Excellent gym, not too crowded, very nice interior and well air conditioned. Twice the last month there has been no one available to open the doors at 7am leaving approximately 15 people waiting outside for nothing. The gym needs to revise their management personnel. This cannot happen. Rest is top. EDIT: The incidences have not appeared recently and has even opened its doors at 6 am; I bring back the rating from 3 to 5.

No instructors for Les Mills group lessons, after hundreds of conversations with the new manager there is no change, complete chaos with the start and end time of the body shape classes....Things are so bad that I have to travel to Amsterdam and pay for parking because I don't have any option to play sports at the club in Zaandam. Very unfortunate, because this was a very well organized, wonderful club.....

In general I like this gym. Though they recently moved a piece of equipment from the "women area" to the downstairs (men dominated) area. I personally am less comfortable using it downstairs. Such an oversight... I can understand downstairs it might be used more. But this is ignoring most of their female customers who prefer to work out upstairs.

Great gym, well equipped for Corona crisis. Everything is fairly new and very clean. There's a separate women's space which my girlfriend loves, but I think it's a rather safe gym for women, who don't want to be eyeballed all the time, anyway.

Worst customer service I have ever seen! Never give them your bank account number else they will keep taking off money without authorization and you will never get rid of them! Never ending fight. Avoid!!

Fit for free seems alright to me but the location isn’t really nice. The traffic is too busy in that road and the road it quite narrow for a two way street! This review was 3 years ago. 11 April 2023 Update: A lot has changed on that road, larger sidewalks and the area has been upgraded. The gym is now called Sportcity and I enjoy working out 🏋️‍♀️ there. There’s here and there need for a little better management though in specific areas but in general it’s alright.

Great gym from FfF. Large, new devices, friendly staff. One of their best locations (and I have seen quite some).

Great GYM with all necessary equipment and friendly staff. As a bonus they have a great coffee machine 💪☕️

Place is nice, Quite spacious. Good points: Nice staff, cheerful people around. Cardio part is great. Nice addition of ping pong table in the past week instead more dumbbells were better. Weak points/ points of improvement: Very few dumbbells, cable machine is always occupied, No hand soap in the toilet downstairs ( which is really bad).
