Friendly staff, waiting time wasn’t bad... But you don't go to ER to hear a doctor say “we can’t do anything for you” I ve been in pain for two days, and waited to be sure it wasn’t a puntual thing. I wouldn’t have visited ER if it wasn’t something worrisome, or I just slightly painful.. In the scale from 0-10 sometimes I m reaching a 9 and cant hold my tears, that s why I went to ER. Funny fact, according to your doctor, I m not sick enough to be entitled to be checked by a specialist in there, and have to be in pain during the whole weekend, then to go to the GP, who will read a referral from the ER doctor, and get an urgent referral to send me to the specialist! Tell me this is not insane! Ah, in the meantime, I just take the pain in! Who cares about that? Unbelievable... how a doctor can send you home without having a diagnosis? How a doctor can watch someone in tears and still say “sorry, we cannot help you”? Isnt it ab hospital? Pardon me, I didn’t go to Macdonalds to ask for medical help! Sure I wont die, but promise If after following once again this no-sense process, specialist find something I m gonna sue you.

If you don't speak Dutch, good luck with it! My experience at this hospital so far has been very unpleasant (to say the least) - Incorrect information provided - Unwilling to assist - Appointment scheduled and no contact received I really hope you can take a look at the service you're offering and do some serious improvements, because so far you only caused me frustration. The only positive thing at this hospital was actually the doctor I was seeing and guess what? Cannot talk to him... Your customer service is incredibly BAD!!!

Since they changed their place to a new building the services are completely becoming better. The staff are friendly more than in the past. Everything is clear and clean, you can know your way easier than at the old building. However I think the care can be much better, I don’t like to hear from a specialist doctor to say “you have to be happy that we didn’t find anything!” And I had pain that hurt, they cannot find anything and I have to be happy!!!

Great attitude towards patients. I have problems with Dutch, but the staff understood me perfectly and had no problem communicating in English. And no one was rude to me.

Called their public number and representative forwarded me to the "right department" - got another representative on the phone and the person slammed their phone with no prior information for as to what I should do - no forwarding, no mentioning of correct or incorrect phone number or context. Called back again and went fine with another representative. Off to a bad customer support start, but hopefully it will be justified during my first appointment.

The ques at their blood test are not normal. I never waited for less than an hour even when I came before the opening hours to attempt to be first one. It is like a joke. They have one little Window open for 50 people in a que... so everyone needs to crowd there for hours during corona. What a joke

Our little girl was born here in September 2021. I can't speak highly enough of the staff. Doctors, nurses, support staff, everybody was super nice and super supportive and had absolutely no problem with communicating in English. They respected our wishes and decisions during the delivery and also the 2 day stay. We only had one little negative experience during the 4 week check up - the lady at the reception upstairs was a little bit willy-nilly but no big drama, everyone can have a bad day. Thank you!

I’m 15 mins late but they still accept me twice. My child was in the hospital for nearly whole day for a provocation test but nurses are always around & helpful. No problem communicating in English. Whats special, a playroom with all kinds of toys!! My daughter loves staying there for hours!!

I was there not for a long time, but the staff was very friendly and helpful.

My wife delivered in this hospital. The service for all 16 hours we spend in the hospital was at the highest level! During this time we contacted with 5 different doctors and 2 nurses and each of them was very pleasant and professional. We had a kind of unexpected emergency situation and doctors reacted very quickly and did all the necessary checkups immediately, they explained to us everything and calmed down like professional therapists. Everybody we contacted with has also fluent English in the hospital.

I have never met such a rude and incompetent endocrinologist in my life. The visit was delayed, he doesn't know anything, and the very unfriendly and incompetent doctor told me to go to my country to see the doctor. It's a waste of nerves and money for such a terrible health service.

Took my mother to emergency doctor, she had shortness of breath which was later diagnosed as lungs infection by other doctor. The ER doctor told her to take paracetamol 🙄

Went to this hospital a few times, I visited 3 departments and all were very professional, helpful and kind. For sure will recommend!

If you need to make an appointment at this hospital, you may have to wait a long time. I waited half a year for the gynecologist to call me via video. 🤣
