Very disappointed in this gym. They advertise group lessons on their website and on the facade of the gym itself, but in reality there are no group lessons at this location. Also, cancellation is a nightmare, it is very hard to get an answer from customer service, and although the cancellation period is 4 weeks in theory, it is 8 weeks in practice! Petty company that wants to rip you off where they can. You even have to pay for showering...

They keep taking money from my ing even that i only registers for 1 month ! And I couldn't go there but it's been like 6 month they take money and I try to tell them that I'm not registering for all this time and I'm not there anymore ! No body answer me

This place is greedy and petty. Me, my mother, my aunt and several people are basicly scammed by this place. Theres no good way to reach out to them eigher they wont pick up the phone or the people cant help you when you go to your gym. Also this company is very inconsiderate with corona. If its no longer possible for people to come here theyll keep keep taking money from your account and there's little to nothing you can do about this..

Do not sign up at BigGym! I’ve been trying to cancel my flex membership since October and they keep charging me. I’ve been in contact with customer support many times and they think it is correct to continue charging me. The facility was nice, but the billing is a nightmare. They are going to take your banking information and continue charging you beyond the contractual agreement and tell you that it is fair. I paid extra for the “flex” membership which is supposed to allow you to cancel with one month notice. However, It’s a scam.

This gym deserves a 5 star rating. 1. Very friendly 2. Clean 3. Budget, so you cannot expect perfection 4. Fantastic opening hours 5. Nice atmosphere, basic but lot’s of apparatus, enough space to move around. Gym has been recently renovated. Zeker een aanrader.!!!
