Bad Behavior of Staff Member (Walker)... I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience at your restaurant. My friend and I came in for some fried chicken on 2nd of Feb, Thursday evening and ordered number 47, dined in and helped ourselves to some sauces that were next to the table. Non of the staff member told us anything about the sauces as it seems if you dine in you could help yourself with the sauces, so we had no issues with it. However, when we decided to take some of the chicken to go and opened the fridge next to our table to get some sauces for the remaining chicken, I was shocked when one of your staff members very quickly told me and my friend "Hey, That is stilling!!!" :-o - accused us of stealing. Instead of addressing the situation professionally and apologizing, he made us feel like criminals. All he had to say was that we had to pay for additional sauces, but instead, he chose to shame us. I was extremely disappointed and hurt by this experience, especially considering the rude and unprofessional behavior of one of your staff members. This type of behavior is unacceptable and has left a negative impact on our perception of your restaurant, as it was recommended by my friend. I hope that this matter will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken to ensure that this does not happen to any other customers in the future. It's a struggle to find a good halal fried chicken shop in Zurich. Came across ZFC which ticks all the boxes. The food is good and the taste is there. Only issue is they tend to refry the food. I was here as a tourist and found the food to be expensive.

Serve halal food with reasonable price

The quality is declining, two days ago I went and had the fried chicken which was very greasy, very heavy and lacked taste. Same for burgers. Many people seem to change who do the cooking which does not help Very disappointed as it was one of my favourite.

It was late at night around midnight, we tried out this ZFC place, it actually tastes better than McDonald’s for me, I’d eat more often from here rather than McDonald’s They also have so many burger options, appetisers such as ( fried jalapeños - onion rings - fries and so many more ), sauces ( I recommend the garlic & barbecue) and their crispy chicken cheese burger was good too. Thank you 🙏🏽

1 hour 30 minutes to deliver 1 basket of chicken. and not the first time..

I very seldom go out of my way to write a review at restaurants etc - but this place really left me feeling terrible. I opted with this store for a lazy dinner as I was tired and the name amused me. I walked in and the staff were extremely un-attentive and seemed to be angry when you try to place an order which was unsettling. Just as I was about to leave I was called over to place an order. I ordered a combination of chicken with fries and a drink - parting with nearly 30CHF (as a tourist who's used to paying ⅕ of that for the same portion). I went back to my hotel room to have the food and about 5mins in, I noticed an odd taste - I saw that the chicken was raw and immediately had to spit it out. I then had to vomit and hoped I didn't get food poisoning. Yes, this is a very graphic bit of detail, but this place needs the critical feedback to improve their service and food safety standards

I give one star, first time i live then i call friends to show the amazing food, a big mistake, they send to us a wrong food, was oily, and they was very rude by treatment with us… my friend says you never bring me in a place like this. They give us a wrong food as we requested! I will go again to check the food and the service maybe they realized!
