We had a great experience in the Oketz העוקץ escape room: Pros: • The riddles are fun, interesting and solving them wasn’t easy (but it wasn’t super tough either). • Facilities are cool and very impressive • It can be a great and cool room for grown kids (though the story gets violent in some parts) • Staff at the reception were awesome, kind and friendly. • Price is reasonable (115₪ p.p) Cons: • the introduction and the whole story is a bit lame, should have been more interesting and less boring. • Cancellation policy- 9 hours before our original time, we had to reschedule because one of us couldn’t make it. They wanted to charge us for 100 NIS (even though we rescheduled for another day). Only after complaining they decided to let it go. *** Edit in response to owners answer: At first I gave you 4 stars and mentioned we had an amazing experience. This is a really good place. Yet, I don’t see how telling the truth about your cancellation policy is called ״discredit your name”. I also mentioned you were kind enough and didn’t fine us for the cancellation, but it took us a long way to get there and several phone calls to persuade you to do so. one of the best escape room companies in the WORLD, and this is based on over 700 rooms in 15 countries... the best room for me is 'The Sting' which is amazing for experienced escape room enthusiast, but anyone of their rooms is a top-notch-Hollywood experience.

Hello, We came back to you one more time to make the 'Action' room after a good experience we had in the past in the 'Battle of Safes' escape room Action Room was special, high quality and very enjoyable (except for a few technical glitches that were fixed in real time by the operator). After we finished the room, we spontaneously chose to do the 'sting' room, where there were quite a few disappointments caused by technical failures that recurred in several puzzles and caused us pain and frustration. In our opinion, apparently the level of maintenance is not at a high level It is important for us to emphasize that the room is of a high level in terms of decor and is very well spent. Unfortunately, the technical experience reduced a lot of the quality of the room and damaged the experience and the level we expected from you from previous experience.

I was in all the rooms, I did Vault Battle twice because I enjoyed it, I celebrated my birthday there Cube, the best room I've been in, recommended to see the movie before it adds to the atmosphere Action, an excellent room, highly recommended for adventure lovers And how could it not be, the stinger I was there a few days ago, a very expensive room, lots of rooms in one complex, full of surprises in all the rooms, highly recommend, this is my favorite company, there is no equal Please make more rooms because I'm bored in other companies

We went to three of us to the cube. The room was very well thought of in the puzzles and challenges made a lot of sense and they were very nice all in all very good room.

I did all four of their rooms, all are lots of fun with cool sets and good puzzles with logical solutions. Best ones IMO are Action! and Cube

Great challenges, nice concept of 2 teams competing one against the other.

The place is very nice and well planned. As parents we entered inside and viewed the escape room itself before the party, and we liked the design of the Action escape room. We had a 10 years old Birthday party for my daughter, the kids loved it and had a very good time. The operators of the place handled the kids very well. Also I would like to mention the extremely good buffet for the kids with a lot of snacks and candies. Also the Pizza at the end. The place is highly recommended, you will not be disappointed.

The room was very nice (the sting), the level of difficulty is medium and we were 5 people it was perfect. We asked in advance to adjust the room and guide for English people and they managed to to it.

One of the best escape rooms i’ve been to (and i visited plenty). The stories are good, riddles and setting fit the theme. The riddles areunique and challenging. Very innovative, plus the service was awesome. This is the place to go!!
