My experience at the Prima Link Petach Tikvah was thoroughly delightful. This hotel has the perfect blend of warmth and style. Staff is welcoming and friendly. The room was spotless, lovely and very comfortable, Breakfast and the business buffet was delicious! Managers Doron Tal and Tamar Spierer go above and beyond to accommodate special requests when possible. Very nice people working together in a very special place! I’m looking forward to my next visit

I stayed in an Executive room for 2 nights whilst on Business in June 2022. It’s a Kosher hotel so no meat items at breakfast but everything else including the local breakfast items were delicious. The reception staff were friendly and jovial even offering a bottle of water when i arrived to check in late at night. The room itself was listed as having a double but was actually a European King and the mattress was firm yet supportive that I found myself snoozing my alarm on several occasions. Toiletries were Vetiver scented and great quality with very good water pressure from handheld and rainforest shower. The only faults I could find were that the suitcase holder was only really suitable for small cases, no iron and ironing board in executive room and some dust on hinges of cupboards doors if I’m going to be picky.

We arrived at the hotel for a bride party. From the first moment each of the employees treated us simply amazing. At breakfast, they remembered that one of us is vegan and offered dairy-free cheeses and a vegan “Shakshuka” with tofu. At the swimming pool the charming barman just surprised us we 2 rounds of chasers and a fruit tray! It was just a pleasure to stay at the hotel. It is clean and cozy and with a young and fun atmosphere. Highly recommend.

The service at the Hotel Prima Link was exceptional. Excellent hotel with really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay is the friendly staff. People are very nice, especially the manager, Mr. Doron Tal, who was very helpful and generous with his time and advice. He helped us find good tours for Jerusalem and connections with the bus lines for public transportation. He went beyond advice and walked us to the bus ticket office to purchase the tickets and to the bus stop to indicate which bus to take as we were a little afraid to get lost in the city streets. The staff throughout the hotel was very professional, friendly, and helpful. The housekeeping is very good, with a high quality of service, and the room has been comfortable and clean. The staff of the on-site restaurant breakfast service was friendly, very attentive, and in a good disposition to make sure we had all we wanted, offering more coffee, omelets, fruit, etc. Very pleasant and efficient service. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody; it is indeed a true example of excellent hospitality. Thank you, Mr. Doron Tal, for going these extra steps for the guests! Third time staying at the Prima Link hotel in Petah Tikva. I strongly recommend, Great staff, friendly and go beyond to make your stay as enjoyable and pleasant. The rooms are spacious with plenty of cupboards an drawers for your clothes and items to be stored; and has all the needed requirements. I have stayed in plenty of hotels in Tel Aviv itself, but this one is very convenient for me, close to my business partners and beside a shopping centre. Well above average hotel, and looking forward to my 4th stay.

I stayed at Primalink PT for business a few times all the time staff is so friendly and nice ,special thanks to Niv. Rooms are quite comfy and spacious and the view is amazing it reminds me the USA. Swimming on the 20th floor was an excellent experience. U should never skip the gym at ur staying it’s a real full-equipped sport saloon u can spend quality time don’t forget ur trainer shoes and swim suits and try ur best to see the beautiful city Tel Aviv . Enjoy ur staying and many thanks for your good service again

Very nice hotel in Petah Tikwa, the staff is very friendly and did everything to accommodate our stay, it is a super clean hotel. The only reason it is 4 star is that the air conditioner, we got an upgrade to a corner room with a great view. However, the air conditioner has its own mind and the room was either very hot or very cold. It might be an issue on Shabbat. it might be a local issue in our room due to the all-glass walls.

I really enjoyed staying at this beautiful hotel, the rooms were spacious, stunning and spotless, and have a great view, All the staff members were very positive and service minded, + helpful, and friendly. Will come again.

Convenient location close to the hospital and right next door to a mall. Nice amenities in very good condition. Very friendly staff. Well above average as compared to similar properties in Israel. Highly recommend.

One of my favorite hotels to stay whenever I come to Telavive. The employees are 5*++ and they are always attentive to your needs. Will definitely be back.

Rooms are relatively big, they are clean and comfy. As long as you understand it's a business hotel (Nothing for kids to do) it's a good choice

Five stars for the stay (four for the hotel itself) thanks to the excellent staff at the Prima Link. Tamar at the front desk was super helpful, going above and beyond to make guests comfortable. The hotel cleaning staff was also attentive and respectful of privacy. The hotel is well located, adjacent to the mall and an easy walk to restaurants and other commercial sites. If you have a car, it's easy to get to the main highway. Rooms were clean and had a nice view (but had a musty smell that the hotel tried to address). There's a small rooftop pool that provides a nice sitting area to relax. Parking was sometimes frustrating because the hotel relies on the mall parking lot, which closes at night. Overall, a good business hotel outside of the main tourist cities with superior service.

Solid business hotel (by any world standard) with luxury hotel level employees. Great location. Manager Tamar went above and beyond with special requests and all employees were extremely kind and accommodating. Very nice breakfast buffet.

From the moment I checked in to the time I checked out, everything was exceptional. The customer service is truly outstanding. The staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always greeted me with a warm smile. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Great central location, next to a big shopping mall, central bus/taxi, outdoor restaurants and Bars. We love this hotel!! From the cleaning ladies to the top manager everyone is super nice and helpful. Rooms are very clean, morning breakfast is deliciously satisfying. It's a joy to stay in!

We stayed in this hotel three times already and we were extremely satisfied. The rooms are gorgeous! They are modern and spacious with everything you hope for and some more! The city views area amazing! We loved the rich and delicious breakfast and the light dinner in the lounge. It is also in an excellent location and has tons of restaurants and shops near by. Lastly and most importantly, the team is unbelievable! They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home. We absolutely love Prima Link and for sure we’ll stay in it again!

Corner rooms are wonferful, staff are really kind and helpful. The roof is unique

This is a great place for people need to be close to Belinson hospital. Around 400m walking distance, through the big mall of Petach Tikva. Clean rooms, a warm service. There is a swimming pull, private parking (extra pay), breakfast (extra pay), and an elevator almost directly to the shopping center mall (unfortunately the elevator to the mall is not air conditioned, so it is less pleasant than expected) . The location is not a good fit for people require often visits to the central of Tel-Aviv (at least not at the time of writing this review. A train is under construction).

We stayed at the Prima Link from 9/18-9/22 for 4 nights and absolutely loved our time there. The reception staff was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help us. I can't remember all their names, but our check in guy was so friendly and so kind and helpful. The next day two girls were at the desk and were also so accommodating. I wanted to go into Jaffa one day and was considering taking the train, but the showed me how the bus system would be much better and how to use it. They helped me get a Rav bus card, and put money on it, and showed me how to work the app on my phone. Another day I needed a taxi to Jerusalem and Tal at the front reception was a tech wizard helped me get that all figured out and helped switch my app to English and add my credit card to the app so I could pay that way. But such an incredible staff! I was very impressed with every single person's attentive care. Thank you! The facilities at the hotel are nice too. Our view from our room was amazing. Breakfast was really good and had so much variety. They even had a buffet dinner for employees at my husbands company each night which was so helpful since I was often on my own for dinner. The roof top pool was nice and the work out room well equipped. Such a wonderful stay!

Staff was very nice and professional. It's a business hotel but my family felt very comfortable in our two rooms connected with an outside locked door outside a small joint hallway. Chocolates and water bottles were small things that made us feel welcome. Plenty of clean towels and a small pool that was very quiet.

The staff is great, rooms are big and cosy, the location is perfect (just on top of a mall), the pool was great and our toddler enjoyed every second of it.

Great business hotel. Fabulous service. Rooms clean and quite. I stay in this hotel by many years and all the time everything is perfect. Highly recommended. Just a little suggestion: during summer season, the pool should stay open a bit more than 6pm... It would be fantastic to return from work and find it open. Ciao ciao

The rooms are generous in size and have all the amenities you would require for an enjoyable stay: fridge, complimentary water, ample cupboard space, comfortable pillows and bed. The breakfasts offer a good selection of breads, pastries, cheeses, salads, and hot foods. The staff are very warm, helpful, accommodating and professional. The Business Lounge is spacious and very nicely furnished. And the daily evening food service offers a wide variety of selections. Finally, the location of the hotel is excellent: close to major roads, and close to excellent restaurants, a huge park, and a very large upscale shopping mall. Amazing staff!! Stayed at the hotel for a business trip, was very surprised by the efficiency from the staff, everyone is very nice and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The manager helps us to organise our meetings, we didn't missed anything. The breakfast was tasty, nice rooftop with pool with rich bar. I have some back issues and in this hotel the mattress and linen were perfect! Thanks you for the wonderful experience! I highly recommend :-)

What a great hotel. It is a modern space with a good pool and gym but what really makes the difference is the staff. What a wonderful people, always ahead of our needs and willing to make our stay more comfortable and pleasant.

The hotel is far from the city and the seaside. Right next to it is a Mall. The swimming pool is very small.
