is a bed. With that being said let's get started with the rooms. These are tiny rooms and as I have been informed and witnessed all are the same. Just to give you a reference for the size I take 5 steps and I'm on the other wall of the room. There is no microwave. There is a safe, small but it fits passport and money inside. I have a good sized suitcase but to open it I have to lift it to the bed get what I need for the moment and close it again. With my other bags it is impossible to access the other half the room. Which as stated before with the small size this only leaves access to the door and bathroom. The bed small in size I'm not a very big or tall person yet my feet are at the bottom of the bed. Pillows seems to be reused from the 90s they look fluffy but when used your head pretty well lays on the bed. I even as a smoker can smell a musky scent in the room when the ac is off this is not from the cigarette smoke but more of a mildew musk probablyfrom. The bathrooms. The bathroom is even smaller yet and with no way to contain the water coming from the shower I witness water damage in the bathroom, surely one day this will turn to rot and mold if not already. Service. What to say here. The lady at the front desk at check In was nice not very informative. When I woke and went for the breakfast which is not bad nor good. I waited for almost half hour for my omelet being first in line I figured mine would be first prepared but I was mistaken. When I did finally get my omelet it was made incorrectly after sending back and getting a new one I find the man has put spicy pepper 🌶 in my omelet. Asking for a plain cheese omelet I can only assume this was done cause I sent his first omelet back. Which the first omelet was just transferred to a different table for someone else. Other items at the buffet was seeing the ware of being left out unfridgerated at 730am. Overall I'm very disappointed in the place. As someone who travels a lot for work I will be not be returning or referring anyone to this hotel.

My family and I lived here for one month, and during this whole month, the experience at IBIS hotel in Yanbu was amazing. Experience in room no.412 was full of a facility that perfectly fits the family. Regularly maintains daily housekeeping by the staff without skipping a single day. Morning breakfast and lunch were too perfect, especially for vegetarians. All Hotel Staff was well-supported and ready to serve anytime. The housekeeping supervisor Mr. Rafi, was too helpful and keen to be ready to serve service all time. Finally, I had a wonderful experience recently on spent one month.

We had booked a suite for 4 adults, but what they offered was, 1 queen bed and a convertible sofa for 2 adults(not real beds). The blanket provided was not clean, had hair particles on it. Update(25th April 2023) : The hotel representatives contacted me and ensured that this will not happen again. That was a positive gesture from the team.

I liked the hotel very much. 👌🏼 The hotel, the rooms are CLEAN, the employees are very caring and very friendly. Not only did we disagree about the language, but despite that, they even tried hard to understand us. Great at breakfast. See you again 🙋🏼‍♀️🙈

The receptionist Miss A***G gave a very good impression when welcoming us and supported us during the 10 days I spent with my colleagues coming from Istanbul. The place is clean in general, rooms are controlled every day. Some bathrooms may need a bit of modification. Breakfast menu may be approved to meet more nationalities. Anyhow, I asked for a few dates, he was so generous and brought me dates everyday. In short, we felt at home. Will for sure be back again.

had some bugs in bed but the worst thing was the bathroom, it was full of black fungus, the shower and even the cable of the hair dryer, the bathroom door was rotting, also the sofas in the lobby were dirty.. that hotel needs to be cleaned up... personal was super nice and friendly

I have stayed for 1 night in 22 June of this year. After a long drive from Jeddah, we expected couple of hours of sleep before we continue our 14 hours drive on the next day… unfortunately there was a party - inside the hotel - with loud music… we couldn’t sleep before midnight when the music stopped. Rooms are small and corridors carpet not well vacuumed. The only good positive is the price… low budget hotel

This hotel offers a great price vs quality balance. It’s clean and well looked after. The staff is friendly and helpful. Abdulrahim, the manager, is outstanding. Last but not least, the food is amazing both at breakfast and dinner. In general my stay at the hotel was very pleasant.

Great value for money and the location is close to the airport plus Yanbu downtown which make super convenient.the only downside is their ventilation. You would smell cigarettes coming through air conditioning whenever you turn it off since you are surrounded by smoking room and they all share the same ventilation system. I wish the management they look into this issue

I like Ibis hotel, comfortable and clean, also its isolated from outside noise, i recommend it for Yanbu visitors, who are not big family. Breakfast was delicious, i enjoyed it.

Location is okay with a bit of a challenge in parking. The rate is still expensive for a 3star hotel, but this is compensated by the awesome breakfast. The breakfast time is up to 11am which is great!

Every day room house keeping Good more caring of the clean. Lobby looking very nice good front office staff also food good.

Checkin procedure was very fast. I was given a welcome drink voucher at the checkin which was a great touch. Checking staff was courteous and helpful. Room was not great. It smelt when I opened the door. The bed was ok. Furniture seemed extremely old. Due to the wind direction, the curtain were banging against the wall which were causing nuisance noise and was irritating. The shower area was clogged when I took a shower. The hallway was having a smell of cigarettes. I would not recommend for the price I paid.

Hotel is good,if you are an Indian and didn't eat non veg then might be it's difficult for you to order from hotel menu restaurant

Let's begin with the good things; it's very easy to locate, on the main road, there's self parking, room was decent and bathroom was sufficiently clean, stuff like slippers and extra bedding as well as dental care kits are available on asking, wifi is free, breakfast is fresh and tasty, corridor is always clean, no noisy neighbors and the staff is polite even if forgetful, the guard and hospitality staff are particularly nice. Now for the downside; the reception phone is busy alot, they don't keep tabs on which room requested baggage trolley, the only food items available are within the hotel, the business center is not exactly 'peek protected' and there is no signage for elevator area (so if you know it you'll get there).

The stay was fine and the room was well prepared. House keeping and hospitality was very heartwarming especially by the Housekeeping in-charge Mr. Rafi. Looking forward to come again. Internet speed has to be improved.

Hotel is very near and clean. Thanks to the housekeeping as the staff is very cooperative and understanding. Special thanks to Mohammed Rafi for his kind gesture and very pleasant and loving nature who took special care for hotel guest. Overall stay is very pleasant and I really enjoyed and highly recommend as pricense are also very competitive.

Some of the rooms has badly smell also some of inside rooms not great , I think they need look up for the hotel need some cleaning 🧹 public toilet . Rooms , some floors has smoking 🚬 rooms I think when walk in floor you has to be smell it . I wish they can takes my points as seriously because we are close to session
