Pathetic service. Govt hospital is far better . No empathy and sympathy by the staff , front desk.everyone behaves like they are the owners and we are all slaves. My humble request to everyone not to visit the hospital. The doctor in casualty tabreez is very rude and no sense on how to talk to people. House keeping is very bad . Everytime we need to approach them for small thing.

Pathetic service by the hospital they give an appointment for 6:40 PM and when I arrived the hospital at 6:30 PM the reception staff told me to come at 8 PM. Then the doctor arrived at 8:30 PM and said he was not even informed about the appointment. I went through a echo test but doctor was asking and waiting for a tissue paper and none of the staff came back with it, finally he gave some cotton to clean up after echo test. Doctor could not get any assistance even for the echo he had to do everything by himself and he had to write down the entire report on a paper as there was nobody available to type down the report. Finally they were asking ₹2500 for echo scan where as it is ₹1500 in sometime many well known hospitals and ₹700 for consultation where as they told it's ₹500 while booking the appointment. When I told them that I would escalate this issue and write a Google review they asked me to pay ₹2500 for both echo scan and consultation. But, the doctor I consulted was Dr. Faisal who was really good and took ample amount of time to understand the issue and for the overall diagnosis, really happy about it but the hospital staff and their interaction with patients is pathetic.

We had visited Poornima Hospital for my wife’s delivery, all nurses, staff and doctors were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Ramani mam was there throughout the pregnancy and helped in safe delivery even with multiple complications. Also Lactation needs special applause, her counseling helped my wife to tackle the new gen mom’s worries. Overall great experience and insurance department management made our Insurance clearance early. Tons of Thanks for all the nurses, housekeeping staff and doctors helped us throughout this journey

Worst experience!!!! I am writing to share my recent experience at the hospital, and I feel compelled to express my concerns and disappointment with the quality of care and service I received during my visit. On 29th September I sought medical attention at the hospital for a fever for my wife and the need for a throat injection. However our experience from the moment we arrived was less than satisfactory. I would like to highlight several issues that I encountered: Unprofessional Staff: I found that some of the hospital staff members were unprofessional handling patients. Admission Pressure: I was surprised to be pressurized into admission for what I believed to be a relatively minor issue. The doctor and receptionist forced and scared us about that throat injections are a serious problem and my wife needs to get deep cleaning as soon as possible. If not we will face serious issues, hospital member were recommend like a star class hotel tariff for the bed space to get admitted. Inadequate Treatment: Despite the substantial amount spent on my treatment for 7 days, I still experienced significant discomfort and pain in my throat post-treatment. This has left me dissatisfied with the care provided and the outcomes of hospital visits. My intent in sharing these concerns is to help you address these issues so that future patients do not have to go through a similar experience.

The staff has no empathy or symphothy to the patient's. They dont accept credit card payment because they have to pay service change. Lift is for name sake as most of the times. Idiots so called doctor's use them and the doctor's are never on time for anything. We also had issues with the insurance as the were claimed more than they have billed. So my advise for all who care for their family please consider another hospital who takes of patients and their family

Worst experience. Called doc at 2:30am stating emergency due to sudden bleeding in 3.5 months. Dr Ramani being in same building didn't come down to check rather spoke to nurse and asked me to get admit. She came to check only by 12:45pm to only say she will say what to do after scanning and left. For this she has charge Rs. 800 in the bill. Scanning doc is also worst ever seen. Rather attending me 1st as was admitted at night itself attended all Out patients keeping me wait out and attended at last by 4pm. More than 12hrs i was left with nothing and scanning happens after 13 hrs then Dr. Ramani says have to put stitch even that 50% chances of saving baby. Took forceful discharge and went to other Doc he treated me immediately and both my twins are safe. Poornima hospital doctors and staffs all are only to earn money with no service. Please never visit ever.

Had the worst hospital experience ever! Went for my mother's I V infusion...the staff behaved ruthlessly..Sr.Sheeba and her male staff(24y old probably, a trainer) he was they were very unprofessional when he inserted the Canula on my mother's hand. No doctor was available on duty! It was around 8pm when we went....And her hand kept bleeding for quite a while than normal, after the Canula was inserted... nobody attended, zero hospitality and no concern towards the patients. They are only after money and no concern or affection towards the patients. Very harsh behaviour of speech with the patients too...Though we went for a minor procedure it really is very worrisome how they must be handling major procedures with such undisciplined, unprofessional, ruthless staff. Would never recommend anyone to go to this hospital ever! Bad bad bad, I'd rather say HORRIBLE!

I Underwent a prostate surgery and the experience was nothing less than Amazing. The staff is super friendly and caring ensuring you are in safe hands. Everyone including the Dr, Nurses, Hospital staff & Support Staff were ensuring that we are very comfortable. Have to specially call out Nurses who ensured i am at comfort level and checking every now and then if we need anything. Also the cleaning staff was extra caring and helping understanding the needs of the patient and making them feel comfortable in every way. Everyone equally across levels were maintaining the same level of service mindset providing the patient a very seamless experience overall. Keep it up. Highly recommend this Hospital and the Doctors.

Dr.Ramani Madam is very good & treated my wife just like her daughter and also all the Doctors, Nurses & HK in Hospital are very professional, calm, good mannered. I got admitted here for a uterus fibroid surgery. The entire process was so smooth and doctors are so professional and excellent 👍🏼. The nurses were always there and they knew what they were doing and even the housekeeping team did a good job cleaning every now and then. The entire team of Poornima hospital did an excellent job and took care of me like a baby. Dr. Ramani and Dr Poornesan are the best ❤️

Dr. Ramani is gifted, very passionate about her work and has the ability to make her patients feel at ease during her consultation. She is very systematic in her approach and explains everything very clearly.We always came back with a positive feeling after interacting with her. Her attention to detail is impeccable. I had come for a scan and it was know that the fluid was very less 1.9 in my pregnancy ( 9 month). It was very critical stage for us to accept the situation. Dr Ramani just informed me to get admitted and all the arrangements was done by the hospital very immediately. Now both of us are healthy fine.Thank You Dr Ramani for all that you did for us. Great service,Dr.ramani pooraneson is very humble kind soft spoken, Doctor explained the situation and gave a very good explanation about the consequences. Worst hospital so far in my lifetime.. reception staffs are so unprofessional. They told me to come at 7pm and i got to see doctor at 9pm .. after that reception staff is confused how much to charge and when I asked for bill they made me wait for another 15-20 minutes just for that even I was the only patient in queue. Summary:- Pathetic staffs overpriced consultation Worst conduction

Had my Co brother's hernia operation done during first week of May 23. Very meticulously and professionally done by the doctors with a good follow-up and early recovery! Caring Nurses and Staff! Not even worth 1 star. They're not professional. They're money minded. Although my sister and the baby were perfectly fine they made us agree for a c section and gave us exactly 10 minutes to decide. They did this only for money. The moment they knew my sister has come from the US they had decided to loot in the name of C-section. The nurses there are dumb students. They inserted the needle in my nephew's body 12 to 13 places for a blood test. If we request for something they act like we're asking for their property. The doctor stays upstairs but she doesn't even come down in case of an emergency. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS HOSPITAL!

My father had been admitted to this hospital last month for the surgery. The hospital is really good. I would thank with my whole heart to Dr. Poorneson sir he treated my father twice with the surgery and my whole trust goes to him. One of the most trustable doctor and the hospital.

Recently, I had been to Poornima Hospital, for the removal of Cyst on my back of the body. I had an appointment with Dr. Karthik Pooraneson(General Surgeon), actually he is really an AMAZING person, when it comes to understanding the speculated condition of patients issues and not only he is good at talking to patients with a SMILE ON HIS FACE, but also good at listening PEACEFULLY to patients. He explained me in DETAIL, regarding the treatment and the package to remove cyst. He gave me all the options and that actually made me comfortable to choose which is adaptable to me, and this is what we expect from a doctor, to make comfortable for us in the matter of treatment as well as cost of the complete treatment. Doctor Is Experienced But Staff In Reception Is Worst. They Dont Have Common Sense Mostly The North Indian Staff.

All the sisters are good and friendly ( Kariyamma sister was taken care well. Even Mr. Darshan and pushpa madam ( Insurance team): helped us their level best. Thanks and keep up good work.

Worst experience and unhappy and no value for money hospital. I went for a pregnancy scan to my wife for the first time as my frnds had suggested this hospital is good. But Dr has no time to at least speack to me and my wife. In just 2 minutes she writes a medicine prescription even before scanning is done. We waited for about 2 hours just for a scan and to take consultation from Dr. After we went inside with report Dr didn't even made me sit and talk. Since it was first time we both will have some many doubts or questions. But no time for Dr. Then immediately she scared heart beat is less and she give 2 injections just for a 5 weeks pregnancy. I didn't even understand why. And she wrote tablet's and it cost 1500 Rs. I still don't know why my wife has to take so many medicine for such a early pregnancy. I feel this hospital is not worth. I do t suggest this to any one. Am really sorry Poornima Hospital. But am very unhappy and even my wife is unhappy. She is asking me why she has to take tabs. Ur Dr didn't explain anything to her. I STRONGLY DINT RECOMEND THIS HOSPITAL AT ALL.

My wife delivered normal delivery in poornima hospital, we are very much satisfied and appreciate the Dr Ramani Mam explanation of treatment. Insurance team co ordiinated very well.I recommend this hospital.

Very poor service. I had a phone call before I went to see dr. And requested I needed it urgently as I was in pain. They said dr. Is free and I headed to the hospital where I was made to wait 45mins even though there was no patient. The nurse contacted the dr. She said shes on her rounds and will be available soon which never happened. The hospital did not even have hot water for drinking purpose ! A waste of time , I just left the clinic informing the nurse.

One of the worst Hospital Management. Worst reception once you call up for appointment they take all details like patient name n all , later you go hospital your name won't be in list . Money minded people.

Iam not at all happy with the hospital . The doctor didn't even touch the wound and they charged consultation fee 500 and n they charged 250 extra for registration what is need of registration feee. They only value of money. The worst hospital n staff I never .. faced. Plz the management should see to that the doctors make good consultation . N more over this hospital people making money ... I had been to this hospital on August 15th. The receptionist who did not know anything about Customer Service sent me to casualty. I told the nurse in the casualty I need to see a doctor. She said OK and made me wait outside for 25mins without letting me know why I should be waiting. After 25mins is when I knew there was an emergency and the doctor was taking care of that patient. Fine, but at least they should let me know. All this is ok. The funny part is, when it was my turn, the nurse was checking my BP and there were exactly 6ppl surrounding me and talking what to order for lunch! Seriously?? I was laughing how they did not realise I was waiting to be attended . Hey I thought you were non vegetarian.. Oh yeah let's order khushka and kebab! They took care of me after they finished ordering food, that was the best part!

Use less doctor is there in this hospital with out properly checking given treatment Dr shailaja we went for baby vacation she didn't check which month vacation has to been provide or baby growth nothing just given vacation. After that one patient has visited she has treated like any think with proper manner don't visit this hospital we have already 6month vacation and she provided same vacation again please take action provide good services
