The worst service I have ever experienced from a restaurant in my life. The staff (jamir Ali)taking order was treating us like we were beggars. He made us stand in the line for 20 minutes and then ignored us inspite of us calling him out for Atleast 10 times. One of the most horrible experiences specially from a place like KFC. The worst service ever. And surprisingly the manager ignore us as well. It was like we went for free food.

Rude staff (Jamir Ali) dont know how to talk to customer. They behave like the distributing for free of cost. Very very bad customer service. When i ask him to talk properly he replied you want or not? Second visit:- After 6 months i have visited again in March 2023 to this place and I was expecting improvement as everyone give bad comments but i feel there is no improvement expect they change of staff Jamir Ali. They have 3 counters for taking order and only 1 counter for collection of food. They are take order at a time from three customers to make sure they got the customer but serving only 1 customer at time. I had waited 40 mins to get my food, first 15 mins in a cue for order and 25 mins to collect the order. And the manager is the nonsense person i have ever seen on collection counter. He server me cold dring which is only half glass, he dont know how to serve he dont know how to talk and he is manager to one of busiest outlet of KFC🤣. KFC must chg the staff and serving policy or better close this outlet.

Only one person there to take orders. Took ages for him to bring the food and that was soaky and below average. I recommend eat outside some other place than here.

This branch gets extremely busy which makes staff very stressed. There is always a que and they only do takeaway. The food however is pretty good and quite close to European countries, which is rare when having chicken in middle east. I had the zinger burger meal with chicken tenders.

The food was good, but the service was awful. Some of the blame goes to the location; it is so small and did not meet the needs of a huge group of customers. The lines were insane and there were not enough workers there. The other part of the blame goes to the workers; they misunderstood our orders for some reason and we got 4x the amount of food we needed and did not care to refund us. We almost missed Maghrib prayer as a result.

Located near the Nabawi mosque in the centre of Madinah, the store is small and only available to have a take out services. You can order KFC menu's like burger and chicken here. Some said that the staff is rude but one thing for sure is that the queue for ordering is took long enough.

Terrible abomination. Very chaotic. They exploit the people and make a ton of money but the service is very lacking. The food is meh. The signage is VERY hard to read. Very confusing and its the equivalent of getting food in a fish market. No order all out chaos.

I came with me family and we were very happy from this store employees were very kind and it has an amazing family section thanks a lot for all of you

I wish I could give it 0 rating because that’s how horrible it was. After I took the food and went back to my hotel, I found that the chips were so soggy and a part of the chicken was not even cooked. I wish I had seen the reviews before I came here and wasted 69 riyals. Please don’t go here and spend your money. Instead you can spend that money on taxi and get Al baik. It will be so worth it.

Rating is 6 out of 10 Don’t try their rice ever. Even burgers and fries were not tasty I tried because many people were buying but it was only disappointing. Don’t try and waste your hard earned money in this branch in haram MEDINAH

Decent food, can get very busy!

Good food. Fast service. Place is clean. It was about 1 mile from Dolmabahce palace. We walked here after seeing the palace.

Worst customer service, charge me for 2 garlic sauce but not in the parcel, coleslaw also missing, and the he asked me fries normal , medium or large, i said normal but charge for medium. I wish I could give 0 star.

the staff is so good they'll help you not like mecca like if it's a corwded situation thry give you time at least to discuss with them and they're friendly too !!! the buns are extremely soft and fresh

I don't know why did Google reviews delete my past review of 2019, but I remember it very clearly as the worst food experience in my life ordering food from that KFC branch during my stay in Medina. It was the worst customer service, it took the food 3 hours to arrive although my hotel wasn't far and after all that it came almost uncooked (raw chicken from the inside) and even the rice felt old, as if they made sure I'd never order from KFC never again. It was the last KFC order for me.

Worst service ever! Staff are inconsiderate and cannot communicate very we'll. They are disorganised and hardly know about the menu and what is available. We got half our order( no coleslaws and plain buns added), and a half portion of chips just thrown in the box. Very disappointed and wouldn't go again

Very long lines. Only one cashier was taking orders. The chicken was soggy and had little flavor. Fries were also soggy. The coleslaw was just ok.

Really awkward to order. The lines are out of control, location is terrible. Service was no issue. I asked for mayonnaise and got sweet chilli instead. The food was really nice and fresh.

Good food but Rude staff member didn't want to listen. Missed out items on my order, also ordered day or so later and got given spicy chicken instead of normal.

Only parcel service is there and they know 99.9% customers come only once to their shop & Staffs will not deliver what you order fully though you make payment. So check the items you get & bill before leaving the place.

Worst experience ever....only good thing about KFC in Saudia is HALAL chicken (some other restaurants in Saudia are using important chicken from foreign countries like Brazil etc which is not Halal because non Muslims slaughter these chickens🐔 on automated plants with Allah u Akbar recording playing on it) ....this particular KFC have full ignorance staff....worst customer service and rude behaviour.... staff is not able to understand orders.....they are not well versed with their offered products/deals, incomplete order full filled (missing items provided as per mentioned deal) ....cold drinks are not in tin pack...water is also not available instead of cold drinks....shop is too small... Staff is managing rush time very badly....

One of Asian favourite fast food stall that located near Nabawi mosque, it will be crowded after praying time. The que will take around 10 to 20 minutes, and will take longer if you ordered rice menu. Available foods and beverages are fried chicken, french fries, rice, pepsi, fruit juice (cartoon). Price average 30 SAR. Plastic bag is free.
