The first time I visited this store I was really amazed, I thought it’s a second hands shop or world shop or something like that! But it’s not, it’s a design shops! Some items you can find exactly the same at “flying tiger” or “xinos” for 7 euro, but here a very little different, then become that product of 6 euro for 429 euro!! Why? Because it’s a design! :) always I go there I see the sellers more than the buyers... I think it’s better to be a museum, it’s really more museum than a store. Look at the photos with my review and you will understand why! 😂😂

Ordered a couch and it was promised that it would arrive before my lady would give birth (in our new empty house). It would take in between 10-12 weeks. We have never gotten updates, paid 4000 euro, and 18 weeks later, there is still no couch. My lady gave birth and we are feeding the baby on the ground now for two weeks already. I am starting to have back problems, because I am laying on the ground. NEVER order a couch at this place! Rest of things that I bought always have been great, if you take them away from the store directly that is. NEVER ORDER A COUCH HERE! We are calling the helpdesk now weekly and we get lies, wrong information and false promises. It's shame full.

Very beautiful products. I really like the style of this shop. However if you order some of the bigger items with a longer expected delivery, be aware. Expect the delivery to be twice the expected delivery. Also do not expect the customer service to reply to your emails or calls. Sometimes they will, sometimes they wont. For weeks. Our couch was expected in 8-12 weeks. On week 10 they updated us that the new expected delivery is after 20 weeks. Let's see what happens next. I have let my expectations float away and advise others to do the same to prevent dissappointment. If we would have known earlier we could have moved our old couch. Now we live in an apartment without a couch for a few months.

Although I love this store, I had a bad experience. I ordered a table which was supposed to be delivered in 4 weeks. It has been 7 weeks and I have no idea when it will be delivered. Update: Delivered in 2.5months. I love the table, so just do not count on the delivery time.

Online purchases= very very disappointing! We bought 2 lamps (80 euros each) the lamp shades were so unprotected so arrived broken. Then, we got the replacement: broken again. We were said we would get a return label...but more than 2 weeks later didn't, we still had not recieve it! Finally I gave up because we were still waiting for a furniture after 2.5 months and that was the priority. We received that furniture when we were away on holiday. (No warning, just delivered) Conclusion; expensive and not really reliable

Excellent selection of home decor, furniture, plants, art, lighting... Almost anything you can think of for your home. Good variety of brands and price points so there is something for everyone. Also a nice in-store restaurant with healthy options to grab lunch.

Huge interior, furniture and decoration shop. Inspiring high end stuff, all from sofas to tea and baby clothes. Even if you don't buy anything it is a pleasant experience to walk through the shop. There is also a restaurant available.

A horrible customer service after a delayed online order with a damaged chair. Almost six months after ordering (six weeks delivery expected), we still have one damaged chair. We were promised in the meantime a delivery of a new one, to hear a month later that actually they don’t have it anymore in that color. Now we are getting as options that it gets repaired without knowing how long it would take (wouldn’t risk it given the delays - another two months wait potentially ), two chairs in another color which do not match the other chairs or just the money back for JUST ONE chair. And this is what customer service is supposed to be?!? We asked for a refund of two chairs - which given the situation is more than appropriate, but we keep getting the same responses, no acknowledgement of poor execution, but constant referral to the sub-supplier or no proactiveness in trying even a little bit to compensate for the inconvenience. Never again!

Nice store, plenty of options. I missed a couple things I'd expect to see in stores like this but that's fine.

Amazing shopping experience, very stylish items, and incredibly helpful staff. Everyone is all smiles and very quick to handle your requests. Definitely the best place for home shopping.

Why my husband lets me go on my own, I have no clue.. the store is an inspiration for everyone looking for new furniture, accessories, artwork and everything that has to do with living. Great concept, lovely articles and friendly helpful staff. Love it!

Huge store, huge selection of furniture! Parking is for free. It is never over crowded. There are multiple stores around in the same area, so easy to buy everything you need in one go.

Basically many very small shops in a big warehouse. It's great for getting ideas and almost everything that you can think of that could fit in a room is for sale there. Prices are between an IKEA and a specialised store. Furthermore there's a restaurant on the second floor to relax a bit after all the walking
