Don't know whether to call it a hotel or a hostel โ™‚๏ธ ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿป. Low level rooms in the old wing, lots of cockroaches, bad smell in the rooms, bad sewage system, the water stays in the bath for an hour until it goes down. We were moved to the new wing on the second night, cockroaches were also observed here. The insulation does not exist at all. The noises from the adjacent rooms were so loud that I was sure they were in my room. I woke up in the middle of the night, I thought it was my wife in the bath, but then I found out she was next to me. It turned out to be from the next room. The food is at a reasonable level, there were cockroaches here too. You should always receive a greeting and towels at the reception. The pool is old and there aren't even toilets nearby. The service is kind and good.

The worst hotel ever seen in Israel. To avoid Uncomfortable bedding, old and not redone room with the locks that remain in your hands Manager very unfriendly and unaccommodating. No professionalism Avoid at all costs. Brio expensive for this type of hotel which is not worth the third

Nice place the rooms look like boarding school or batchaler apartment. Table was broken the AC didn't work and it was the coldest day of the year. All in all ok to pass the night and be close to the center of Israel..

Arrived after a week of long hard days offshore in transit. Looked for the room service menu. None. Looked for drinking water none. Looked for hotel info on dining none. Went to lobby. Was told room serve menu is the hotel lobby bar snacks. Pizzas basically. Ok ill just go the dining room. No it's not open . Why? Not enough people pre-ordered dinner so not worth opening restaurant i was told. Never had this complete lack of care about guests ever and I've stayed in some pretty primitive places

The hotel is amazing. Everything is so clean, the staff is so kind and friendly, the food is extremely tasty, and basically everything is really really good. I met the CEO. He was so kind. One of the best hotels Iโ€™ve ever had seen in my entire life.

Absolutely one of the iconic hotels in Israel. Maccabiah organization history, sports club, breakfast, all so good!

For 2 days we couldn't get one single bottle of drinking water. There was no complimentary water in the rooms, the bar was closed and the receptionist refused to go and get us anything, the restaurant had some bottles but refused to give us any even when we offered to pay. The only place where we could find drinking water were vending machines and of course they were broken. Apparently drinking water is too much to ask these days.

Average big business hotel. I been there few times and would come again as there is small number of alternatives. Rooms are comfortable, though worn. Located in a reasonably quiet suburb The breakfast has good choice. The coffee machine is good. I did not manage to operate heating properly or it did not work. The linen is low quality, could have been smoother for the price of the hotel. The night receptionist could not call taxi because she did not have the application. The bar could have had better choice of drinks.

Bad welcoming and lack of cleanliness. Carpet is dirty and we can't even walk by foot on it. Following european standards it's a 3 stars. So sad because the potential is enormous as there is a lot of equipments, sport infra and so on. Need a hidden visit by shareholders.

Terrible hotel, remodeling going on, messy. Rude staff. No water bottles in room, vending machine not working. I had metal shavings in my buffet lunch (pasta) Iโ€™ve had bigger bedrooms on a cruise ship, no where to put luggage on the floor to go through. I had to put my suitcase on the bed to open up and retrieve items. Find another hotel, save yourself the aggression.

Good location for visiting the Safari Zoo and National Park. Stayed in the older rooms, but they were clean and comfortable, and we had a good balcony. Great couples special during school holidays. Reception was courteous. The hotel provides daily access to the Sports Centre gym and various pools. The hotel has its own small gym good to a private workout as no one seemed to be using it, also a food place to refill your water bottle with filtered cold water or hot if you want it. Also, use this gym as the Sports Centre gym discriminates against those in wheelchairs. The disgrunted attendant at the entrance should be avoided, dont bother asking him questions. The bar looks good, the service by what looked to be a manger was so bad that it was comical. He took my order and then proceeded to clean the very messy bar and coffee machine area. Got my drink eventually after he took my credit card away for some time.

Very nice hotel, great service. The only problem is that the hotel is far away from the center and old city Jaffa. But nearby, there is a Zoo!

Housekeeping lady was very unfriendly. My suite bathroom shower walls were incredibly dirthy ,had to call to have them cleaned.

The hotel was beautiful in the lobby area. The carpet in the halls was dirty and old. Also the rug in the suite was spoiled and filthy. Lastly, we paid an extra charge for a suite with a large balcony that we were not able to enjoy because it was covered with pigeon feces!! The staff was pleasant but the hotel was very disappointing.

Regular clean hotel for business pursuit. Rooms are really big and fully equipped. Staff in front desk is nice and breakfast itโ€™s okey

Well I cart give zero so one will have to do. Arrive early morning and the person on the desk constantly mumbling Through her hand infront of her mouth so I couldnโ€™t understand a word she said. Talking to other people and getting side tracked instead of checking me in. Breakfast. What a disaster cold plates for hot buffet and I mean stone cold. 3 time I got a cup of coffee (and a say cups paper cups at breakfast for โ‚ฌ250a night) all 3 were taken away when I left the table to go to the buffet. Absolutely gruesomely poor.

Had a good experience in KMC they have kind people on the front desk, where they give info, exchange foreign currency into shekels and ask a taxi for you. The right side of the building is for private apartments and left side, for the hotel. Itโ€™s equipped with pool, gym, green areas, parking lot, and children room among other services. Itโ€™s located 25min from the airport, and 40min driving from the bay shore. Itโ€™s a little bit old on installations, but still, a great place for relaxing and rest with the family.

A tired hotel that has perfectly good service. I stayed in a suite that felt it was decorated by a Russian on a budget, all bright lights, tile floors and dispatching brown furniture. Staff at reception were friendly and efficient.

The staff was so friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel itself was a bit dated, but it was kept clean and tidy so that's all that matters. The bed was comfy, and they provided extra pillows and blankets as well as toiletries without asking. For the price, this was the best value hotel we stayed at hands down.

I've stayed at the hotel a number of times but the latest stay wasn't as good. The rooms are nice and maintained well but there was a feeling that the hotel was understaffed. The dinning room was busy and did not accommodate all the visitors. Also Covid rules were not kept by almost all the employees, most of them did not wear masks.

Pleasant family weekend. Some of our rooms were upgraded to suites. Many food choices at the buffet meals. Clean and fairly aesthetic. We also enjoyed the swimming pool. Only negative is that reception is hard to reach on the phone.

Nice suite rooms. Very good food. Styling is old fashioned and the dining room isn't very pleasant to sit in.

๐Ÿ‘ In general you see that the hotel is new, there is thought and investment in design. The rooftop pool is excellent and currently a relatively quiet period recommends staying in it. I arrived early from the desired time to enjoy the pool and still approached the reception. I was received very nicely...
