It's been quite a long time since I've eaten here last, and by long I mean since the older ownership of before. This new ownership is doing much better. I loved 1/3 double cheese burger and the fries. The fries were really good compared to other places. Also the staff there is very nice and seem to really like their job. This means the ownership is investing more in their employees which is a must. A happy employee=good management.

Edit, I don't like the part when you contact dairy queen they never get back to you ever! Me and others have contacted them and never received a call or email I checked the junk too, I do love the service I get from there, I just find you should always stand behind what you say, on your sign by your pop it says please let us know if something is wrong we will always make it right. But how do you make it right if you never contacted me in regards to my order costing double of the price it said on the coupon? However I have seen a change for the better with the yarmouth location, the staff goes more then the extra mile to make sure things are on time and made properly, thanks for your service but please step up on the customer support part of the business.

Picked up a ice cream cake for a family member. I had my 1 year old with me and had trouble picking up the cake. A staff member gave me a hand and asked if I wanted something written on it. We got "happy birthday". It took him probably around 5 minutes max to write it and he offered to bring the cake out to my car as my hands were full with my son. Cake was pretty good. Only complaint is its quite expensive but I knew this coming in.

I went through today with my aunt, we both have lung disease and when we got our bags, they smelled drenched in perfume. It was so strong we had to throw the bags out immediately and I even smelled my burgers because it was so strong I thought it possible the food was contaminated as well; luckily only the burgers wrappers were affected. I understand that people don't want to smell bad, but this was excessive, unsure if we will return. The food was good though ✔

Deep at the drive through window is Great, he always gets my order right and fast, thanks.

Had to wait 10 minutes for my food. It was so so. Messed up my order and had to go around and in drive through again

I had trouble communicating in English with the staff. Did not get what we ordered. Other than that, the location seemed clean.

4/4 orders with my friends were wrong No one in the store was wearing a hairnet so the was hair in the food and they refused to do anything about it. All the chicken we had aswell was well past its holding time.

Great ice cream... but what's up with the blacked out drive thru windows? Makes me feel like they're trying to hide something... probably not but still

It's somewhat disappointing to go to dairy queen, if they mess up on your order they don't refund you they say that's how it's made. And it's to expensive for a food that has been beaten.

I love this late I totally recommend the cheesecake Blizzard just absolutely delicious ice cream cakes yes buy them there so good the blizzard medium is pretty pricey but whatever

Loved the environment and crew there. Friendly atmosphere gives me good vibes in this dairy queen. Cleanliness is maintained so well. Food is as always amazing and freshly made. Overall great experience.

This time around I had to deal with a rootbeer float having chocolate in it when I have no idea why it would have such a thing. What's worse is I'm allergic to chocolate so I didn't get to enjoy it. I'm not sure why this happens but it is frustrating, last time it was chocolate in my milkshake. The time before that was chocolate in a blizzard that isn't supposed to have chocolate.

We went for some Slush drinks and Blizzards. The blizzards were only mixed about 3/4 of the way down, the rest was just white vanilla ice cream, and the slush drinks were just syrup with ice shavings unmixed. We had to mix them ourselves, and after doing so we could barely drink them as they were so strong/potent that we could barely stand the overbearing taste. All-in-all: quite dissappointing for visiting at a time when it was full staff and an empty dining room

I only ever go to the drive through window. Really sweet staff :) appreciate how polite and friendly everyone has been. I do have to say though I went through recently and bought a blizzard. It weighed nothing and was not completely stirred up. It tasted more like cool whip... It was not cold. I am afraid for that reason I will not be back.

Its nothing fancy but you get what you expect.I had a good triple cheese 🧀 burger and onion rings.The food was ready fast and hot .Also the staff was very polite.

Fast service, but very pricy. Some of the cakes were $40.99 + tax.

There was a little mix up and our ice cream cake accidentally got sold to the wrong person. Staff offered to make another one but it would have taken 2 hours. The staff then offered a generic cake 50% off - Husband is happy!

I really want to thank you Kanuka, Virdh ( I hope I spelled their names right!!! I am from BC and I needed to deliver a cake to my father - Gm and his team went above and beyond and delivered the cake even though it was out of town!!!! I really appreciate their customer service and the need of urgency and no other place offered delivery!
