I was there with my family just two hours ago for dinning inn, I had very little problem with my order, the supervisor MR. Naeem Basha managed our complaint very professionally. Mr. Naeem exceeded our expectations. My family and me are very grateful and thankful for his kindness and professionalism. For reference, my order ticket was 55.

It's really disappointing as most of the menu items was either not ready or not available. I have ordered for Broast which is a signature item of Tazaj but it needs 30-40 mts to prepare. Really disappointing. Yanbu Al Bahr Branch.

Really good service and excellent food and all.. but sometimes. some items cannot be added extra as it may not be available or something which makes it quite sad..
