Horrible service and they are cheats. Beware !!!! They have 2 prices on their products and the higher prices are hidden. So when u go to the cashier they will put the higher price even though the cheaper price is the obvious one. Pls check the pictures for more clarification. Please double check your bill before paying.

There's a pleasant smell around the place due to the freshly baked stroopwafel. The cappuccino I had was regular.

Plenty of offer, but prices are REALLY over the roof… Bought a delftware porcelain piece for 49,99€, found the same item (and same quality) at local shops in Gouda and Amsterdam, for 17€… Same goes for the rest of the souvenirs, they are all overpriced. The only items I’d say that are worth it is the wooden clogs, considering the workshop is there.

I bought ice cream, the young girl staff was so grumpy from the beginning till the end. she kept ignoring me. I saw other bad reviews here and now I know what. the bad reviews are all by Asians. maybe the staffs don't like Asians. if so they are pity that they are grumpy everyday.
